I liked the possibility to reach the room directly from the underground parking. The breakfast was very crowdy because of a large group of tourists so it was hard to find a table for my family.

« Could not sleep, room was too hot »

The room was clean, the staff was nice and the location good. Unfortunately I could not sleep, it was too hot in the room despite having the air conditioning set to "high". If you experience this at 2am, it's too late to get any rest and the staff will not be able to repair. We had the same experience a few years back at Ibis Budapest hero's square. This seems to be a problem with Ibis in Hungary. I use Accor all over Europe, only a problem here. A hotel is supposed to provide rest and this was a complete failure.

« Centre of town, great location for one night stopover »

We were cycling the Danube cycle path and stayed overnight in Gyor. Hotel was easy to find and was as expected the same as all Ibis hotels we have previously stayed in. Breakfast was very satisfactory. A short walk into the centre town square for many restaurants in the evening. We liked Gyor, would stay here again.

« Friendly, clean, excellent customer service and all this for an affordable price »

Ibis Hotel Győr was a great experience due to the excellent customer service they provided to us: 1. We could brought our dog with us, and the room was comfortable and dog friendly. 2. My boyfriend is histamine intolerant and I am lactose intolerant. The staff was prepared and tried to serve us meals exactly the way how we needed. You just need to make a pre-call and inform the staff about your food intolerance. 3. The entire facility is extremely clean and comfortable. It was good to get back after a long trip to the accomodation.

The reception was empty when we arrived and we had to wait almost 15 minutes until the receptionist appeared. It was an unpleasant first Impression... But the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent! More than I usually expect from ibis. Thank you!
