« Good location. »

The staying was good and the personnel was behaving according to the Accord standards. The facility is not that new but still very nice. The pool is okay, the sauna and the couple of machines for fitness available are in good state. As platinum guests we received some treats. Free water. The neighborhood seemed fairly safe. Close to AV. Paulista, stores, gym, and restaurants and bars. The view from our floor (12) was good, not spectacular but still nice. I would still go back.

« The staff and service at the Mercure was, as usual, excellent. »

I'm a frequent guest at your hotel and, as usual, the service of the entire team was excellent (particularly Roger at the from desk was very helpful and service oriented). The cleanliness and features of the room were as good as usual. However, there were two issues. The room had no heater and there was some annoying motor noise emitted from somewhere in the ceiling (which prevented me from getting a decent sleep).

« It was a noise bad experience »

They checked me on a room on the 10th floor in front of the door with access to the staff service elevators. At very early in morning your staff made un unstoppable noise of the kitchen utilities, moving furniture, conversation, doors open and closing. I thought that you have a kitchen on the same floor. Believe me, I am very patient and I am not the type of complaining. They ruined my sleep and I had to open the door and complain to one person of the staff who only looked at me and was static. He does not apologize. Terrible experience. I took a picture of the service elevator hall that looked like a warehouse for service chairs and trolls.

Average. The bathrooms were a bit run down. There was no milk powder for the coffee and when I ask the guest service instead of helping me he told me to contact the restaurant myself . I dont speak Portugaise so I gave up. It was a bit strange. But on the +tive side when I needed some help on stiching a button the houskeeping was very helpful to do it out of the way. The rooms were clean. Room service is pathetic and takes a long time and food arrives cold. Overall since you travel for business it is okay.

« Very good hotel in an excellent neighboorhood »

This was my second time at the Mercure São Paulo Jardins hotel and I'm looking forward to a third perhaps next year. This is a very good hotel with clean rooms, a professional staff, and a prime location in São Paulo. The only (slight) complaint that I have involves a special booking that I had to arrange for this recent stay. Nobody got back to me so I had to settle everything during check-out. This delayed my check-out. Because the front desk was busy at that time, I did have to wait for other guests and in-coming calls but.... sometimes these things happen. I recommend the Mercure São Paulo Jardins and look forward to a future stay!

Hotel is situated in a very good area of Sao Paulo, lots of restaurants nearby. Staff is friendy and room is very clean. However for guest arriving very early and no rooms are available, the shower at the gym should be upgraded with a closed door and hot water.

The hotel is located in a great part of the city close to the Avenida Paulista and Oscar Freire Street, as well as some fantastic restaurants. The staff were very professional and attended to our requests promptly and without fuss.
