Exceeded our expectations, close to everything we wanted. Lovely breakfast. bedroom a bit too hot and themerstat did not seem to work. Squeaky door next to ours which woke us up.

Great value for the price. Bedroom redone. Modern. Breakfast buffet with a lot of choice. Fresh pastry. HOWEVER employees are trying very hard for you NOT to feel welcome. We prepayed for upgraded room. We were made feel like robbers for the check-in, with a request for all our identity details. The manager didn't even say hello. When we told her that we wanted to pay for a dog (you cannot select that option on the reservation website) it was as if we had announced that we were going to take her 1st born.... Really unpleasant experience. Will not be back in that hotel ...

« Overnight stop »

We were travelling on holiday with 2 cats and needed somwhere to break the journey. We checked in on-line and were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. The room was good, clean and served our purposes. We had a meal in the evening in the lobby area which again was reasonable. The staff were friendly, multi lingual and helpful.

« Hotel a delight and staff caring »

The hotel had been recently updated and was a delight to stay in. The staff were helpful and welcoming and ensured that we and our two small dogs were happy and contented with our room. People enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant bar area and there was a pleasant ambience. The food catered for most tastes. The only minor thing that we disliked was that there was no obvious reception area and they used the bar to pay from. We will definitely visit again.

A pleasant hotel, friendly staff, newly renovated Foyer / Reception / Restaurant area. Limited kitchen but a large Shopping Centre with many restaurants right around the corner. Secure parking. Very good for a stopover.

« probably the worst Ibis I have stayed at »

I had just stayed in a great Ibis in Lisbon, and cancelled another booking to stay here. The access for parking a van is bad, point 1, no reception desk, just a table at the bar, not good. My first room stank of cigarette smoke, so had to move. They charged me for my free drinks ( as a gold card holder), and promised to remove charge but did not.No desk in the room, just some poxy table on wheels, not near a socket, so you sit on the bed to work, no way. Rubbish. Then we ate in the bar. Some fancy microwaved food, very poor value for money, very poor food, a burger and crisps, and an expensive small portion of potato. Should have gone to Mc Donalds close by. Check out at a bar table, was very slow, and had to correct mistakes. Breakfast was poor too.
