Positives: Very well located hotel in Sheikh Zayed city, staff are very polite and and did their best to make our stay special. Heated pool. Gym is working. Parking is available. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of item. Children playing area. Negatives: the kids pool is not heated and the water was very cold. The gym equipment are very basic. The carpets in the rooms need better vacuuming.

The worst stay ever

If you really want to know how the real experience is, I stayed for 5 nights, each day I faced a different issue. Starting the first day, the billows were really bad, I requested to change it. The team has change it already, but the new ones weren't much different, both are in a really bad condition. Also I requested an iron to my room, they got me broken one! in the second day I tried to go to the GYM & I can say loudly that we can't even call it as GYM! Briefly everything in the GYM is in miserable condition. Next day I faced a different issue, which I ordered a food from one of the food ordering platforms in EGYPT, although I did it 3 times before this time & always the reception can take the food from the driver & deliver it to the room, this time they told me that it's forbidden to do so! which was very inconvenient for me, as I can't know what is the process & who is right ! at the forth day I faced an entirely new issue that I can't believe it, the house keeping opened the room with me inside at 9AM while I was sleeping! I thought it was by mistake as they closed the door in 5 seconds, although at 11:30 roughly, the agent opened the door with me inside once again asking if I need any help !!! Is it allowed to open your rooms with the guest inside it ?! , or the house keeping agents doesn't have the data for the reserved rooms! I believe that it isn't an experience to face for a such big group like ACCOR, it was really disappointing.
