I've stayed multiple times here. This one has been the best experience so far. Small details like the fruit on a plate upon arrival, the early check in with the LeClub membership card and the courtesy drink make a huge difference

The room was ok, the reason for my score is that checking in takes way too long. The staff seemed very confused, and had a hard time looking up my reservation I assume. it took no less than 3 to 5 minutes before they even asked for my ID or credit card

Reserved to use the room by two people, there was only one coffee cup instead of two, the TV remote control was not available, I called front desk who promised to sent it to the room but that never happened. The safety lock of the door did not work at all.

Staff was excellent, as was the breakfast. Very convenient location to the expo and very good cost. Room was as expected, though the bathroom coukd be better. Water pressure was awful and quality of soap was not as good as in other Ibis in Europe.

The quality of the room was terrible. Old and ugly. Some reparations aren’t well finished. I’v Stayed in other ibis hotels in Latin America and this one is by far the worst

It was ok, better than the previous times. Only downer was that the attendant said hotel was full and I had to wait until check-in time to get a room (I arrived early), however even when I was waiting, many guests checked out, so not true that it was still full and he told me I had to wait until 3pm (even if those guests checked out at 11am) and he didn't even check my reservation or gave my my Accor LeClub silver level drink coupon. I've had no trouble with this before. Didn't report this other thing but it was bothersome that the bathroom fan was permanently on. Didn't sleep well. Didn't complain because of tiredness.

Por otro lado, en efecto, estuvimos llenos la noche anterior y eso nos complica el asignar habitación a temprana hora. Sin embargo, es un hecho que estuvo en nuestras manos haber reducido el tiempo de espera o dado alguna alternativa. Siento mucho además que no haya podido dormir, ya que siendo ibis una marca de servicios básicos, es el sueño de nuestros huéspedes en donde más enfocamos nuestros esfuerzos. Por todo lo anterior, me permito pedirle una sincera disculpa y ofrezco reforzar mi compromiso de atender estos temas. Estaremos muy agradecidos de que nos permita tener la oportunidad de compensar estas fallas y es por esto que en breve recibira un certificado de cortesía para una siguiente ocasión, en la cual me encargaré de reciba un trato y habitación mucho major al recibido en su reciente estadía. Breakfast has a good selection of pastries, Mexican food, cereals, and fruits. However, the room was okay; I cannot use my lock and there weren't any safety deposit box in the room. No toiletries. Bed was nice; just what I expected from an Ibis Hotel!

The hotel was poorly organized. Bed sheets were not clean. I asked for a morning wake up call that never came. I asked for an adaptor, that was said to be available in the brochure, and never got one. I asked for a taxi and I had to found it myself. Very poor experience.
