Nice location, good breakfast, kind staff, good bedroom, bad bath room (lack of pression and low water temperature). The fire alarm at 6:30 in the morning destroyed the goal of our stay: have some rest.

I needed a room at short notice recently in Lisbon. In the area by your hotel I have stayed at two other similarly-priced hotels in the past, so I decided to try this hotel. The bed was almost as good as the best of the other two hotels. The sound-proofing was far better than either of the other two hotels, as was the view, and the ambience of the room.

Our tour was booked here and we stayed an extra 2 nights also. The room was perfect, well kept and modern. The on-site restaurant was fine. Staff very helpful. Only problem for us was that the regular dining menu didn't begin til 7:30pm. Late for us, but there was a "bar" menu that worked out just fine for earlier dinner. Public computers useful, Not sure about porter service. No restaurants close

Room size is normal but keeps in nice situation. Breakfast is nice and hotel is close to 2 metro and one railway station. It is easy to any where. Also very close big shopping mall.

Hotel near to airport (8 euro taxi). Dinner package good value. Breakfast excellent. Room clean. Noise from other rooms (above). Warm swimming pool but does not open until 9.00am by which time most guests have gone off for meetings.

I always enjoy staying MercureandAccor hotels. It's 4 star hotel but above it. Breakfast is fantastic with hot meals (British: grilled bacon's, fried eggs, inlets, baked beans etc) as well as normal ham and cheese selection. And especially fresh orange juice was fantastic. Hotel service is nothing to complain about. Staff (including breakfast staff) are well trained and certified friendly. Only one thing. I think hotel people will never notice unless you stay. It's a toilet. As I enjoying a bath and relaxing myself, I vmcannothelp noticing dirty circle right underneath the toilet urinet. I took a photo but I cannot send it to you from this site. Thats the ONLY one thing.

The location is far from the airport so we arrive the hotel by taxi. But it is close to the train station and bus terminal. The room is big, clean and comfortable.

« 7 floor, the house keeping conference floor. »

Was a very short experience. 1 day and half. Starting with the good stuff: The restaurant, the grilled chicken with sweet potato was very well cooked. The soup was weel served. The restaurant and bar staff are as expected for a 4 star hotel. The bad stuff: Since 0800/0900 hours the 7 floor turned to be a conference place for two of the house keeping ladies. Speaking very very very loud, just in front of some rooms with the "do not disturb" papers in front of themselves. Very rude stuff. Impossible to sleep or to work in the rooms near by. There was a vent just abeam the bed. I had to put a pillowcase in front of the the vent to stop the uncomfortable and unstoppable breeze coming out of.

The hotel was quiet and close to transport. We were able to park our car which was a factor in the selection of the hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we would stay here again when we return to Lisbon.
