I've stayed in the hotel many times. The reception area and breakfast room are fine. The staff are very friendly and professional. However, the bedrooms are bleak, like a large cell. They often smell damp. It's not an inviting atmosphere for the night. But there's no competition around and I guess there are plenty of customers on business visits to Orange and the other companies in the Technopole.

We stayed 5 nights at the Ibis Hotel Lannion. Overall, our experience was really good: the room clean, enough space in the room, a nice hotel, a correct breakfast, a very kind staff and a beautiful garden in the patio. The only bad point was the bed for the baby was broken. Maybe it would be nice that the direction changes it for the next customers.

Pleasant. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Excellent breakfasts. Well sited for expoloring Lannion and the coast. Could have done with tea/coffee making facilities in our room, but easy enough to get good coffee in the breakfast area.

room and bathroom and breakfast and lovely outdoor seating area was all good. Because I was ill and needed medical treatment while I was there I had to have a fair bit of contact with people at the reception, asking them to do things, eg. ring for a taxi for me, and just really got the feeling that they couldn't be bothered and I was being a nuiscance. When i said that i needed to see a doctor, they kept insisting they would have to ring for an ambulance which I was anxious about as I was booked in to another hotel the following day. They seemed very unsympathetic and very unwilling to help. Either they didn't like me or they don't like english people. Either way i thought the staff were dreadful compared with the staff at Ibis Cherbourg de Glacerie where I had stayed several nights previous. I guess I was expecting the same standard as that. Lady at reception when I first arrived was helpful in telling me where to park and time of breakfast etc. so I was lucky there, but after that it was down h. all the way with staff at reception.

I accidentally spilled some wine in my bed sheet one night. After housekeeping, I noticed bed sheet was only turned over, maybe to hide the stain? I was disappointed because of this. But for the staff, they are friendly and easy to talk to.

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk to the town centre and next to the railway station. Very good. The staff iwa friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was nice - there is even a small garden where one can have breakfast. Very satisfied!

Hotel was comfortable but setting not conducive to travelling with 2 dogs. Too many suspect characters (drinks) in the surrounding streets which made walking the dogs an uncomfortable experience. Also in comparing other Ibis hotels (we stayed in 5 in this holiday in France) the staff were not as welcoming as in other Ibis hotels

Hotel is central and close to railway station. the property is a bit dated and could do with a facelift. Rooms were clean with a strange wood effect carpect. Nice to have a long soak in a bath. Car parking a bit of an issue if you need to leave a vehicle all day in the town.
