« Fabulous room and great location »

I was in Paris for a conference and picked this hotel for its proximity to where I needed to be. The room was perfect, with the most wonderfully comfortable bed. I was there three nights, on one the breakfast was rather chaotic, not a clean table in sight, even when the crowd had dissipated - but the rest of the time I had absolutely no complaints at all. Lovely staff - handy parking - I would stay here again with pleasure.

« Spacious bedrooms but poor beakfast. »

My hotel was overbooked so I found this one. The room sizes are very good and the equipment is also good quality. For the price of the room i think equipment and details should be redone, corridors, bathrooms join, carpets looks old and used. The breakfast space is badly arranged and quite poor for the price. maybe some hot stuff easier to make like eggs could be rethink and also the eggs, cheese, meet and cheese in the fridge not good idea because its too cold, the fruits were not ready. the space should also be arrange differently because its looks like a big scene and everyone can see you choose your food and serve yourself its not very nice.

Room was spacious and staff helpful and friendly. On the flip side, I was surprised during breakfast that there were a huge quantity of fly-like insects helping themselves to the Croissants and Jam... I skipped breakfast thereafter...

« It was poor and sad »

My check-in was on a Sunday afternoon after a 12-hour international flight. I was surprised to be informed there was no restaurant open close to the hotel on the weekends. The poor part is that the alternatives offered by the hotel were: free dry bread or/and a paid salad or small container of "boeuf bourguignon" ( both with awful aspect) in the refrigerator. The sad part is regarding to the hotel maintenance. The lobby is tacky, the lifter walls are damaged, the carpet was dirt and there were two spots of mold in my room ceiling. The breakfast had always something missing: spoons or bread or fruit or napkins or eggs...

1) AC Not working for all three nights. Asked to repair it. They told not possible. 2) Room not clean. 3) Breakfast variety is very less. Actually nothing to eat. We need to prepare egg also. 4) Behavior of front office is very very rude. 5) Hotel doesn't have restaurant. Breakfast is only option. 6) Nearby area is not safe to roam around. Also restaurants not available. I will never stay here again & will not recommend to my friends & relatives.

Easy access, secure parking, great sized rooms. Only moan is that the bed is too soft and feels 'foamy' so didn't sleep particularly well.

The hotel was comfortable and the room was spacious and well equipped. The area is very quiet and even the restaurants and cafes next door were closed at the weekends!! Quite a trek into the centre of Paris but the price reflects this.

We stayed here for the past 6 nights. Location is ok.a bit far from the centre. positives: check-in was fast and ok. negatives: rooms were not at all clean upon arrival. i found many small black hairs on the bedsheets, as well in the toilet and the bathroom. As we found it disguisting, i went down to the receptionist to tell that the bedsheets arent clean. She told, since she is alone she could give us new bedsheets, but we have to do it ourselves. We collected the new bedsheets and duvet covers and made the beds ourselves. It was night time. she made sure, she would let the housekeeping know that the room wasnt clean. following 4 days..the room wasnt cleaned properly, they didnt refill the tissues and the soaps...AND DIDNT CHANGE THE BEDSHEET FOR 5 DAYS!!! inbetween i went to complain every day at night when we were back tired after sightseeing etc. they always told they will inform the housekeeping, but nothing happened. On the 5th day i went to the manager, told him this and he apologized to us and was kind enough to offer us breakfast for the next 2 days. Even though the breakfast was horrible , we appreciate his effort. and on our last day, 1 night remaining finally housekeeping changed our bedsheets. overall it was just horrible... we didnt like their service, either their hotel... ITS JUST 2 ** HOTEL...NOT 4****... I didnt expect luxury when i booked this hotel, but cleanliness ....was really bluffed with all the good reviews here... definitely not going back to this hotel.
