This is the worst Ibis where I’ve stayed. Tv wasn’t working properly, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was no soap, the room was noisy, and the staff was unwelcoming.

The fist impression I got was not pleasant . The bathroom on the hall was very dirty. I think you need to improve the cleaning in the whole place. The most important think for me is the clean up.

« Would think twice »

Has a good location, within walking distance from shopping mall and main avenues. The room definitely needs to be improved no iron in the room, only a 150 ml. Complimentary water bobble for 2 people, no coffee pot. Like being in a motel without the Disney channels.

Very good service overall. There was only one small misunderstanding with a reservation that I made for my sister in law. At the end, it was fixed, but it produced some disconfort to her (my sister in law)

Breakfast buffet was awful. Overall quality was poor. Not very hot. One coffee pot was completely cold. Eggs were over cooked and dry.

« In general terms I received a poor service »

It seems hotel recently changed personnel and they are less esperience than in the past. They are not focused to support customer and it seems involved people (from the front desk to the restaurant) does not have proper training to solve issues (i.e. lady from the front desk was not able to put Number of frequent customer because reservation was done from a travel agency, although I paid with my credit card, besides I had to strongly request my invoice because same lady said they will invoice to the travel agency).
