It was an excellent experience with an affordable price. Some of the staff were rude but it's ok. I'll stay again in F1 if I get a chance. (You just need phones in the rooms)

It was OK. You got what you pay anyway. But, with a bit of maintenance I think you can change our experience from 'oh no' to 'oh wow'. Maybe consider to paint the wall of the room every year or so?

The pictures online are misleading. The room was in terrible condition, dust everywhere, rusted metal, TV cables hanging loose. The bed hadn’t been changed or cleaned before we arrived as there were yellow and whit stains on the bedding. Loud banging every night and early every morning. Staff came across as uninterested. Will never stay again.

The cleaning lady unlock my room when I was in the shower, I wasn’t even checked out. A very dirty smelly place, room and bed’s covers weren’t clean at all, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

TERRIBLE. My friend and I came to Paris to see the beautiful city, but ended up hating our experience. We checked in, and went to our room. We were hungry so we went for food and got cat called on the streets multiple times and a car even pulled over on the side walk in front of us and screamed at us in french, we were unsure of the neighborhood after those occurrences. Then, I got a call that my mother was in the hospital around 9pm and I had to leave quickly, and did not have time to wait in line to explain my case. I called 3 times the next day asking for managers, but everyone on the phone told me to call at different times, despite calling when the last person said. I called for days finally reaching someone on the 2nd night before my scheduled check out, and by this point I realized that I had been charged TWICE on my credit card for different amounts over 2 days ($247 and $287)!! I was IRATE as I nearly maxed out my credit card and would have incurred fees, and I got charged twice and never stayed a night! When I did reach a manager (who would NOT tell me his name), he was kind and told me to email him a copy of my bank statement and identification (passport). He explicitly stated that he would refund the second charge ($287) and 2 nights stay. The fraud second charge was removed but I was never reimbursed for the 2 nights stay I was promised. I am a student and was hoping to have a magical stay in Paris but now I have a grudge against the city. I have called over 20 times talking to Anna, Sebastian, tried to talk to Tracu, and others who would not tell me their name. I have spent 10 euro just in phone charges from calling internationally and have been so disheartened I want to cry. The people who pick up at the hotel are rude, hang up on me frequently although I am kind and realize as this is not their fault. I am disappointed and wonder how you function as a business that runs on lies and deceit. I am still waiting for my money you owe me, and will most likely never visit Paris again due to this traumatic encounter. Thankfully my mother is fully recovering, so that is the only positive from this story. Thanks.

Easy going and well adapted to business visits to Paris. 500 yards away from an underground line that goes to Paris downtown. Well isolated from the ring road and on a peaceful side road. The personnel is agreeable. The hotel is clean. The showers are hot. And it is so silent.

Our room was smaller than the images made it look. There was only one electrical outlet and the lights stopped working. When we approached staff they told us to look for the repairman ourselves. The showers smelled. The toilets don't flush.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Even if it's not the hotels fault someone have smoked in the room before so the bed and the sheets smelled like cigarettes, which wasn't nice. The bed was a bit old, so uncomfortable, that could be improved. The room was quite clean.
