« Very nice stay »

Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was clean as was the bathroom, bedcwas comfortable, good wifi, flat screen tv. Bufett breakfast was very nice, with a large selection of foods to choose from. All in all a pleasant two day stay.

Even is fine. Where you can inprove: 1) the common areas and the restaurant are far too hot. I can't go to have breakfast with a jumper I have to go with just a t-shirt 2) when there are large groups, usually Russian or Chinese, the breakfast service struggles and the quality is low. Yoi should plan ahead and have more staff and food

Pleasant stay. Lovely supper and helpful staff. Information from reception on how to get into the city by tram was a bit misleading as there was no means of purchasing tickets in advance it seemed and red machine on tram only took small change.

Booked in here for a night the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We ate dinner in the restaurant lovely food freshly cooked very tasty and the staff were very helpful.we will definitely stay here again .

Good location close to airport and the Allianz Stadium, and only 15 min easy tram ride away from the centre of Turin, professional and friendly staff (we especially appreciated the excellent service provided by our waiter Roberto both at dinner and breakfast the following morning!), very comfortable beds, all four of us had a good night's sleep.

« Functional hotel at a clever location with a warm welcome! »

Check-in experience was great. Everything was prepared and the lovely reception staff even remembered my wife's birthday - this was really appreciated. The room was perfect (thanks again to the reception staff!). The location of the hotel, seemingly quite away from the city centre, is actually conveniently connected to the main attractions via the tram just 2 mins walk away (with frequent run - and the hotel sells tickets at reception). And being on the outskirts of town, means easy access from the motorway and much quieter nights. Breakfast is adequate for the cost and the staff do their best to satisfy any extra request. The only suggestion for improvement I can think of is for the shower. The hook for the shower-head is fixed, i.e. cannot be adjusted for height and is rather awkward. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for either pleasure or business.

I am a big Novotel fan but this was disappointing. The worst part was sleeping through the night in December with no heating in the room. Never coming back to this run down hotel.

I stayed with my family in the Novotel Torino and the bad luck was that at the same time they accommodated Napoli football team. This means that you are automatically becoming a second cat guest.The breakfast was served in the bar as the proper breakfast area was closed for Napoli FC. What remained for regular guests - no cereals, no toasts, a little piece of bread some plate with ham and luckily coffee machine. Shame for the network what I usually chose because of a very good breakfast.

Checkin was very friendly and helpful with problems with my reservation (my fault) - hotel and room nice but there was a big patch of mould on the bathtub and the sink would not drain - no biggies if this was an Ibis Budget @ 50 euros - on check out - which was pretty slow and no attendant at the Accor Business counter - I asked if the trams were running to the station as i had to catch a train,"Of course, Sir ..." - so i sat in the sun at the tram stop for 20 minutes ran out and advised, "No trams today!"
