« A good dirty hotel »

It's a nice hotel with a good hospitality and structure but the room I stayed in was so disgusting dirty that I won't book this hotel in the future.

« Comfortable »

Nice experience but not excellent. Parking even thought payed its far from been good. Just few employees on rush time. The room was very clean, the bed was pretty great, but the furniture shall be renewed. Finally the breakfast was far from to be good. Lack of fruits, few options of juices, very dark environment, old toaster, etc. In general very good experience ! Many thanks! Henrique de Carvalho P..

« Pleasant hotel in nice suburb of Sao Paulo »

Overall the hotel was nice - in a good location in a nice suburb of the city with good proximity to the main park. The room was clean and the hotel had good facilities including swimming pool and gym. The breakfast buffet was very good too. My only two suggestions to improve the performance of this hotel. (1) the check out process was very poor. even though i had paid for breakfast the staff insisted i had not and that i had to pay for it. in the end they worked out that the Mercure system was faulty and that i had indeed paid. this took a long time and made me feel uncomfortable at check out. the reception staff in the end compensated me with some mercure points but i am disappointed that such an error could be present within the IT system and hope that other guests are not being over charged (2) the hotel is very much geared for Brazilian guests and business guests , when actually it has the opportunity to serve tourists as well, especially since it is located in a nice neighbourhood and also in proximity to the park. the reception staff need more inspiration to recommend guests "things to do" e.g. museums, or day tours etc. most hotels have leaflets they can give to guests but Mercure Times Square only had one leaflet for an expensive tour company. this is something that is easy to fix and i would encourage hotel management to implement so that future 'tourists' can have a better experience of Sao Paulo too.

« overnight close to Congonhas airport »

Just an overnight stay going to airport the following morning. Shuttle to the airport started only at 9am which is singing to be reconsidered. Room was old and bed sheets needed cleaning. Not a great stay.

« Changed my reservation to another Hotel »

When I arrived to the Mercure Vila Olimpia at 11pm (which is 5 block from my office) the concierge told me that my reservation was changed to another hotel!!! For no reason! This happened to me and 3 of my colleagues! No compensation was offered. Unbelievable.

« Horrible Experience »

Was a horrible experience. I could hear the guests chatting in the next room. The woman walking in high heels in the room above. The bathroom barrel making noise all night (running water) looked like someone was flushing all the time. On Saturday at 7 am they were setting up a tent inside the hotel. Making a horrible noise with a drill. It was the worst experience I've had in recent times. All I wanted was to rest and have a quiet and pleasant night's sleep. But it was impossible.

As usual, very nice stay. Clean, good service, Good people in the reception, very nice breakfast and room service. However in this stay, there was someone in my floor with a dog that barked a lot during the night.

Good location and satisfactory room, however on the first night the air conditioning wasn't working. Next day I complied with the service desk and in the second night it was working , but the remote control wasn't in the room, so I could not make adjustments to the fan and temperature.

Most of your guests are travelling for business. It's not possible to have such weak wi-fi in your hotel. It was impossible to work for me. I already highlighted this problem last year. They told me it was because of renovation. But now it's still the same. Please, do something for that. For the rest everything was fine.

Big an good room and bed. All clean. Good location. Has a 24 hours coffe. Good service, internet and price. Facility do made a check in at home e check out only left the key. Problem - airplanes noise. Everything is fine.

« Sorry but it could be better »

It was good but not sufficient. Valeria is a very nice attendant and so committed to her job. But the accommodation was not so good. Titles broken and I would prefer to stay in the other floors which were refunished and rrmildeling. I am still bored with it. The breakfast was nice besides the servers were observing me and my husband eating. I really didn’t like that moment. I had the impression I was doing something wrong. Sorry that is my honest opinion. I wish I could enjoy more.
