I enjoyed everything, as allways, nevertheless the one thing i would recommend to improve is the breakfast. I've stayed in other similar Ibis, and even Ibis budget with greater and more appealing breakfasts. Thats the only thing i would recommend.

Although the rooms are slightly small, they are comfortable, the bed is quite comfortable. Breakfast could be improved and with some additional variety.

Very clean and good staff, polite, helpful and friendly. Under average breakfast, help yourself orange juice machine was miserable... Rooms are small but nice, tidy and clean. Huge TV for the size of the rooms!! Prices higher for the type of hotel even taking in consideration the high season and the area...

Check in desk with dead insects under the glass. Should be fairly easy to get up the glass and clean under. Just lazy. In the room for 3 days i did let the curtain open for the maid to see the enormous spider webs on the window. Nothing was cleaned in that regard. Appalling. The maids in the morning made too much noise and didn't wait to get in the room after knocking. Almost entered when we where asleep. I needed to talk louder to say that the room was occupied. Finally there was a power outage that almost left us for hours in the elevator. We got out just in time but none of the staff did worry to see if someone else was stuck in the other elevator. Just relaxed. This was a very different experience from other Ibis we went in. Sad...

Bathroom needs renovation, bad smeel, cigarette smell in corridors and bedroom

Although quite an old hotel it is very good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to get to from the motorway. The usual good breakfast selection and a very nice seafood restaurant close by.

Staff pleasant, room comfortable. A couple of points - room 605, the carpet divider between the bedroom and bathroom needs to be secured and the hairdryer looks grubby and feels sticky. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.

While my stay in the hotel was enjoyable i have to classify you with a 6 out of 10. Cause i had a situation which is hard to explain nowadays how this happens. The water in the shower had no pressure whatsoever. I tried to take a bath by 10:30 am and i had no pressure in the shower. The felling that i got was that the higher we put the shower head the least water you would get. It was hard to finish the bath.

Do not go in the summer, because air conditioner at room does not work. Do not think about staying free after 1:00 PM, because hotel will be almost empty, and they'll say it´s full. If you intend to go to Fatima's sanctuary and you've got a LeCLub Accor card, it's ok. If you're not a member, choose another hotel.

If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, specially if you came in Winter but please note that we still don´t have air conditining just climatized and the late check out will be as usualy on our hotel, up to the availability and also as usualy by request we leave clients stayng in the room until 4PM free of charge and up that time with the normal International late check-out rules,I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experiencewith the best relation ship price and quality that so many of our guests have grown so fond of infortunely it was not your case. Attention needed to some details

The overall experience was good. Nevertheless, there were two things that show more attention to certain details is needed. First, there was only one electric socket which, with all the portable equipment we carry nowadays is clearly insufficient in a room designed for two. I suggest the use of a socket cube like those installed in the IBIS Saldanha in Lisbon where I use to stay when I go to the capital. Second, the light above the desk was not working keeping the working area almost in the dark. A simple verification could be done by the room cleaners when they clean the room, were they instructed to do it and to communicate any broken light.
