Hotel ok in general. Breakfasts, room service, cleaning and reception were on the expected level. I didn't like gym and gym service at all. I just used it once and both bicycles I wanted to use were broken. It was one more ok, but not the type I like. No clean towels and tissues to use inside. When I asked for that, the guy who was there said he would bring and never did. The same was with machine. He couldn't help me in any way. I can't see any reason for him to be there.

It was good but i faced problem in reserve one double room which is not good for me i called reservation many times on 31/12/2018 to book one double room and receptionest told me that hotel is fully booked and after 10 min he checked again and told me that there was some rooms empty which is not acceptabe and second time i want to make late check out and they told me it was not allowed iam not satisfied this time at your hotel

It was disappointing. People smoking every where in the lobby in the restaurant in corridors. The hotel wasn’t clean. My room was not clean. There was no blanket in my room also the weather was very cold, I asked for blanket unfortunately I didn’t get one I have to call front disk 3 times to get one at 2 Am. I booked my stay from AccorHotels application include bed and breakfast, in the front disk they offer me only bed

Reservation & checking in was excellent but i entered my room found workers outside my window & that was extremely uncomfortable & it took me time to change my room , “I changed it” but the receptionist was trying to solve it by asking me to close my curtains from 8:00 am till 3:00 pm until they finish & that was really upsetting
