Overall ok , but I come 2 years to your hotel for a business trip. And always there is a problem with invoice . Every time I ask to put the company information for the invoice in your database and every time reception does this but next time I come there is no data for invoice. I have to provide it every time what prolongs the time . In addition always there is a mistake either in the address or company info.

Quite challenging in communicating to the reception. One last thing, the hotel forgot to clean our room on the last night of our stay.

A few changes could make a stay at this hotel a memorable experience - 1. even though we had good spacious rooms, they were not ergonomically designed. a little input from a good architect can utilise the space much more efficiently. 2. we stayed with you for 6 nights. There was no change in the breakfast for all those days. I definitely would have expected some variety. It was quite a disappointing breakfast. In fact IBIS served a better breakfast. 3. there is a problem with the drainage in the shower area and the water drains very slowly.

Good conditions. Improved WiFi. Good and diverse food. Nice surprise with a welcome card and some snacks in the room. The only thing to improve - I'd expect all shampoo/gel things to be renewed on a daily basis, if used (wasn't a case with a shower gel - but how would a cleaning lady know whether it is enough for a guest or not, if it was in use already). Not a criticism - just a way to improve your services.

It was fist time I've been in this hotel. But previously I've visited Ibis hotels in Moscow. It's hard to believe that Novotel Moscow Centre has 4 stars, even IBIS are better. All equipment is old. Tap had some leaks. Paper and plastic cups in the room. Have you heard about environmental protection? Breakfast is definitely over priced (was it powder coffee/milk inside machine?). Moreover, I have paid for 30sq.m room with bath, but got a smaller one w/o bath and w/o sofa (although it was on description). When I asked stuff for change, the told me that I even got upgrade and offered to bring additional sofa (I guess there would be even no place for it). The best thing about the Hotel is the location. But next time I would rather book Holiday Inn on the neighbor street.

Big let down after staying at Novotel St.Petersburg.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel St.Petersburg and expected something similar in Moscow. Lots of small things which normally would not worry me and would probably rate you a 4 star rating. Some of these small things included, on returning after sightseeing no towels in room and then having to convince receptionist that I was telling the truth. She then wanted to know exactly how many towels I required. Many other small things which I will not go into. 2 main, and serious problems were at checkout. Where it should have taken minutes it took over an hour, at 2 attempts to sort out problem. Two rooms were booked under my name. Our travelling companions were told that they were required to pay an additional 9,000 rubles fo breakfasts, where in fact breakfast was prepaid when we made the booking. Even after pulling our accommodation voucher from the foyer computer the receptionist would not accept it. Running out of patience and time I demanded to speak to the manager who came, and eventually found the error. Instead of apologizing he blamed it on an internal computer malfunction. Two nights before checkout we asked price of taxi to Sheremjetyevo airport. We were quoted between 1,000to 2,000 rubles for a minivan. (Between 12 to 25 euros) Night before check out I went to book van and was told price was 60 euros. Reason for increase was that the 60 euro price was with a more reliable taxi company. ( obviously someone was getting a generous payout for getting this price). On morning of checkout and all the arguing over overcharge on room, hotel booked minivan for us for 1 430 rubles. (around 15 euros) It was very obvious to us that all staff from receptionists to manager are under the impression that all tourists are rich and should not complain about being ripped off for large amounts of money. Over the years I have stayed at many Novotels around the world and have never received the disgusting service given at the Novote MoscowCity Central. Later this year I have 2 rooms booked both in Hong Kong and later in Sydney at Novotel Hotels. If these rooms were not prepaid and nonrefundable I would immediately cancel them. STATT T NOVOTEL CITY CENTRAL YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Enjoyed the stay here. Good location near the Metro system. Breakfast was good with healthy food such as boiled eggs, vegetables, carrot juice without sugar, salmon etc. Corner room was sapcious. Staff friendly and spoke English.
