Having been hugely disappointed by another hotel in Lisbon where I thankfully only spent one night and then cancelled, I needed to find somewhere else to stay quickly. I am so glad I found your hotel where I arrived before 830 am stressed and tired after a terrible night in the previous hotel . I was greeted by lovely staff and was able to check in straight away. Mercure saved my stay in Lisbon and I was absolutely pleased with every aspect of my stay. Super clean and delightful rooms and just as delightful staff. Many thanks for a great stay !!

This hotel located in the safe neighborhood, was very convenient to go downtown. Especially, breakfast was wonderful! On the otherhand, there was some problem. For example, even though I made a request for a quiet room when I checked in, I was stationed in the noizy room ajacent to the elevator, where there was a smell problem. These problems were solved after changing rooms.

Three day stay . Disappointed swimming pool only open from 0900 . When visiting a foreign city I like to swim before breakfast. Some reception staff impatient.

This was a very convenient location with transport options available to visit the city centre and other highlights of Lisbon. Our room was very clean, serviced efficiently and had a great view of the Aquaduct. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent but we felt the evening menu was sadly lacking in appeal and description.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Mercure in Lisbon. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety and good quality. The hotel is a good proximity to the airport and is close to transit options for getting downtown. I would stay again if returning to Lisbon.

A very good hotel, with a nice, polite staff at Reception, excellent cleanliness overall. Regrettably the prices for breakfast at the hotel remain extorsive, since there are very few options nearby. I had an incident with my key card, however, that was absolutely regrettable: it was demagnetised 4 or 5 times and the key was NEVER near any other credit card or magnetic field. On the night of Tuesday, May 7th, I arrived at the hotel late night, around 23h45 and my key did not work. I was tired and had to come back to the lobby where there was NO employee at all at the desk. He was probably in the toilet. He was kind enough to ask me several times his excuses, but this indicates a service flaw from the hotel for there should be at least another employee to make each other up. His name was Diogo (forgot his surname). It was not his fault, but the hotel's, cause an employee has the right to go to the toilet

at the desk there was much confusion, communication in English was not good enough!! 1) the room-card was changed into other room 2) the invoice showed different amount, so the lady tried with both my C-Cards to debit the right amount (and credite the "wrong" amount) 3) I got the roomcard, with WRONG name 4) so they found out, also the invoice is other amount 5) using my CreditCard once more to credit the debit-amount for me This transaction took about 10 minutes .... ... only changing the name of guests!! So a pitty! I am Accor-Club member .... (this is missing at the bottom!!)

It was ok. Room was a little bit dated and the breakfast was very standard and small selection of choice. We stayed in another Mercure hotel and this was the best breakfast we ever have had in the hotel. Staff was very nice and the swimming pool good.

The air conditioner was not turned on because it was not summer. The front desk told me to open a window. With the window open it sounded like an airplane was coming into room. Also lots of street noise. There was a loud band on Monday night at the Corinthia Hotel which went on until 2 am. The desk gave me a portable air conditioner that was extremely load and leaked.
