I arrived the hotel late at night. A taxi driver who took me to the hotel somehow forgot to let my baggage off from the taxi and unfortunately left. Because I had to leave Valencia by a flight in the coming early morning, I was stuck on the taxi trouble and felt despair. I told to hotel concierges about the incident and they spent a lot of effort for me. I finally got my lost baggage back thanks to their awesome helps. I appreciate it.

The room where we stayed was clean and tidy. There was some fruit water at the entrance which was nice since it's very hot in the summer. Check-in process was fast and the lady attending us was friendly. One thing I didn't like is that there was no some sort of blanket on the bed because I got a bit cold at night sleeping with sheets only. But otherwise everything was fine.

Bad. First we were told we didn’t have a reservation. Then it was found. No one knew we were gold card members. Then I went to the room and the key didn’t work because it hadnt been activated. Then when I got in the room it really smelt of smoke ( someone must have been smoking in there prior to us. Then In the room there wasn’t any extra pillows. So I had to ask for some extra. This took about 15 mins for some to be found. Then the air con in the room wasn’t working very well.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was too basic, some hot alternatives such as boiled or scrambled eggs or vegetarian options such as sausages or burgers and gluten free bread would be an improvement. Our door key card kept malfunctioning more or less everytime we tried to enter the room. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. More advice on travel options and sightseeing would have been appreciated, as the hotel is quite far away from the centre.

The hardest part is FINDING the hotel! Staff were welcoming, we knew what to expect of the room. Comfortable night's sleep plentiful breakfast. Queuing for the single coffee machine was a big pain, however. Would have been nice for the decaffeinated option to have been connected.
