« value for money none excisting - not clean and poor hotel service. Service from the heart not excitisting »

I have on your FB send some picture of the room, which wasn't clean (expect the bed), hair and dirt behind the bathroom door, breadcrumbs on carpet and desk chair. The room rate 184 Euro which isn't acceptable. Going out for dinner arriving back to hotel around 20:30 and the main door was closed (twice) and had to wait 10 & 15 minutes to get the lobby door open. You have only one agent you runs the entire hotel - that isn't a 4 Star service. Mr Tran your Front office employee tried his best - however lacking resources . I wasn't able to get from my CC 50.- euro which is standard in good hotels, especially if there aren't any ATM machines near by. Original room category wasn't what I booked, was moved in another room however it isn't fitting to your reservation description where you indicate there is a lounge. meaning you sell it like an executive lounge which isn't the case. I am extremely disappointed and this isn't what I am call four Star. I usually stay at Fairmonts and Swissotels, at least this are still nice hotels which great service. One can see that you clearly cut cost on quality, service but not room rate. this is not even a one star hotel.

« They charge me 50 euro for cleaning the room !!!!!!!! »

They use my credit card to charge me 50 euro after I do the checkout within 1 day and when i ask why this happen they give excuses that it is beacuse of the room cleaning !!! Which hotel charge of the room cleaning.

Hotel good, parking (payable) good, breakfast good. No restaurant in hotel. Nearest restaurant is an Indian but is an all you can eat buffet type. Not for us! No point going to France to eat Indian. Thankfully the hotel bar had a charcuterie plate. We enjoyed it but it wasn't the same as a proper meal. Staff very helpful.

Clean tidy business hotel (ie no facilities beyond bar etc) with superb friendly staff with English well spoken. again. Good location for Osny business trips but not ideal for tourist visits, and less than ideal walk to Cergy Port area. Would definitely stay again

I was happy with the reception and generally everything was alright, the bathroom basin did not have a lever to send the water out of the basin. the toilet was stained ,however this did not spoil my stay. the breakfast on the 1st morning was abysmal and nothing was left after a coach party had devoured everything as if they were locusts, the staff were having to get some cleaners to help out.If the policy of Mercure Hotels is to allow coach parties to stay in your hotels then you should have seperate areas for them to eat breakfast as well as extra staff to cope.

Good and very clean hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Only issue was that the hairdryer did not work with the plug in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet with very good coffee, tea and choice of bread and croissants!

WHEN ENTERING IN THE HOTEL I WAS ASKED TO PAY VIA VISA AND THE NEXT MORNING WHEN LEAVING THE HOTEL I WAS ASKED TO PAY AGAIN. I DID AS THEY ASSURED ME I DID NOT PAY. LATER I FOUND MY FIRST TICKET OF PAYMENT AND I COMPLAINED. THEY ASSURED THEY WILL FIX IT AND CANCEL MY SECOND PAYMENT BUT NOBODY FROM THE HOTEL HAS CONTACTED ME UP TO NOW (10 DAYS LATER) AND MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED TWICE. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. THE HOTEL MUST HAVE RECORD OF CLIENTS AND PAYMENTS AND NOT ASKING YOU TO PAY SEVERAL TIME YOUR ROOM.
