Check-in was quick and professional. It's also great to be upgraded to a superior room. I like this hotel location and confort very much. It was our fourth stay here but certainly not the last. P.S. : the airco is very noisy and inefficient during warm days (room 627).

Thank you, but I have a problem. I had reserved Mercure Warazawa Centrum with Accor hotel App. And I've stayed 4 days and paid with my credit card. The hotel fee that I paid was 2268.00 PLN But I've checked that another hotel fee was charged and paid. It was 1,993 PLN. The staff told me the deposit(2,500 PLN) was canceled. However what is 1,993 PLN? And when I try to check my old reservation in Accorhotel web site, but there was no records about this. Please check and let me know.

I had a 2 days reservation and my husband had a single day reservation during the same week in June 2018. My 2 days reservation went well, just like any other Mercure experience. But, for our surprise, my husband's reservation was cancelled and we ended up not having any place to stay. Very disappointing! They told us that since we didn't have the online check in done, the room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked... this is an absurd! The front desk guy was nice and helped us finding another place in Warsaw (not accor, but the only place available on that day - an apartment in the city). I was very sad that my vacation didn't go as planned and if the "new accor system" is relying on the online check in, then someone needs to revisit it and adjust it... not all travelers keep paying attention to their mailbox while on vacation... this is insane.

I stayed for 9 nights. The receptionist greeted me warmly when I arrived. I found the reception staff very helpful, apart from one male receptionist who wasn't at all helpful when I reported a fault in my room. The breakfast was extremely varied and catered for all tastes. Prepared fruit was better some days than others. The waiters worked hard clearing plates & setting tables, especially Anton. On Sunday morning there seemed to be less staff on duty and the only prepared fruit was bananas and pink grapefruit. Many tables needed clearing /setting when other people and I went in the restaurant. I ate in the restaurant 6 nights and enjoyed my meals. I would have preferred to have just been able to order the main fish/meat dishes and selected my own choice of potatoes/rice and vegetables. eg I would have liked to order the cod but not served with rice. I like cod and rice but not served together. It would have been more helpful if I could have ordered cod with spinach peas and potatoes as extras. My room was well equipped apart from there being no drawers, only a high shelf in the wardrobe and half a cupboard under the luggage rack. The desk where the TV was could have accommodated a set of drawers under the desk unit. I slept well in a comfy bed and was happy with the shower ,towels and toiletries. I liked the speaker in the bathroom so could still hear the TV or Radio. Bottles of water put daily was appreciated. The A.C. wouldn't stay on the fan speed I selected for long, and kept going to automatic which was very noisy when trying to get to sleep so opened the window instead. This review may seem to have a lot of complaints but please regard them as constructive critism. I did enjoy my stay in the hotel.

Overall the room was more than what I expected with all comforts provided. Checkin was a pleasure with a really friendly staff to assist. Checkout was a breezy card drop. The one negative (similar to my previous stay) was the crowd at breakfast. Seats should be assigned by the staff instead of my having to search 5 minutes for one. The kitchen and waiting staff were angels and ever so polite! Dont know how they do it as I would have lost my patience with some of the other guests. Hopefully this hotel will find a way to make the breakfast experience more pleasant for its guests. The hotel is highly recommended. Great location.
