Overused furniture in the lobby and the restaraunt. Yellowish bathtub/shower with a mouldy curtain trim. Sleepy staff with no interest to serve.

I stayed with my family in the Novotel Torino and the bad luck was that at the same time they accommodated Napoli football team. This means that you are automatically becoming a second cat guest.The breakfast was served in the bar as the proper breakfast area was closed for Napoli FC. What remained for regular guests - no cereals, no toasts, a little piece of bread some plate with ham and luckily coffee machine. Shame for the network what I usually chose because of a very good breakfast.

Checkin was very friendly and helpful with problems with my reservation (my fault) - hotel and room nice but there was a big patch of mould on the bathtub and the sink would not drain - no biggies if this was an Ibis Budget @ 50 euros - on check out - which was pretty slow and no attendant at the Accor Business counter - I asked if the trams were running to the station as i had to catch a train,"Of course, Sir ..." - so i sat in the sun at the tram stop for 20 minutes ran out and advised, "No trams today!"

Generally good Reception staff were excellent Breakfasts were a bit disappointing for the price - no strawberries, blueberries or waffles as shown in your breakfast poster throughout the hotel. One of the 2 coffee machines was permanently out of order meaning that even getting hot water for tea often took a long time.

« Useful place to stay overnight. »

We booked this hotel, because we just wanted an over stay. The Sat Nav did have trouble finding the hotel, but there eventually! It is a very long road. Parking was good and secure. We were able to park underground, which was great because it was very hot 30+. The dinner was excellent. We didn’t leave the hotel until after the excellent breakfast . They did have funny pillows!!

« Fancy a life guard at a hotel in Turin »

As usual with Novotel group a highly satisfactory stayed. One small niggle. We had to show our passports before we were allowed into our rooms. This of course seems only to happen in Italy. In this case my wife had to use the toilet facilities: she had The passports. So I had to hang around. In Genoa they let us bring down the passports after entering our room. As a platinum member I was nonplused.

« A standard hotel, not the Novotel level »

We spent 6 nights in this hotel. Hotel is situated almost in the middle of nowhere. By public transport 1/2 hours from city center, but can´t blame because it was known when doing reservation. Rooms were clean but little worn out. There was draining problem in the shower. We reported the problem but the issue did not correct. On two mornings there was a group having breakfast and there was almost nothing left to eat. We needed to come back later. On last evening we had dinner at N RESTAURANT. Meal was dissapointment. It became a feeling that the food was heated in microwave oven but the prize was most expensive while our stay in Torino.

« Ok place for an overnight stay. »

We chose this hotel because it was an overnight stay so didn’t matter where we were! This is in an Iindustrial area very odd area. No idea how far the centre was, probably about 5 miles. We were warmly greeted and the food was lovely in their restaurant. There were very strange pillows on the bed and good double glazing!

Everything was fine. I was supposed to get a discount due to Best Price Guaranteed policy. However, I'm still missing the additional 10% discount from the best price. I can't give better rating until then.

« Good value but not so good coordination »

Overall the hotels gives a good value for your penny. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and in average the hotel looks good and pretty. BE AWARE: the hotel is far from the city (took me 20 min to get to the center by car), and the swimming pool is way smaller than what you see in the pics. However I had some issues with the low coordination between the reception of the hotel and the AccorHotels customer service people. Since I found a better offer online that the one offered by the Accor Hotels app I got reimbursed the difference by the program
