« It is pleasing and satisfactory. »

Generally speaking, it is satisfactory, because bed is clean/room is cleaned timely. A few things to improve. 1. ) Ventilation is not good, so the smell inside is not as fresh. 2.) Please add more choices of Vegetable in breakfast. 3.) Checkout is fixed at 12:00 noon. Tried to apply for a late check out at 14:00, but was turned down. 4.) Tried to borrow a power adaptor for a couple of hours, but was turned down. At other hotels, the requests of items 3 and 4 are generally granted, but was turned down at your hotel. This made the stay a bit disappoiting.

The room was ok but sink in the bathroom was blocked, shower curtains quite old and smell of urine was there almost unnoticeable but I could smell especially if the door was closed for some time. At the reception I asked two receptionist first one during the day and another one late at evening to prepare breakfast box for my son at 6.20 am as I had to travel to the aeroport early. It was not there. I was dissapointed with such service.

Everything was great, polite personal, comfortable room. One little annoying thing was a bit cold room: nights were cold in that time, and there was no warming mode in the air conditioner (well, actually, there was one, but the air blown was cold anyway). But that's was ok, not too cold.

Very good location with pleasant personel. Bathroom fails in comfort (such small place would accomodate better a shower instead of tube). Room and overal cleanest on very good level. Improved TV channel offer. Two 0,5 lt bottles with water are very nice courtesy. The points which I would recommend for improvement are two and both are related to breakfast: 1) the glasses shoud be much bigger (actually used glasses are the absolutely minimal of their size which can be found on market :-) andare uncomfortable); the scrambled eggs offered daily for breakfast would be better prepared (the now offered, they taste as being bought in Aushan.... are white and without any typical egg taste).

Air conditioning was not working properly, it was hotter on the inside than outside due to a lack of fresh air - windows are not designed to open. Low airflow, high temperature in room at summer made my stay really uncomfortable. Also there was a lot of highly noticible and suspicious stains on the sofa. I find paper cups with no drinking glasses or mugs in room unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would not mention some minor flaws - like scratched furniture, stiched curtains, window veiw of the construction works - these could be easily forgiven, but not for a 4 star hotel of Accord chain and a matching price. Thought, room service was really nice and staff is overall friendly and helpful. Location is good as well.

The hotel stay was acceptable. However, the reception area was very noisy and therefore uncomfortable. There is no separation of the television area from the general seating and the noise from the table game disturbed conversation. The hotel was very close to the metro which was good. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The beer was a local brew tasted all right and reasonably priced. But after 2 days it ran out leaving only a very expensive option. The barman blamed the supplier but running out of supplies in a hotel of this calibre is not really good enough.

« Good hotel but unfriendly stuff. »

The hotel itself is great- central location, nice design, spacious room, very good breakfast, many restaurants around. But the stuff was strangly unfriendly- I could stand on reception for 10-15 min and the receptionist talking on the phone (and seeing me) didn't even pay attention or call a colleague. We asked the security guy who stands all day near the entrance to help us open the door (we had baby, stroller, luggage and no free hand)- and with angry face he opened first door (out of 2 in a row), so that I had to open another with stroller. Another security guy was checking on us suspiciously while we were waiting for check-in, as our room was not ready by 1:30p.m. And sitting in the lobby corner he came every 10 min and looked at us. That was weird. Just one baby seat in the restaurant with few families staying with small kids, and every morning I had to have my baby on the lap while eating. Asking reception to solve it didn't bring any solution.

Good location - near Mendeleevskaya metro station.The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. Good breakfast and comfortable bed. Air hockey and table football are available in the lobby. Special thanks to the hotel for congratulations to my husband on his anniversary. The birthday cake was very tasty and unusual.
