front desk service is extremely slow. the room ac does not cool the room properly. house keeping charged into the room twice without giving us time to open the door. room service do not answer the phone and i have to call the front desk and they take a long time to answer the phone.

Fine. Atmosphere was nice in the hotel. All are ok, I have only 2 comments: 1. Rooms are so tight - very small rooms 2. I asked the reception to bring someone to carry my luggage while I was checking out for about 20 mins and at the end I carry them myself to the reception.

I have been to the hotel 4 times now with my company. The overall experience is good, however, the internet connection is very slow. I guess you have received this note many times, specially that the location of the hotel is very suitable for business trips. I have been to many hotels and this is by far the worst internal connection / speed. I also wish to see a smile on the front desk staff faces. Not sure if it is always my luck, but they never give a good smile, although they are helpful :) Thanks

« Nice hotel for short stay »

It was good normal stay at calm hotel the only thing that I didn't like is the breakfast and the staff of the restaurant. The breakfast is so regular I stayed 3 nights it didn't change in the 3 days in other words no variety and about the staff they always came late and I didn't see before staff drinking and eating from the guest food which was so wired to me .

I love the hotel, been there on a business training before and wanted to have a peaceful day last Sunday but unfortunately it was sad to find the hotel full of kids and couldn't use the pool. Also I didn't like the waiting time while checking in.

« Everything fine, except the very last day »

Everything was fine during the two weeks I spent in Novotel hotel. The hotel was nice and clean, the restaurant with buffet and menu services was fine and other services like swimming pool and fitness room were satisfying. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my check-out procedure, due to the incompetence of the reservation office, that caused me to miss my return flight.

« Short visit and amazing services »

Everything was great from the moment I entered till the moment I left. The only thing that was below my expectations was the breakfast buffet which could be improved in many ways, like adding crepes in the desert and improving the taste of the sausages. Basically, you guys need more variety without lowering the quality.
