The toilet seat was filthy. No one checked if soap was out. Aircon hardly worked. Some of the staff were not nice. Towels were thin and worn out. Breakfast was ok. Tv programmes ok. Internet worked well.

Was not happy with the bed and bathroom

The bed had a plastic cover under the sheet which caused me to sweat all night waking up in a wet bed. In addition, one of the bathroom lights were blinking on and off which was very annoying. On a positive note the staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed here because of the proximity to relatives but might look at other options next time.

Outdated rooms but clean and maintained. Staff in evening check in where really nice. Staff in the morning at breakfast and check out where not hospitable at all!! Really rude and did not looked you in the face. In breakfast there was no one to ask the room number, neither a place to wait. So when grabbing food there came a young woman, really arrogant and mad at me and litterly screamed from one meter away from me: “What is your room number?” And after answering she walked away. At check out the girl only said: “what is your room number” and thats it. Not how was your stay or even a goodmorning... I work in hospitality myself so I know its not difficult to change this.

The room was clean and tidy. The only think I could change is the rules for leaving the car park. I didn’t know I need to collect a token for exit and had to go back to the reception. The weather outside was -6 and I had a baby in the car. I think it would be much easier to mount a camera there and a phone to ask someone to open the barrier.

Stayed here a few times previously and as always it was a perfectly pleasant experience. Check in was a little slow and laborious, but otherwise all went well. the room was OK - one of the more dated ones -but clean, warm and comfortable. So no real problems there. Dinner & Breakfast were fine too.

We let the hotel know in advance that one of my colleagues needed a gluten-free breakfast. When we arrived and asked about it we were told that they couldn't do anything - not even provide gluten free bread. We asked the next day but they remained adamant that they couldn't help in any way. I sent an email to the customer services at Accor but did not get e reply. Towels in bedrooms weren't changed. The bar was advertised as being open 24 hours a day but they could only provide water after 11pm.

A perfectly pleasant stay and a good buffet breakfast

Room was perfectly adequate for a short stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. Wifi was fine and there were plenty of power points. Bathroom was a little dated, but importantly, it was clean and functional. Breakfast was fresh, varied, plentiful and tasty. The only issue is there is only one coffee machine and it is a bean to cup so it makes great coffee (a real plus feature) but takes a little time to make each cup so at busy times there can be bit of a queue for coffee - but at least it is worth the wait! Dinner in the restaurant was perfectly pleasant and service was good. Check in was a little slow and the receptionist forgot my welcome voucher and also wasn't keen to open a "tab" for me to charge dinner.. then they forgot to do it anyway and the restaurant had to chase this up when trying to close the check. All in all fine it was a satisfactory, but not brilliant, stay.

Outside display prize 99 zl is not correct , is related to earlier booking min 1 months - Personnel OK, however not full familiar for the welcome vaucher

Staff members quite rude during check in expressing doubts if our stay had been paid. When things explained no apology. Towels feel like old rugs. Buffet choices monotonous and limited.
