« Good hotel, a bit old style with carpets everywhere »

The breakfast is not "international" since for sweet foods there is only (not always) croissant and some strange little squared sort of strudel... not cakes nor cookies... Lots of salty foods instead. Please balance it!

« Wonderful cozy hotel in a very beautiful Lublin »

The hotel is very conveniently located, you can walk to the Old Town, where there are many restaurants, museums, you can take a bus or a trolleybus to the Central Bus Station or the Central Railway Station within five minutes walk. In 15 minutes is a large shopping center. The hotel itself is very cozy, wonderful welcoming atmosphere, it was very nice to return in a cold evening to a warm hotel room, drink hot tea The breakfasts are very good, from freshly squeezed juice to all kinds of cold and hot dishes, delicious bread and aromatic coffee. I spent more than a week at the hotel and am very grateful for a wonderful stay.

Clean bedding is really important and it was OK. All the rest inside the room still normal, but makes impression room is very popular and frequently used. Heating was not operational and room temperature was good for me and just in case, portable heater was kindly offered by staff. Situation was developing so, that appeared parking is not free when car was already parked. However there is a posibility drop car outside parking area nearby as it was informed on reception. Smell of the breakfast was nice, but 10 Euro per person sounds not optimistic. Breakfast we found not far from hotel with twice less price.

quite noisy from other guests - no seats available in Restaurant for breakfast (all occupied by group of bus travellers - waiting time more than 30 minutes !!!)

« Overall good hotel, full 3 stars »

The room were functional, maybe not everywhere was perfectly clean but the overall was good. Also the reception staff was very helpful. If you want to know a section where you can improve is the attitude of some waiters in the restaurant (Not everyone, just few), if they can show a little more happiness and effort it would be nice.

The stay was great. Most staff are very understanding and go out of the way to help you. Next time I will try to remember their names. Unfortunately the suite we always stay in was not available, so the room was small, but the experience was lovely.

I experienced a special week for me and my Company guests during my stay - very creative surprise :-) I had a breakfast with the Hotel Managing Director when I could share my findings and give feedback on how to futher improve customer experience (I'm a frequent guest in this hotel). Clean, friendly, tasty. But why can't I disable the air conditioner simply by opening the window? It takes one switch, one permanent magnet, one REED relay or a Hall sensor. No rocket science!

This is a 3* property in a good location. Staff is doing tremendous job in providing service. Tasty breakfast and steaks at Winestone restaurant. Got upgraded to a suite and received welcome gift as well as drink vouchers as Le Club Accor Gold member. Would definitely stay again.

Nice welcome Room was clean, confortable Breakfast is good but I would appreciate fresh coffe not done by automatic machine Jam and cereal recipients are not easy to use. Bowl for cereal are not easy to find.
