Everything was ok but not that good. Bed was small Blanket was not for this season Bed sheets was clean buy old Cushions was not good at all Room was small but ok Fridge wasn’t working good Tv was very small and outdated The only excellent thing was Wifi speed!

The hotel offered me a clean room with great service at a very good price. The hotel has large pool and areas to walk around the gardens. It's excellent if your a business traveler looking to have some comfort at a very good price

« Fare below my expectations and my experience about Accor Hotels and standards »

- We tried to call the hotel one night before our arrival for almost 1 hour but no one answer " so strange and not accepted " - First night we went out of the hotel at night and before leaving I asked the reception staff to order for me a turndown service for the room but when I came back nothing was done !!!!!!! - The normal breakfast in the Easter day was served at the BQ room by the BQ head waiter and captains whom it seems like they don't like what they are doing, as they are drinking, eating and using their phones at the buffet area paying zero attention to the clients depending on the BQ casual staff to do all the job - There was a girl during this breakfast seems like a guest relations officer standing all the time at the buffet area holding her mobile phone and electronic cigarette chatting with the BQ staff and doing nothing - We have experienced for two days a poor breakfast buffet in term of items quality and variety doesn't look like Novotel standard we know, in the other hand we had some food from the pool bar kitchen and it was fine - is it normal to call the client " Dear Nader R. " and the GM Mr. Oussama Masoud !!!! may be I don't know

In this respect and further to your unpleasant experience you faced from the quality of service, I am writing to you hoping you accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. And to let you know that I shared your concerns with the hotel management especially the Rooms Division Manager to investigate regarding calling the hotel one night before your arrival but no one answer & ordering a turn-down service for the room but nothing was done. In the meantime, have shared your concerns with the Food & Beverage Manager to investigate regarding head waiters attitude and also the breakfast buffet quality and variety. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to deeply address the problem and take corrective measurements to prevent future occurrence. I did like to stay at Novotel, peaceful, pleasant atmosphere with friendly, polite and helpful staff made the whole experience good, and made me feel welcome. That was my first trip to Egypt and if i want to travel to Egypt again (which i love) would definitely choose Novotel.

The breakfast was fine on first day but second day was bad because finished items were not resupplied even though it was 9 am! Housekeeping was not good, room carpet was very dirty and water was not supplied on second day.
