A Little Worse Than my Expectations

It was below average of my standards among all the Novotel Suites. The shower system was horrible, since the water would leak a lot and it felt pretty cramped in there. In addition, the location wasn't convenient nor idea for my family and I. However, the room was big enough to fit us. Furthermore, the breakfast was pretty good and having some games in the lobby was great.

Staff was very helpful and I always appreciate the extra space in my suite staying at your hotel. However, on this visit I had repeated issues with the in room coffee.. A couple of days the coffee was not replenished. One day it was replenished so I happily heated some water and made a cup of instant only to discover the "water" in the kettle was vinegar. Needless to say the coffee tasted like horribl.e

Enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. Always friendly staff. Clean and big rooms and good locations for office and dinner at the mall. Breakfast is a bit messy and missing boiled eggs service which was there previously.

Everything was just a bit bland and tired. It’s obviously a busy hotel for Versailles, Paris and business travellers and it feels just like that....a short stopover to sleep and not necessarily enjoy. The food in offer is poor considering the lack of restaurants nearby. Ok but certainly not great

I truly enjoyed my stay. The overall experience was fantastic on all aspects from the check-in to the check out. The facility is very nice and the hotel staff is very professional with a strong customer service mindset. I fully recommend this hotel either for business or leisure.

Employees were friendly however I was quite disappointed at the standard of the hotel. There was no linen available for the hotel room which I was not advised of at check-in and only aware of because of a sign in the lift. One of the lifts was out of order and some of the furniture in the hotel bar was broken. I had a later breakfast with a colleague at around 9am and there was very little left at breakfast. Having stayed with Novotel in the past, this was unfortunately not the standard of service that I would expect particularly considering that the price of a one night stay was 153.60 EUR.

The hotel was very mediocre. For the price of 140 gbp it was extremely disappointing. One of the elevators were broken, a notice saying that no bed linen , pillow cases and duvet covers were on the beds due to an issue with the supplier. This was disgusting. There were stains on my duvet. Photographed below. The staff were lovely but quality of hotel very poor. The tables and chairs for breakfast and dinner were unstable and rickety. I signed up for the loyalty programme before I went but now i'm not sure I will stay there again even though i'll be travelling a lot for business.

This is most convenient hotel for me for my business travel in Velizy. Having microwave oven and mini kitchenate is useful. Appreciate if you can refill English breakfast tea bags and shower gel in the shower cubicle. Having access card swipe for the main entrance to the property would be good

The room size was good. The air con was not working in the first, a day of high temperatures and the drinking water available in the room was only one bottle. In the next day, the receptionist transferred me to another room with air con. The offer of food in the hotel out of "normal" hours is quite weak and unproportionaly expensive. Regards

Spacious room, good airco, good bed. Unfortunately I was on the same floor as an Indian/Pakistani family that thought it quite normal to have loud conversations across the hallway from their door openings in the middle of the night.

Great stay with wonderful staff, but could be better with air conditioning .

The room was spacious (you wouldn't get this kind in Paris!) and with a very good layout. Staff was kind and very hospitable -- we loved them. But terrible air conditioning left us hot in June and we only had one window to open and it was very loud when we did open it.
