« Being an accor hotel I was disappointed with the quality. »

Reception greeted us warmly. The rooms were very run down The bunk beds had a plastic coating and kids had a terrible nights sleep. It was very low buck and dissapointing. We usually enjoy travelling with accor group hotels but this was well below average.

Very unpleasant due to the obscene language and violence in room next door. Noise started at 2am and Police & Ambulance arrived around 5am.

Very easy to find and close to the centre of Coffs Harbour. Plenty of parking available. The reception when arriving was wonderful and quick. The room was very clean, clean towels and clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the night was quiet. The breakfast was great & even got a barista made coffee. Check out was quick & effortless.

The bottom bunk bed made my son and I really itchy. Plus it stunk like wee there too. My son was too young to moved him to the top bunk so we had to squeezed him into our bed.

It was a good value stay on my way to the Hunter Valley to meet family. The staff were helpful with dining recommendations and suggested time for breakfast to avoid the rush. The room is cosy but clean and has tea and coffee making and a fridge. The old style airconditioning can be a bit noisy but not a major problem. There are several dining options within 300 metres of the property.

The property is located near several restaurants and a hotel close to the highway. The rooms are modest and cosy but clean and very good value. The property has good parking and is easiest to access from the south. Being budget, no shampoo or conditioner are supplied but does have tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge.

« It was less than I expected considering I have stayed in many Accor hotels. »

The room was too small along with the bathroom, and the breakfast was inflexible with the short open hours considering it is supposed to be a holiday destination.
