« Decent enough hotel but lacks the finishing touches! »

Overall experience was fine but some aspects of the hotel need to be improved. Linen and bed was good but the room furniture was cheap, tired and remnant of the USSR days. Carpet needs a good clean too.

Excellent clean hotel with spacious rooms, polite professional staff always willing to give directions and call taxis even during the world cup when all taxis were unavailable. Nice bar and restaurant with good food and drinks available in a nice atmoshpere at logical prices

« Great hotel - needs service improvement »

The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are updated and what you would expect from Western Europe or America hotel. Conveniently located next to a metro station that connects you really fast to the main Moscow highlights. We had issues at check-in and the manager made them way worst: he was unwilling to help and accommodate a simple request, rude, and uncooperative. His staff looked embarrassed by his behavior and later they apologize for the managers behavior on behalf of the hotel.

« Will I pick NOVOTEL again? Not too sure anymore!!! »

I was traveling alone and had minimal luggage (1 suitcase, 1 handbag and 1 backpack). On my arrival, it was raining and I was drenched. During checkin when I requested for some help to get my luggage dropped to the room, I was told there are no bellboys. Surprising how such a big hotel didn’t have even 1 bellboy!!! During checkout, I asked the helpdesk to help me with a weighing scale to weigh my luggage as I didn’t want to face any issues at the airport. Again I was told that the entire property didn’t have even 1 weighing scale. At the entrance some staff would usually be standing... guessing they were security... I remember how when I was taking my luggage outside, they didn’t even have the basic courtesy to help in just holding the door. During my stay, twice the card keys stopped working and I would have to go to the reception again n again to get them working. Surprising how such a huge chain of hotels don’t have basic infrastructure and service in place!! Will be rethinking on booking NOVOTEL again anywhere in the world!!!

The stay was very enjoyable. Better than expected from former comments. Large rooms, clean, large bed and couch as well and great view. Location is very convenient right next to two subway lines. Peasonal was friends, breakfast as expected with good selection.

Very closed to metro, which make us easy traveling around and near by moscow city. The breakfast is quite good with variety of food. However bakery is not so tasty, should be a bit improved. The room is clean and comfortable. I love this hotel and will recommend to my friends for moscow trip.

The stay was mostly fine. Daily water refresh is a decent plus, but absence of plugs near the bed is a real disadvantage, in addition to close-to-not-working Wi-Fi in the hotel.

Great hotel overall. Very comfortable and clean room. Great location, near Metro, shops, restaurants, cafes, and banks. Safe area. Super service. Staff ready to help with everything. Good, free WiFi. Large, Flat Screen TV. Excellent ergonomic designs and high quality construction. Triple pane windows, good for sound and thermal insulation.

« Very nice room with beautiful city view »

I was very happy to receive a room upgrade to the top floor suite and had a very nice three-day stay there. This hotel is just above a subway station and a bus stop is just at door. Travel is very convenient. It is easy to find supermarket, bakery, cafe and restaurants nearby. Staff are very gentle and always ready to help. Room is nicely decorated. In the night amazing city view is a plus. I am fully satisfied with everything I experienced. And thanks for all staff for my pleasant stay in Moscow.
