I was in room 5103 (suite) which was a nice upgrade, except for the shower. It is installed extremely low down and difficult to use. I did ask for a room change, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and room change was not possible.

The stay itself at the hotel was extremely intriguing since it was first time ever visiting Egypt. Hotel's staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially at the reception! Hotel cleanness was satisfactory and the level of security was very much visible!

I think it was overall ok, however I would recommend you to have other type of power outlets, there was only one that could work with the American ones. Also the refrigerator was not working properly and did the beverages did not cool properly there

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Every things were more than perfect startig from the receptin;s staff with their greet welcomings .restorant.house keepers. Foods also with high quality.they all were very friendly and kindely..Room was very comfotable with nice view. I want to thak all the staff .I have also special thanks to Ms Sara and Mr salam.They were very kindly and helpful to me. It has been at least my 10th stay at the hotel in Cairo, if not more, and the personnel at the hotel have said "Welcome back!" since my second stay - after looking at their records ;-) But when they see you again after more than a year, smile, and say "Welcome back!" - without looking at the records - when the barman comes over especially to shake hands, then you really feel welcome. Shukran!

I stayed for 3 nights for a business sty. I used the room service (very good) and restaurant. I also used he sport equipmen, for which : - some bike were not operational. - the provided towels did not seem very clean (did not smell good) - too bad the swiming pool did not open at night. In addition, the room floor was not as clean as I would expect from a hotel of that category.
