I used this hotel several times. It is very well located in the city with a close walk to a mall and downtown. It is quite and comfortable and it serves a good breakfast. WiFi connection is good. Very good option for a stay in Szekesfehervar.

The room was extremely hot and I had no way to cool it down besides opening a window. There was an ant problem in the dining area. They crawled all over the table our food was on...not good. Otherwise the experience was great.

The hotel in general is very good, but the staff was not forthcoming to any request. We arrived early but could not get the room before noon even though the rooms later turned out to be long ready. The same when we left. The hotel send 2 taxi instead of the one large that we asked for. No big thing, just bad service.

The hotel staff and amenities in general were very nice. The only issue we had with our stay was that we never had a single good night's sleep. I specifically selected your hotel because it listed air conditioning. The first two nights that I brought this issue to the front desk, they said they would get someone to fix the issue. It was the third morning that the front desk stated that the air conditioning was not yet available. I have been a member of Accor Hotels since 2013, I am Titanium with Marriott and Diamond with Hilton. The primary reason for staying at a hotel is rest and we did not receive this. I am formally asking for compensation for the 8 nights we stayed at your establishment. We do plan on returning to Szekesfeherfar later in 2019 but will decide where to stay based on your response. Again, a very nice Novotel with friendly staff and other amenities, however the rate included air conditioning. Sincerely, Ken B.

It was quite good, but nothing special. The check-out was was late and i had to ask later for the invoice. Last day i didn't get the breakfast as my flight was early in the morning.

Too expensive for what it was

Room had a bad/stuffy smell. Air con didn't work. Hair (not mine) was found in the bathroom. Audio on the telly kept switching on and off, not that it mattered as there was nothing to watch. Reception had empty water bottle on the desk and next day empty coke bottle (left by someone), receptionist did not think that they should go to bin. But at least the window opened and the body lotion was nice. If I had paid less I would not have been so disappointed, although even cheap ones, cleanliness is a must and if there is a air con it needs to work.

We just stayed for one night as we were transiting Hungary. It is a really nice hotel with very friendly people. We went into the city center. Beautiful place. For someone how’s traveling and does not want to stop in Budapest this is the perfect place. And of course they have an awesome bufet at the breakfast.
