« After two good stay a not too good one »

Even I really like this hotel, I was not truly satisfied. Check in was a bad experience, even if hotel was nearly empty, had to wait, receptionist did not informed about anything (however, I know the hotel quite good). No room upgrade (generally I not await this, but as a platinum in an empty hotel I would await some status recognition). At breakfast nobody cared about us, the table was not done half an hour later. The breakfast quality was still perfect, many selections, quality food. The room is dated, but very clean.

Personnel friendly and very professional Food service very good. The beds are very uncomfortable, and are in immediate need of replacement. The carpeting in hallway on Floor No. 2 (Room 204) was deplorable and in urgent need of cleaning; however, more likely replacement.

Arrival requests were not honoured. Room was prepared for only 1 persons while reservation was for two persons. Even after three reminders (by phone and at the desk) we still did not have soap to wash our hands. No advantage of online checkin.

Staff was really nice. The room felt quite old and the bathroom could have been cleaner. We got 2 cards, from which one was not working. The view from the room was lovely. The menu in the room was all sticky.

Good location, approximately 30 min from the Katowice airport by taxi, walking distance to the main square , restaurants, good breakfast buffet. rooms are clean and relatively big. good bed. recommended for a short, business stay.

I had better memories of the overall quality of the Novotel brand. Room is overall ok, but minor details are annoying: - So called "fast check in and check out" brings no real advantage as you anyway have to queue to the desk. Or I didn't get it. And what is that form we have to fill-in for fast check-out ?? never seen that before. Expectation is that I get my key immediately upon arrival, and dump it when leaving; Or don't call it fast. - the towel fabrics looks cheap and rough. Your Customers deserve larger and softer touch :-) Really cool : jazz music at the bar on Tuesday's. I liked that !. My next stay will be in Angelo which seems to me to give better value for money.

« Business stay with good ratio price/quality »

Nice stay without too much to say being that I just was in the hotel for few hours in the morning and evening. Everything OK, nice room, nice common areas/spaces, very good breakfast. Need to check and improve the check-in procedure/personnel. At my arrival, quite slow check-in, too many questions (even if already checked-in online), misunderstandings. the day after the key card was not working (after 1 day) because probably not properly programmed: it was necessary to return don for modification. Exactly the same for my colleague travelling with me. Kind personnel, but maybe an improvement would be recomendable. Anyway, good stay, good experience as usual. I will return anyway.

Reception, room and food very good. Staff in restaurant very slow and not attentativ at all.They are nice but they are not interested in offer you dessert or coffee etc. We would have ordered much more if they would have come to our table once in a while. It is unfortunately the same everytime i have stayed there.

Guy at reception not aware about connected rooms in hotel (we booked connected rooms and guy was telling us that it is impossible....) Restaurant without kids menu and you mentioned that it’s a family hotel To charge room at the restaurant very challenging !! Guy was telling that I didn’t pay the room rate but was paid in advance during booking process. I hate that organization isn’t trusting me. I am honest guy !!!!!!!!!

Very clean, professional and friendly staff. However rooms in need of an update, starting with the mattress and carpet. The air system is also kinda weak and noisy. Breakfast actually very good, again a friendly staff. But you do not have the feeling you got the value for your money.
