« Hub of friendliness in the centre of capital »

It was a trip booked in the last minute and so I opted for Mercure Central Warsaw hotel as its offered a good deal in comparison with other hotels I tend to use when in Poland. This turned out to be the best choice ever. Mercure hotel is a true gem; tacked in just behind the main shopping centre, stone throw from central railway station and in close proximity to all the buzz of the Polish capital. I could easily overlook it slightly worn look as the friendliness of the hotel’s staff is unprecedented; from a warm welcome at the reception, attentiveness at breakfast to smiles by the cleaning staff for whom nothing seem impossible. These are the friendly personnel that make this hotel to be possibly the best in Warsaw. Just wonderful. Thank you!

Although we stayed at your hotel just for one night, the whole experience was very satisfactory. In particular, the reception staff were extremely helpful when we were trying to find train tickets to Lublin where we were travelling. Therefore we would like to thank them once again for making it easy to us.

I asked for 2h later staying due to my logistics problems with no issues from the stuff = no hurry, helps a lot. Room service was superb (nice and fast) - my kids ordered some food and it was top-class. All the stuff was super-super nice to our kids all the time... Room manager give us bags for dipers which was also nice :) See you soon! :) My hotel! :)

The hotel was very kind to upgrade us to celebrate my wife's birthday in September. However my wife had a severe back pain and we requested for a late check out. She has to lie on the sofa because the bed was too soft to support her back. Overall the stay was comfortable and convenient.

« My necklace went missing »

I left my necklace with a pendant on the table and when I came back from the city the pendant was gone. I checked my room and luggage. I spoke to the reception and they said nobody found anything. I didn’t witness anyone taking it but it’s really bizarre that it just wanished. It left me extremely upset as it had great value to me. I don’t think I’ll be staying there anymore.

The locaion is very good, enabling shopping and touring at hand. The rooms are comfortable and guest experience departmant assisted with arranging a wedding anniversary surprise. The restaurant Winestone is a worthy option for dinner.

I always stay at your hotel this time previous guest was able to enter my room his card was still active lucky I was in the room nothing was taken can you make sure for the safety of guests the previous occupier cards are deactivated so they can't enter the room . It happened around 5 pm on 7th sep 2018 . The rest of the stay was good as always . Many thanks T.m.

My biggest disappointment from my stay was the service. The employees at the reception were so rude! Not nice at all, not helpfull not anything you should be when you work at a hotel. They are payed to be nice to guests and help them and they did anything but that. I was deeply disapointed from the service and the approach.
