It's already tradition - to be in Warszaw and stay at Mercure centrum hotel. We had very good feeling, that we are welcomed, e.g. the representative at the reception upgraded our room without any doubts; attitude and good food in the restaurant Wine stone, etc. Such like extra miles from the staff side make You extremely satisfied to be a member of AccorHotels loyalty program.

we stayed 4 nights in the hotel as a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child 15yrs old). The room we had was clean, well equipped however it could be a little bit bigger. It also was facing the main road which was very noisy and we couldn't open the windows during the night. Breakfast was stunning with a variety of food

Hotel was very nice with really lovely reception staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with everything that you could possibly need. Bar shut at 12:00 on the dot I know this because I was refused at 12:02. That was my only negative experience of the 4 nights that I stayed. would recommend.

The hotel has a great location, the capacity to host business events and highly professional, courteous and motivated staff.

I felt comfortable in Mercury Centrum hotel. I had a refurbished room with two beds. The hotel is placed just a few steps from the railway main station, near the Zlote Tarasy shopping mall. I can recommend this hotel both either for business or family trip.

Check in and reception staff was friendly and service minded. The hotel has extremely dirty carpets in the halls and room. Dated disgusting, dirty bathroom. I could not stay here even though I prepaid for the two night stay. Left the hotel the same night we cheCked in and moved to a nearby hotel.

The hotel is ideally placed across from a very modern shopping centre through which you can access the central railway station. It’s a busy hotel for professionals, conferences and tour groups but everything happens efficiently. Gluten free options were available in the diverse breakfast buffet which also included a small Asian section.

The service, staff and such were all as expected, but there were a few obvious things that were missing. There was no heating to the rooms despite the weather outside - my comfort level was decreased considerably because of it. In the shower room there was no holder for the gel/shampoo/etc - had to put them on the flower while using the shower - sounds silly, but in comparison to other hotels this is just something a guest would be used to.

In general good but there were a couple of issues regarding our stay: 1) Online check-in: If a hotel asks me 4 times in 2 days to use online check-in function (to save my time at arrival) then when I come to the hotel I really expect those keys to be waiting for me (as it says during online check-in); unfortunately the "fast-check-in" desk was empty and 2 other people servicing "regular" check-in desk were not willing to approach us saying they are "very busy" currently; yes, they were busy - that's true - but it is about handing over the keys since the whole check-in process was done already so how long can it take? a minute? We were after long and exhausting travel with 2 small kids so I would expect a bit more empathy. Happily someone else has been called from the back-room and we were given the keys in a fully professional manner. So all in all it ended up good - just with a bit bitter aftertaste. 2) The room: We liked the room but a couple of things need to be improved: * VERY loud air-conditioning - even at lowest fan speed. * VERY loud speaker in the bathroom - we understand some people may want to hear TV News while being in the bathroom - but for many it is very disturbing. Please, add some off-switch or some volume control to it. * squeaky door-handle in the bathroom - it was so squeaky that everyone was waking up when someone tried to close/open the door at night visiting bathroom with their needs * damaged shower-head - water was splashing all over the place * "plug-hole" blocked - after 3 minutes of shower, the water was flowing out of the basin * Air-Conditioning control panel - that blue colour was way too bright during the night; it doesn't have "night-mode" unfortunately, or it could been placed on the wall where the bathroom entrance is 3) The parking: When we arrived to the hotel's parking I knew it won't be cheap. And I was expecting to pay around 50 zlotys for overnight stay. And I would be ok with paying this amount. But 89 zlotys?? I understand it would be for someone external - but for the hotel guests it should be much cheaper. We had no choice but to change the parking for the one in Zlote Tarasy - which was 35 zl per 24h. No wonder your parking is empty. The good: - we loved very comfortable beds - we liked the delicious breakfast - although the staff should be more attentive and inform the chef (cook) that some food is already finished (scrambled egg and so on) - there was a juicer next to the "pancake stand" - it was the best fruit-veggie juice I had in a very long time; too bad there was only one juicer and people had to wait 10 minutes sometimes to have their cup filled in - very good service in Winestone restaurant - quick check-out I hope those things mentioned above can be improved. I was visiting Novotel Centrum hotel in the past a couple of times and they offer a better standard of service than Mercure Centrum. Although, to be fair - it is also a bit more expensive. In general we try to use Hotels from Accor group as we know what to expect and some decent level of service is always being kept. This is the first time when we experienced so many issues and we were using before most of Accor hotel types (IBIS, IBIS Styles, Novotel, Mercure and I think there was one more but I forgot the name) and we were always very satisfied. That's why before this reservation we have decided to join LeClub.

We are extremely sorry that we did not meet your expectations regarding several issues: technical problems in the bathroom, loud air conditioning, loudspeaker in the toilet and waiting at the reception during check in. I would like to inform you that all your comments and suggestions have been forwarded to the Managers of the Reception, Technical and F&B. Referring to the suggestion for an expensive hotel car park, I would like to inform you that compared to other hotels (prices from 89PLN to 220 PLN), which are in a similar location, the price of our car park is reasonable. I am glad that we met your expectation regarding comfortable bed and tasty breakfast. We are grateful for the compliments directed towards employees of the Winestone restaurant. We appreciate your sharing your concerns and suggestions and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. All OK, but was leaving early morning therefore missed my breakfast ... ordered a lunchbox .... but was not ready in time ... reached Szczecin 7 hours later nierly starved. Will I get a free breakfast next time ? It apparently works one way. They always charge me for a no show, so I wonder what will I get ?

The room service people were not Cooperative. I brought my own good from pakistan because of Muslim food is not available easily. But room service, reception and the restaurant refused to make the food hot for me. It was very small favor. Wherever I stay in any hotel around the world, no one ever refused to make my food hot.
