It is not good, but not bad either. Rooms are neat but old. Beds are no longer good. The bathroom has also not been renovated. Shower in the bath. The staff is also not really friendly. I prefer to book another hotel, but it was too late and you can still go here.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I have to say that it has been changing for the better. This is good because the competition is growing in the city. The hotel is very conveniently located near the old town and the train station. The breakfast is great and the staff are very helpful.

Good value for money however two single beds not very comfortable. Pillows are particular bad, all soft and cheap. No need for big TV with unclear picture and suspended channel (I've managed only one Canal+ and it stuck). Although Bluetooth stereo is ok no need for separate CDs. Positives: 2 bottles of water in room. Friendly service and possibility to top up water bottles downstairs. 3 power plugs for Tesla in car park!!! (Excellent) but why only Tesla?

Bed old and soft, double glazing does not work, you can hear everything outside. Restaurant closed at 10pm and no wine in the ‘after hours’ bar area. This is not a Mercure hotel in my opinion. All the staff, however, were polite and helpful.

Stayed in a triple (family) room. Good size room, but rather outdated. Strong unpleasant smell from the bathroom pipes. Air con positioned in a way that only covered the entrance and a part of the room with sofa, but did not reach to the main bedroom area. Broken bottle opener. The lights system is slightly annoying and hard to figure out as unmarked switched control the lights circuit. Stayed there before in a double room, which was much nicer, a bit disappointed this time.

Great Staff, Great Location, Clean Room at Reasonable Price. Will be even better once the renovation is complete. Suggest backside to avoid the road noise in front, but not all that loud anyway. Great Breakfast as well. Another example as to why Poland is my favourite European country to visit.

Great value for money, room clean, a bit too hot, company address details submitted online were not there on the invoice so a couple of minutes lost on the morning of check-out to get it right

The smell in bathroom was like in old house. The bed wasn't comfortable. It was impossible to get slippers. I made a call to the reception and was told that slippers were only for superior rooms, asking if I could buy them separately, I got the reply that the hotel didn't have enough of sleepers in order to sell it. The reply was provided in unpleasant way. So I needed to go to the shop to buy it. Staying previously in Mercure I was provided with sleepers, so I was disappointed that the policy had chainged so far. Also passing the reception I saw that empty very often, seemed like receptionists were hiding.
