Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Assisted me to get taxis, shared information about Venice. Room was clean and spacious; bed was very comfortable; bathroom was spacious and clean. Meals were tasty.

« Room and Staff good, Breakfast and Groups in Hotel not good »

The Room and Staff was ok, The Extra Coffee Machine in Room didnot work. Bar was ok, Restaurant only one Pizza in Italy and no Pasta? Parkin 6 Euro good price So all work , but with the Breakfast for this Price and Quality i was not satisfied. It is a expensive Breakfast, but it is a Cheap One Star Breakfast for all Guests depending on the Groups of Asian every Morning. No Fresh Fruits, No Waffel, No Bread at all. Dirty all Corners, Bad Coffee from this Machines. And All Quality here on Breakfast is lower than an two Star Ibis. In the Morning on Breakfast here for this Price our Days did not Start good. This was my Critic Point here, ... And if ist not better i dont know if i Book once again.

« Worst AccorHotel ever »

The room was good and clean as always in the hotel of your company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a complete catastrophy, never had this poor quality and complete mess. There were turist groups and not enough food and people to face the situation. This seems to be an old problem (see previous comments on Trip Advisor) but nothing changed! Everywhere the tables were full of dirty dishes and bread was absent, fruits limited to some canned peaches! The staff was friendly and tried to help despite the client‘s complaints! Too less personel, I felt sorry for the staff! Where is the Management in such situations?

Gentile cliente, avendo già lasciato lo stesso commento anche su Trip Advisor le riporto qui di seguito la stessa risposta: la ringrazio per il suo commento e di quanto da lei riportato che corrisponde alla realtà solamente in alcuni momenti quando all'affluenza della nostra clientela individuale si aggiungono più gruppi insieme. Il mio personale che concordo con lei fa il possibile e molto spesso anche di più, a volte non riesce a far fronte in quei momenti data la troppa richiesta e l'eccesiva presenza. Il problema è la mancanza di spazio che sarà risolto a breve in quanto la direzione che è ben al corrente della situazione e si assume in pieno le responsabilità, darà l'ok ai lavori di ampliamento ed ammodernamento dei locali adibiti alla colazione del mattino. Speriamo che a fine lavori, quindi molto presto, Lei possa testare di persona i miglioramenti sopra richiesti, in occasione di un suo prossimo soggiorno. Cordiali saluti. « Unexpectedly disappointing »

This is the only Accor Hotel I have been to where the reception is very unpleasant. The reception is not welcoming and not helpful. When you ask questions, the expression was exasperated. When I checked out, the person in the reception area just nodded her head and didn't provide any receipt. The food quality is very poor although the people are very nice.

Good access to the city, free parking, very good facilities. A huge setback: to take a bus towards city center, on needs to walk around 50 m on the boulevard, as there is no sidewalk, which is quite scary and dangerous.

The stuff were unable to make face on the clients demands (plates for serving breakfast remain a lot of time empty on desks). On restaurant the "Maitr" came only to say good evening and nothing else on reception there where 3 people stuff talking to telephone and no one served the clients (waiting time more than normal)

« The manager who checked-in was very good. Breakfast need to improve. Short staffed i guess. »

I like to thank the front desk staff who checked me in. he was very accomodative. there was an extra person who he accomodated without any additional charge. if you want to visit Venice as a tourist, i would not suggest this location as its bit away. If you are okay for a short walk before getting into the public commuting, then no issues. All the trains stop in Mestre before going to central station, so it is good. Housekeeping need to improve. There were insects in my room. My son ws bitten by insects and i caught one insect and showed to the Housekeeping. The answer i got was it is harmless. Even when i showed the bite on my kid, the staff in the frontdesk didn't do much and shrugged off. Was bit disappointed with that. Breakfast quality need to improve.

We are always looking forward to breakfast at Novotel when we stay. Because we had good experiences at Novotel in other cities. So we choice Novotel everytime, anywhere. But unfortunately in Venice, it was terrible and we were disappointed. No vegetables, fresh juice, and not enough serving (shortage of all foods). I hope that you will improve the service in the future.

« Outstanding Service, Comfortable Rooms »

One of the frontline staff by the name of Michele was excellent in terms of knowledge, clarity and a strong passion to help me with my wayfinding needs as it was my first time visiting Venice. He spoke fluent English and gave me great advice where to buy groceries, take public transportation to my destinations and helped to provide me with other important information for my stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with amenities, the housekeeping was fantastic and facilities maintenance team who attended to a leaking shower hose was prompt and professional. Will definitely stay here again if I were to come back to visit Venice.
