Rooms - Good. Nice extras (fruit, coffee, dressing gowns etc). New Bar area was nice BUT - you need to sort out why we cannot charge spirit extras to our room?

Good room and bathroom. Gym needs urgent improvement. Terrible equipment. Events and work in should be prohibited during the weekend. Excelent reception service.

Receptionist were very kind but not all of them speak english. All information was given during checkin to create proper invioce but I didn't get the proper invoice during check-out. There was not possible to fast check-out. I was fully satisfied with waiters during breakfast. Meals were delicius. Room: room was really big, bathroom and toilet space were a little bit uncomfortably small. Air conditioning was good(quiet and effective!), Bed and other part of the room was perfect. Special thanks for mineral waters.

More or less OK, nice room, lots of problems in the bathroom: toilet seat won't stay up, toilet won't stop flushing, hairs on towels. Breakfast: good food, but personnel too intent to get you out of the room again. They should learn to clear off tables after the guest has left, not while he's still sitting there.

« Room was fine but restaurant staff are dishonest »

Building work was intrusive but main issue I had was when I went to the restaurant on my first night to have a glass of wine. I ordered a Chilean Sauvignon blanc but the wine served tasted exactly like the local free glass of wine you get. When I said something to the waitress she said she could show me the Chilean bottle she poured my wine from but all she did was show me an empty bottle of that wine. I only had one glass so the empty bottle only supported my concerns that I had been given the cheap wine but charged for the more expensive one. As it was late and I had an early start the next day I paid for the wine but I will never order one at your hotel again unless I see it being poured from the bottle.

Overall it was ok hotel. Personnel was very friendly and responsive. First room I was in was extremely cold. I was moved to a different room right away; however, the new room had a very strange shower. The water from the shower leaked outside of the shower cabin and I had to wipe the floor every time I used the shower which was very inconvenient and time consuming.

« The location beats everything »

I am very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The stuff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good and the location right above metro station couldn’t be better. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was a shower: water in the shower in room 914 is either too cold or too hot, it takes couple of minutes to find that one position when the water is comfortably warm, and then in two minutes the water becomes too hot again and you need to start over. Also, the water from the shower goes outside of the shower cabin from under the shower door, so that sleepers and bath mat/towel on the floor get all unpleasantly wet. Otherwise, my experience with the hotel was great.

Great front desk team and house keeping. Greatly appreciate your help with the airport transfers (Phaeton taxi service). However, the room we were given had an unpleasant odour from the bathroom sink (room 1219), but we kept the door always closed so it did not affect us that much. We forgot to inform the front desk of it so please send the plumber to fix it. And it was too hot indoors (it is quite common in Russia, Korea and other countries during winter - overly hot indoors so you have to take off all your clothes immediately once you are inside). Could it be wise to reduce the temperature inside the hotel (corridors, lobby) and thus save the money on energy? We even requested the front desk to open a window in the room to get a bit of a fresh air in. Breakfasts are not great - powdered eggs and a very limited choice for vegans. You can get a far better choice for less money in a cafeteria around the corner (and we had it). But probably that was just us being too picky. Overall, your great personnel ironed out some organisational/operational imperfections (as it always happens in many other organisations around the world). Thank you.
