Staff was very friendly. I even ordered a parcel to the hotel; when I arrived the parcel was waiting for me. I did not try breakfast/restaurant/bar; so no feedback on that (13 EUR for a breakfast in Hungary is way too much; it should not be more than 6 EUR - I am Hungarian I know the prices and facilities nearby the hotel)

« Good food, good service, could be better room conditions »

Food in every part of the day was good as well as the service provided next to it. Rooms are old and should be renewed shortly. Equipments in the meeting room was ok, however chairs should be much comfortable and projector must be changed as it does not project the whole picture (bottom and top are both missing...)

« Le petit déjeuner est à revoir très rapidemnt »

Despite a mail sent prior my arrival, a request done when I registered, a new request during breakfast, nothing was done. Things on table were removed only when people were leaving, so it was quite not clean. Waiters were at reception and laughing and discussing, but never track who was taking breakfast.

« Worst ever! »

First on the phone the help was utterly unuseful then on arrival the price was extremely high until I’ve stated and showed that on the wedsite there is an utterly different price - after a little time price gone down magically- room is stinky and dusty old sofa which possibly 100years old hair dryer does not work - after the first night I Had to check out! - when states that there is no way I’m staying when the woman asked for my card she just took it out of my hand like she had any right to do that - which is absolutely and utterly wrong she is really lucky that my nephews were there and didn’t punch her Would never consider to stay in that hotel ever !

« Very friendly and comfortable environment! »

I'm staying in this Hotel very often, I have tried other Hotels but I am always coming back to this one because it is the best in service, location is very good and has closed car park where parking is easy. Employee are very thoughtful and pay attention to details and that makes the difference for me. Only the Facilities are getting a bit old and the TV's should have been replaced already by new innovative 43 inch LED ones at least.

I was attending a three day training. The hotel was notified ahead of time that I required Gluten Free diet options and we were told they could accommodate this. There were only three options on the dinner menu, so I had very little choice which was difficult as I was there for four nights. Also, one day there were no gluten free snack options available during out meeting. And for lunch each day, there were no gluten free options and I had to wait for something to be prepared and then eat very quickly.

« Room left a little to be desired. »

My television would not turn on. My comforter had an odd stain on it (the front desk did help get me a new comforter). The drain plugs in my sink and shower did not work properly. The shower curtain kept drafting inward making the shower very uncomfortable. There was also no conditioner or coffee maker in my room. Overall not the worst stay but some things were unpleasant. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

I always find the staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nie and clean and a acceptable quality The only issue i had this visit is that the BBC News channel on the Television seemd to be freezing lots for the entire 4 day visit. I also think tat it might be worth replacing the bath with a alk in shower unit
