The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The room was big however the bed/pillows and duvet were horrendous. TV didnt work. Lighting in bedroom poor. Toilet style felt like an easyjet plane toilet. Also on booking.com and google it says it has a pool along with pictures. It doesn't.

The location was nice, the refurbished room was decent and the breakfast was good. However, there’s only one elevator in the hotel; the water boiler was really dirty though there’s a water tap for hot water. Staff were ok, however, the clean lady knocked our door very loudly around 9 which was not a very pleasant experience.

Nice spacious room for 3 with modern decor. Good breakfast, you get to fry your own eggs. Courteous staff except one guy who wasn't very friendly.

not greeted, not advised where breakfast start times or end time was or spoke to by any of the staff not asked if my room was ok or if anything was required hotel was advised with gym - this is a lie there is a converted hotel room with a running machine and a trainer - this is not a gym

As I say the above was the main issue. I was also very annoyed that the hotel would not credit my stay to my Acor account. REDICULOUS AS THE HOTEL WAS NOT SELLING ROOMS BECAUSE OF THE TRADE SHOW AND THE ONLY WAY TO USE THE HOTEL WAS THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. SO NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the time of your booking, our establishment was already full for your stay dates because a congress was taking place in Cannes. As a result, we were no longer able to make a reservation online. But after consulting your reservation, you made your reservation via a service provider. This service provider has forced your reservation into our system allowing you to stay in our establishment. By booking through this service provider, your booking is not eligible to receive Accor points and we are sorry. Despite these incidents, we hope that the hotel's services have met your expectations. We have really enjoy our stay and care your stuff provided. Buy all means this is buy far the cleanest hotel we have been in! Especial thanks to cleaning service who took extra care for our family and not only clean our rooms perfectly but also take time to place kids toys and stuff animals in the bed. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. As always we have a good time in Cannes and the Novotel Suites add to the enjoyment. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel is in a good location with bus stops outside and easy walking into the Town. We did however experience a problem on our first morning when we woke up to find we had no electricity.. As there was lighting outside of our room I went down to reception to find out what the problem was. I called the lift, and went in it, alone. The lift went down two floors. There was a loud bang, the lit fell a floor, stopped and was in darkness. I pressed the emergency button but nothing happened. After 10 minutes the lights came on. I managed to get the lift to the fourth floor and got out. There was gap of nine inches from the level. It transpires that the hotel were aware of an electrical problem and 're-set the supply, whilst I was in the lift. The staff were aware that I had been stuck in the lift but I didn not receive any apology from the management.
