« Friendly staff »

All the staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was charmingly relaxing and quiet. Not in the bustle of the centre but just a fifteen minute walk away following a path along the river. A great place to stay and very well located to visit Fatima, Nazaré, Tomar, Coimbra and Lisbon is only an hour away. If you want to get to know the real Portugal, this is a great place to stay.

Good hotel with clean and functional room. Standard functional bathroom. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. A good overall stay.It was ideal for me as the hotel is central to the towns I was visiting - Leiria; Fatima; Nazare; Caldas da Rainha, etc.

« Almost the greatest »

The parking for cars isn't the best. It's the only issue. The breakfast was good and with plenty variety. I loved the bread, it fills you up. For kids there's a plenty variety of channels for them to watch.

« Very worn out hotel in need of updating »

We booked two rooms. One with double and one with two single beds. The bed was comfortable and towels appeared clean. The price is reasonable. Otherwise, the room is very worn: the carpet is like a brown felt and is worn out, the walls had several large cracked plaster areas, the grout in the bathroom is stained. The double room smelled clean, the twin room smelled like a pet had been in there. Overall, the rooms appeared clean, but the tiredness of them will keep me from returning. I have a reservation for six rooms next month, but am going to discuss cancelling the reservation with my guests who are traveling with us. Unless you have other floors that are updated and can assure we will be in those rooms?

« Convenient and as expected »

One-night stay prior to an athletics competition in Pombal. Convenient location, friendly staff on arrival and at breakfast. Hotel as expected with a few minor things that could be addressed to enhance stay. Breakfast was adequate for us but I think some guests might find it a bit limited. I particular liked that the coffee was decent and that you could make your own freshly-squeezed orange juice.

« Wow great experience. »

Front desk went well out of there way to to help especially Christina in reception, good clean room. Breakfast was very good especially when you can cut and make your own fresh orange juice. Bead and croissant baked constantly when running low.Garages parking in basement should be free for guests and not try and squeeze an extra few dollars($3)per day just like the tiny bottles of water on counter $1 Euro.
