Great Staff, Great Location, Clean Room at Reasonable Price. Will be even better once the renovation is complete. Suggest backside to avoid the road noise in front, but not all that loud anyway. Great Breakfast as well. Another example as to why Poland is my favourite European country to visit.

Great value for money, room clean, a bit too hot, company address details submitted online were not there on the invoice so a couple of minutes lost on the morning of check-out to get it right

The smell in bathroom was like in old house. The bed wasn't comfortable. It was impossible to get slippers. I made a call to the reception and was told that slippers were only for superior rooms, asking if I could buy them separately, I got the reply that the hotel didn't have enough of sleepers in order to sell it. The reply was provided in unpleasant way. So I needed to go to the shop to buy it. Staying previously in Mercure I was provided with sleepers, so I was disappointed that the policy had chainged so far. Also passing the reception I saw that empty very often, seemed like receptionists were hiding.

Convenient but it's time for change

Everything was Ok. Staff do excellent job, BUT - it is realy time to think about renewing rooms. I got upgrade to a nice apartment, but furniture and most of things just look old and not "fresh". It is clean, but you can not realy clean an armchair that is 30 years old :-)

It was our 2nd stay in this hotel - and like previously room was clean and quite comfy, breakfast tasty. Unfortunately, I asked for a baby cot while making a booking but it was not there when we arrived. Would not be a problem but we waited 1,5hrs to had it delivered to our room after we had it requested at the reception. Person responsible couldn't find it... it was late night, our baby was tired and screaming, then 2nd one woke up and my wife was furious.

Very good. Only complaint was about a screw in the floor at the bathroom door which was sticking up and could gave caused an injury.

We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable with good facilities. However, there was only one power point, which was less than adequate, as we had phones, an i-pad and an electric toothbrush to charge. There was also no mirror over the dressing table. It was over in a corner by the bed instead. Considering most women sit at the dressing table to do their hair and apply makeup, its position was not very inconvenient.

It was excellent! You have some wonderful reception staff especially the two lovely girls who checked me and colleagues in on the evening of Thursday September 6. I was visiting Lamsdorf Stalag VIIIb (Lambinovice) where my father had been a prisoner of war 1940-45. Your reception staff were so kind. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast served in my room was like a banquet. Thank you. (On Tues night I had stayed at Birmingham airport UK Ibis Budget, also part of the Accor group, which was not at all good)

The hollow in the mattress was so deep that there was no risk of falling out of bed I book onto hotels expecting a good nights sleep. Not possible in the Mercure Opole!

It was the 2nd time I stayed there and will stay there again in the future. The hotel service and location are great, so were breakfast and the room but there is a safety issue with the striped carpet on the stairs as you cannot see individual steps!
