Great hotel overall. Very comfortable and clean room. Great location, near Metro, shops, restaurants, cafes, and banks. Safe area. Super service. Staff ready to help with everything. Good, free WiFi. Large, Flat Screen TV. Excellent ergonomic designs and high quality construction. Triple pane windows, good for sound and thermal insulation.

The hotel's central location, along with its good breakfast buffet, made it a great place to stay during my 8 nights in Moscow. My only critique would be the temperamental shower temperature.

« Very nice room with beautiful city view »

I was very happy to receive a room upgrade to the top floor suite and had a very nice three-day stay there. This hotel is just above a subway station and a bus stop is just at door. Travel is very convenient. It is easy to find supermarket, bakery, cafe and restaurants nearby. Staff are very gentle and always ready to help. Room is nicely decorated. In the night amazing city view is a plus. I am fully satisfied with everything I experienced. And thanks for all staff for my pleasant stay in Moscow.

Room was clean and well maintained. Room cleaning staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good but less variation so bit boring if stay long. Did not feel like welcoming as Accor Hotel Gold Member.

I like Accorhotels. Always good experience in every country. The only thing that strongly upset me this time was in-room dining service. I was placing a late night order for dinner at about 8:30 pm and was asured it will come in 30 minutes. When after 9:10 pm I called to check where my steak was, the servant said he was sorry he did not ask my room number and nothing was prepared. I was very upset as I was very hungry and did not want to go out. I thoght that all hotels at least have room identification number when guests call, and can trace the order if fogot to ask for room mumber.

The restaurant has a very limited menu for dinner. Even for breakfast the choice is limited in cereals and there is only one type of milk. I had to ask several times and wait nearly 2 hours to have additional hangers and an iron and ironing table in my room.

Room was too hot, I complained to reception but nothing was done to fix air conditioning. Also, you can’t sit on the toilet without hitting your back on the bathroom sink. I was in room 1505.
