Hairs in my bed, courtesy of the reception, non tasty food and expensive, no fruits for the breakfast, unclear hours for the swimming pool, restaurant mess up with bills and treat me as a thief... Laundry has been the only remarkable service My company booked me 42 days and I left the hotel after one week, me and all my colleagues (20 persons aprox.) globally very poor service for such a hotel company

My stay was good, but first day I was not good, I arrived in the morning so was going to check-in later after work as I was rushing to office. Confirmed my booking at the reception and left all my luggages, but I had my lunch box with my medication to be kept in the fridge, when approaching canteen, they refused to keep my things till afternoon.

The business services were good. Room was not very clean, still nut parts on the floor and stains on the glass cover of the desk. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. Very disappointing.

« Very helpful staff but bed was not clean and food can be better »

I was shocked to see that my bed when I came inside the room and pulled off the cover and saw there is hair all over the bed from the pervious person which means the bed sheets were not changed, I informed the reception and they came to change it and also the food in the breakfast can be better than this, my colleagues and myself had the same feedback about the food. Apart from that as I said lovely staff.

Overall it was ok, however stability of network (Wi-Fi) in my room was quite poor at my stay. For business use it was hard as I needed to connect my laptop to network. Better if you can improve in the future!
