Despite requesting a non smoking room i was given a smoking room. The reception clerk was rude when I checked in saying that the hotel was full

« Excellent reception, good dinner, quite good breakfast, cleaning of room not adequate, rooms need better maintenance »

I am one of the most frequent clients in your hotel and I will continue to be. However, as an inspector for quality and management systems in hotels ie ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, I would like to inform you that security controls are fake, both at the central gate and at the entrance to the building. Staff needs to follow the procedures and to do a real check, not only for the eyes of the people. Otherwise don't do it at all.

I got sick during my stays and the staff helped me with calling the pharmacy for medicines. The person taking the calls for room service gave me two excellent recommendations and the third day even called to see if I wanted to order dinner again. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful.

Very nice, feeling at home and welcomed, the front desk crew made everything easy and were always happy to help,the room so clean But the bathroom towels was not dry enough , the shampoo very poor quality, no conditioner and the food from the room service wasn’t tasty at all, couldn’t order anything again.

the buffet table are not enough for guests,guests have to wait in the morning until others finish their food so more space is needed closed kids area also needed specially in winter season

« too much mistrust in the personel of the guests »

The stay was ok but I am very worried on the people running after the money when staying 1 day longer ( as agreed), also puting the bill on the table in the restaurant even before the meal is brought is showing mistrust. Breakfast variety is very limited
