The wall next to the bed was really nasty - stains of something that has run down the wall … The mattress was worn out and my back has been aching a week after the three days stay at your hotel. Otherwise, food, reception were nice.

This hotel is a bit refreshed, has all you need for very short stay like 1 night. Shower fights to keep water pressure stable. Wardrobe need some repairs. When I bought stay with you I was missinformed by booking.com about 4* quality. Your cleaning service forget to leave towels for second person after first night. Well many basic factors make my stay less pleassed. The breakfast was great and reception desk works well.

Friendly staff, nice reception, bar area. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The room was ok, basic but fine for a couple of nights. Close to the waterfront/beach area and also the train station/town.

I have stayed at many hotels, but have never seen a hotel so strict about not giving the room before 3. Fine, it’s your hotel policy and I respect that. But a couple of things I would definitely like to point out about your housekeeping. There were 2 extra pillows in the cupboard, when we removed them to use we found they had been eaten up from inside because of the fungus on them. The toilet was choked and wouldn’t flush. Am surprised the housekeeping didn’t notice this when cleaning the room before giving it to us. The air conditioning in the room seemed to switch off at night, making it very warm in the room. So overall my experience was not very good with Mercure

Check in was very easy as I did it online. The room was basic despite the fact that I booked a Superior room and I was expecting it to be bigger it was quite small. Since the hotel was next to the major event of the days- The Ironman70.3 competition I was expecting a breakfast to be served earlier than usual but it was not the case. I also asked if I can be served breakfast at my room earlier but I received a negative reply. I have to THANK the restaurant (across the reception) staff and manager for their services, flexibility and willingness to help. GREAT one for them

Good service and facilities, but the bed could be improved. I am staying at the hotel weekly and I am member in Accor Hotels, but the registration of stayed nights has totaly stopped up. I have now stayed for clos to 60 nights, but only 28 are registrated.

Everything was really nice and 100% perfect. The only thing really not enjoyable was the lift situation. Staying on the 1st floor and waiting for 20 min to get to the ground floor. Not much fun, a stair case which can be used would be really good

we are regular guests staying in Mercure Gdynia 2-3 per year. The service is really good, rivalling ones in 5* hotels. there are some things that require improvements - for example the sofa is family suite is really uncomfortable to sleep on due to unsuitable bedding (leather sofas require fitted sheets otherwise everything just falls off:) - but overall experience is really good

After my 1st of 15 night stay, I took the time and wrote a letter of complaint to the hotel via the email address on the website. No response was received. I was advised to check the hotel directory in my room. Neither of the rooms i stayed in had a hotel directory.
