everything was smooth and easy, however my room was opened by a gentlemen from housekeeping while I was inside the room without knocking(it was a day use ,so I see no need for housekeeping to make up the room) and the guy apologized. The food served by the pool can do with some enhancements as it was bland for a pizza.

I really enjoy each time i come to Novotel 6th of October. You really prove each time i visit the hotel that Novotel knows how to pick its wonderful staff and knows how to train them. They really make my stay each time a pleasant, relaxing and full of joy. Starting from the way they welcome us at checkin, the complementary fruit basket i find each time in my room, the wonderful help and cooperation from Mr Karim Hemdan each time i make a reservation, the unforgettable and appreciated welcome letter from the hotel manager, the great experience in check in and checkout with reception staff, the tasty and delicious breakfast, the helpful room service and last but not least the welcoming and smiling security team. Novotel with its staff really knows how to make my stay a pleasant one and know how to differentiate their hotel in the area. No wonder each one of my colleagues loves to stay at Novotel when they are in October or Zayed. Thanks a lot Novotel 6th of October team.

1- Although I sent them my ticket and requested them to pick me from airport, but nobody came to airport for pick up. After several time call to hotel, they sent driver after 1 hour...! 2- When I arrived in hotel, they said our check in time is 14:30 so I need to wait 1 hour in reception. 3- Nobody will ask you any water/drink on your arrival in hotel.

everything was near expected considering location, clean room, and friendly people. What i did not enjoy is food/meals. Everybreakfast is the same, every week, and with limited options. same with Menu, this time with some changes which i like it, but not at the level of other European Novotels

Stay was ok, but there a few minor things that make my stay little challenging. 1. There were issues with WIfi in room. Twice Novotel Wifi completely disappeared when i was working. Very annoying. 2. Tables are not suit for work. I was not able to use my computer mouse. It really complicate my work.

The air conditioning was very bad in my room, i reserved a night for my weeding and asked the reception for a dry clean service to iron my wedding suit but i didn't find the service

Dears , actually i faced bad experience at last week i was been at hotel as my work booked for me 3 weeks ( 5 day per week ) at second week i was checked out i forget my i-phone plug charger at my room that was lived in , so i didn't hesitate for that due i will come to make check in again after 2 days and i was completely sure when i asked about it , i will find it , but i was totally shocked when i ask receptionist , they told me there is no plug charger found at your room sir , ?
