It was the worst trip in Moscow. The room service personal don't know rissian and english language. The bed had several spots of blood. I have foto. The ventilation in bathroom is durty. The most part of the personal say no hello at all.

This Novotel has a beautiful giant lobby with a nice and comfortable bar. Location is ok to arrive to city centre but it is not really in the centre as I imagined by the name of the hotel. Rooms are ok, very clean, but standard and maybe could have a good renovation. Breakfast is not bad, but nothing special. The plus of the hotel is the personnel, all the guys I talked with were very nice, helpful and kind.

« Hotel good, rooms to be renew, staff at reception not well prepared and few people, restaurant not good. »

I am a frequent client of this hotel. This time the first floor was new. At reception I have asked to get the registration, there was a stage girl who did not know what the registration is. I have explained what it is, but she could not understand. So I have waited for a new person at the reception on the following day, and she immediately understood what the registration is and gave me what needed. At check out, I found the same person (the stage girl) and I asked to get the invoice for my company. She said yes, but did it using just my persona data. So I lost my time while waiting her to remake the new invoice. One evening I wanted to have dinner in the hotel, the restaurant at the first floor does not work in the evening anymore, so they addressed me to the bar at the ground floor. They served me a cesar salad with chicken, but the chicken was bad cooked. I had not other dinner in the hotel. The safe in the room, worked badly.

I don't like room plan. The bath room is in middle in the room and so big. So I feel uncomfortable. I stay for 5 nights but at third and fourth night I stay at St. Petersburg and comeback again. I change the room but the bath room still in the middle in the room.

« Great staff and location! »

Staff was professional and friendly. I have to say big thank you to Veronica from reception for helping me while I had a problems to buy a tickets for a Lokomotiv game,also for all those maps and tips. Location of the hotel is also great, literally just next to Komsolskaya metro station. But if someone likes walking distance to the Red Square is not too big (approx 45 minutes )

There was bo one at the lobby bar at 8 pm , after i got a coffee Which was not the omen i ordered there was again No one at the bar for 15 min in the evening ... 3 coffee machines were out of order during the breakfast 1 day of the stay . The invoice again was issued not as asked 7 previous times . I asked again to save the information but every time there is a mistake

The rooms are very basic. I ordered 3 rooms, with formal approve email and got only two rooms as paid. Third room was very small and did not fit the “two quin size bed room” I paid for. At first the receptionist tried to say it is the room, and I asked her to show me how could she put 2 quin size beds in it. It was really small and can not accomodate 2 such beds. After admitting the mistake I was offered to have new room the day after. When asking about compensation for the lost night I was told that a manager should be asked about that so I will get answer tomorrow. The day after nine of the reception crew did not aware of the mistake and ignored the complaint. Since it was late after long Moscow travelling we just gave up and stay one more night st that small ugly room. Of course no compensation was given nor any respond to what happened. Finally when the taxi came to pick us up to the airport I had to carry on my luggage to the car with no help of the staff. Really bad service.

It's not a bad hotel, but I think it's not up to the standards of the Novotel chain. I am a member of Accor, and I usually stay either at the Ibis hotels, or at the Novotel, depending on the city. The Novotel Moscow Center I think could have been a good one that has lost some quality.

« It is pleasing and satisfactory. »

Generally speaking, it is satisfactory, because bed is clean/room is cleaned timely. A few things to improve. 1. ) Ventilation is not good, so the smell inside is not as fresh. 2.) Please add more choices of Vegetable in breakfast. 3.) Checkout is fixed at 12:00 noon. Tried to apply for a late check out at 14:00, but was turned down. 4.) Tried to borrow a power adaptor for a couple of hours, but was turned down. At other hotels, the requests of items 3 and 4 are generally granted, but was turned down at your hotel. This made the stay a bit disappoiting.
