I'VE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL EVERYTIME I GO TO GUADALAJARA. I'M USUALLY THERE FOR BUSINESS. OVERALL THE STAY WAS PLEASANT. ONE NEGATIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY IS: WHY IS THE RESTAURANT CLOSE DURING LUNCH HOURS ON THE WEEKEND? IT MAKES NO SENSE SINCE ON THE WEEKEND IT'S WHEN THERE IS MORE CLIENTELE, AND HEATING UP A FROZEN PIZZA OR A COLD SANDWICH IS REALLY NOT AN OPTION FOR A RESTAURANT TO HAVE. OTHERWISE SATISFIED.

I've stayed multiple times here. This one has been the best experience so far. Small details like the fruit on a plate upon arrival, the early check in with the LeClub membership card and the courtesy drink make a huge difference

The room was ok, the reason for my score is that checking in takes way too long. The staff seemed very confused, and had a hard time looking up my reservation I assume. it took no less than 3 to 5 minutes before they even asked for my ID or credit card

Reserved to use the room by two people, there was only one coffee cup instead of two, the TV remote control was not available, I called front desk who promised to sent it to the room but that never happened. The safety lock of the door did not work at all.
