I was staying there for business trip and I was looking forward to staying Novotel because Novotel is one of the exclusive luxury hotel in the world. But what I was disappointed with is the room setting. I was staying there 4 nights and my bed covers weren’t changed 2 of nights. The room keepers probably just made my room and bed neatly but I could tell the cover wasn’t changed. In addition, when I checked out, a reception guy mistyped my room number so I paid for the different room number and my invoice was totally wrong price which it should have be. I realized the price so I confirmed it with the reception guy and I figured out that the room number was not my number. He should have realized and checked the room number before he made a transaction with my credit card. The room with nice bed and couch were comfortable enough but I was not satisfied with the service due to the above reasons. The service should not deserve to charge over €100 per nights but other was good.

I am a return visitor and the staff welcome you like family returning home. The standard of the rooms especially the upgrade business rooms is 1st rate. Breakfast varied and tasty, Dinner menu the same. I have no complaints about the hotel at all! The front desk staff always go the extra mile - Balint x 2, Nora and Akso are just amazing!

Just okay. I had not stayed there in years. Room not cleaned at all on first day. Restaurant marginal at best. Front desk was terrific to deal with and was the best part of the stay.

Bathroom lights were not working no cot on arrival. When we spoke to reception they would fix or move us to a different room we went out came back to find we were in a different room I had to move our luggage as it was left in the other room also move the cot and make etc

I really liked the hotel and would stay again. That being said I almost fell the first 2 times I tried to get out of the tub/shower. It was slippery because of the curvature of the tub. If I were you I would take those tubs out and just tile in a shower only before somebody gets hurt. I am also short at 5'5". I have co-workers who are over 6' tall and larger frame. There is no way they could shower in that tub. Your toilet area - it is way to small for a bigger person and still a PITA to use for anybody small. You would be better off changing the bathroom design to be all in 1 room - with a shower "pad" - NOT a tub, and get elongated toilet bowls (or at minimum toilet seats with open fronts) so there's room for everything. There is nothing worse than sitting down and your "junk" hits the front of the bowl. Your air conditioning is not good enough. The room is perfect temperature when you 1st get to the room in the evening but by 5:00 am the room is really warm or even hot. I was waking up sweaty and sticky every morning. With not enough AC, and if that is the only shower and toilet option you have I could never recommend my larger co-workers stay at your hotel. I already know of a couple who tried your hotel, moved after 1 night, and will not go back. That's a shame, because outside of those I really liked the hotel.

I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the bar/patio area. I realize there was an issue with the HVAC/Cooling systems during my stay which made the rooms very hot and uncomfortable. I know these things 'happen' and are beyond control in many cases. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Quie pleasant. Good breakfast. My partner is gluten intolerant sol the little cards that showed what the food contained were helpful. The check in was a little bit rushed. No clear instruction what where to find. Room very clean but a little bit small. Mini bar way too overpriced.

Great hotel. Staff so friendly and good at their jobs. Room was nice if a little dated. Main hotel areas nice and well kept. Parking on site. Clean. The only dissapointment was the poor choice of breakfast cereals (Need cornflakes and or rice pops) but generally. 9 out of 10.

Great efficient friendly staff. Made the stay and enjoyable one. Even helped with parking a large vehicle. Got upgraded to duplex room via platinum status and a couple of free beers at the bar. Bravo. This is how a Novotel should be run - unlike the bad attitude of the ones in France. Accor take note. The staff are great
