« Well located but hard to find »

We booked two rooms, at this hotel, the entrance to the hotel is quite hard to find, the signage could be better as its amongst office building. Parking entrance is a bit tricky for big cars in the underground spaces but can be done with care. We checked into our rooms but one had been smoked in, the reception changed the room straight away. Beds are very comfortable, rooms very clean and the housekeeping excellent during out three night stay. We had booked some years ago on a number of times with various suite hotels and one of the plus points was the suitejox entertainment offering movies etc but this has now gone which is shame. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

« Nice hotel but didn't get the rooms we booked »

The only reason I chose this hotel over others in the area was because they offered rooms that could sleep 4. The 2 rooms I booked were supposed to comprise a Double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed in each room. The first 2 rooms we were allocated had a double bed in one room and a double bed and a sofa bed in the other. As this was not what I had booked I returned to Reception. The Receptionist said that she hadn't noticed the children on the booking. She allocated me 2 different rooms, these rooms comprised 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in each. I pointed out that this was not what we had booked and showed her the booking email. The Receptionist said that those rooms were no longer available due to a technical problem. My French is basic so it was difficult for me to pursue it further with the Receptionist and I don't think she was overly concerned with my dissatisfaction. Ultimately, the only reason we booked this hotel was because of the rooms on offer at time of booking. We were never notified at any time prior to our arrival that the booked rooms would not be available. If we had known that they did not in fact offer the advertised rooms we would have booked elsewhere. The rooms themselves were clean and the breakfast was good but we wouldn't stay here again.

« Stay ok, But management needs improvement »

I reached Novotel directly from airport. Before reaching Paris I requested for airport pickup. But I was informed by receptionist that there is NO airport pickup facility! I was told they cannot find my booking even after showing an email received from H3… I waited in lobby for half an hour after 14hour long journey. Finally the receptionist created a new booking as they could not find my booking. There is no porteur service to drop luggage to room. The key needs to be reset and room door lock wouldn't open frequently

« Friendly staff, good sized rooms. »

We had booked a family room, but were told on the day of arrival that the rooms was not available due to technical problems. I asked and it was due to bed bugs shutting down a number of rooms at the hotel!! So we were given two rooms instead at no extra cost, thankfully. The staff were great, I enjoyed the welcome drink, and the rooms were a good size and well equipped.

Our stay was very pleasant. We got a very friendly welcome at arrival and staff was friendly and very helpful during our two night stay. We stayed in a nice family room with 1 adult and 2 teenagers. It was perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was satisfying. There is no restaurant but for us that wasn't really a problem. Velizy2 commercial centre is at walking distance. Several restaurants and fast food are available there. Positive also was the tram line 6 and train connexion to Versailles.

« 3 dogs allowed in one room, WONDERFUL! Ground floor room very convenient for disabled guests. A+ »

We enjoyed it so much, we booked to stay again a week later! It's only 20 minutes from Eiffel Tower and Champs-Elysees so very conveniently situated and in a quiet area. Free parking opposite front door is very good. We had a ground floor room making it very convenient for my disability and access plus it was easy to take the dogs for a walk without having to use stairs or a lift. Easier for carrying luggage to the room. This hotel allowed our 3 dogs to stay with us in our room so we kept together as a family. They are clean, quiet, well-behaved and don't mess indoors. There should be a larger selection of ready-meals available in the fridge behind reception because the room conveniently has a microwave.

Good experience. Much larger rooms compared to hotels in Paris Centre. Close to public transport. Travelling by taxi from airport to hotel is expensive, unless you use Uber.

« Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel! »

The bathroom and separate toilet (around the corner) were a nightmare...bathroom door has holes in it!! Zero privacy. 1 towel per person. Only toiletry provided was shower gel. Everything very cheaply built. Sheets were clean, carpet was filthy. Beds felt like sleeping on plywood. Not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel.

I had two bad surprises but overcome it thanks to the Manager who was very helpfull and nice. But was disappointed because it wasn’t clean as it use to be every time we come to this hotel.
