« Ok place for an overnight stay. »

We chose this hotel because it was an overnight stay so didn’t matter where we were! This is in an Iindustrial area very odd area. No idea how far the centre was, probably about 5 miles. We were warmly greeted and the food was lovely in their restaurant. There were very strange pillows on the bed and good double glazing!

Everything was fine. I was supposed to get a discount due to Best Price Guaranteed policy. However, I'm still missing the additional 10% discount from the best price. I can't give better rating until then.

« Good value but not so good coordination »

Overall the hotels gives a good value for your penny. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and in average the hotel looks good and pretty. BE AWARE: the hotel is far from the city (took me 20 min to get to the center by car), and the swimming pool is way smaller than what you see in the pics. However I had some issues with the low coordination between the reception of the hotel and the AccorHotels customer service people. Since I found a better offer online that the one offered by the Accor Hotels app I got reimbursed the difference by the program

« Novotel? »

Image of hotel when you enter through the garage is disgusting. There is water dripping next to the elevator and it looks it has been dripping for weeks. Carpet is full of black dirt and it really stinks. I did not wanted my bag to pass even close to such unhealthy spot. When you book Novotel you don't expect this kind of things. Once at the reception after waiting for the elevator in the garage floor for 5 minutes, checkin process was very long due to a big bus of tourist being checked in. That was the reason why I had to wait in the garage for 5 minutes. For some strange reason, there is no connection by stairs from garage to reception. The guy making the checkin was kind if an intern and he had to ask every step to someone else. This made de process very slow and very insecure specially when he was charging the credit card. All these issues makes me think if this is a real Novotel because this is not the quality I am used every time I used Novotel before. I hope my experience may help you to improve.

This was a great hotel for getting into the old part of Turin a taxi cost 16 Euro. The pool was great for the kids and for cooling off in after a long day at the Juventus Stadium. The breakfast was very good standard and went on till 9.30. The pool didn’t open till 11 so no early swim before hand. The hotel is also near the Torino outlet village which was worth a visit if you have deep pockets! I would stay here again rooms and bathroom were very clean and staff were very friendly!

Wifi is terrible and in 2018 it’s one of the most important parts of a stay No outlet by the bed for the phone And the shower is super hard to get in If you are older bring a ladder

Clean rooms, high up(quiet) and a functioning aircondition. The check-in was swift and effective, the breakfast was ok but a little to much sweet stuff for the children. Did not eat at the hotell. The pool was ok, and the visit was ok

« Good option and close enough to Torino »

This is a good hotel within the Accor chain, especially if you need to park an automobile. It is within Torino, but at the north end of the city near the autostrade. You can also take the tram that goes right to the city center by a 5 minute walk. The hotel is in a nice building and the rooms are nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk service is also very personable. If you choose the breakfast buffet, it is very satisfying. The telephone charges, if you prefer to use their phone, are reasonable and the rate list is posted, which is a refreshing thing to see and transparent. The only issues were that one of the two elevators seemed to be out of service often. Also, the exercise room could have more and/or better equipment. The in-room safe boxes should just have a combination system instead of the magnetic strip. However, overall, the Novotel Torino Giulio Cesare was a good and satisfying choice.

« Tired rooms and Breakfast and Dinner service poor, but especially Breakfast! »

Room was much in need of a refurbishment. The Carpet was disgusting with big stains and cigarette burns beside the bed. Bathroom was very smelly with urine stains dried on around the toilet. Shower curtain was filthy as was the bath that had masses of poorly applied sealant. On our first morning, we arrived down for breakfast to find very little remaining at 9am, no hot food and cold meats, no Orange juice. What was left was being cleared away including teabags etc. I had to ask 3 times for a teabag from a very unhappy and unfriendly waitress. I had to go into the bar to get a croissant. The carpet in the restaurant was filthy too. Dinner on our first night was ok until a large buffet party arrived and from that point on we never saw any staff that had any interest in us. We weren’t offered any other drink or dessert. One of the lifts broke down leaving everyone to fight for one. We parked underground in the paying area. When you exit the garage to go into the basement for the lift, there was a disgusting smelling wet carpet from a leaking pipe in the ceiling. The water that was in the bucket placed below was dark brown. As you squeezed passed the wet carpet, we were all bitten by gnats/mosquitoes ( myself, wife and son ) . The front of house staff on reception were pleasant especially Miriam? We met Miriam when we were checking out and she had to correct our bill that had been overcharged for 4 meals when there were only 3 of us! We told her all the above and she was extremely sorry. Overall extremely disappointed and as a loyal customer of AccorHotels for many years this was far below standard in all aspects.

Clean room, good bed. Elevators not working properly (1 of the 2 was out of service) Breakfast OK, but not to the Novotel standard I am used to have in other Novotels. Swimming pool, but very small (less than 10m long, only 5-6 m wide). Barely useful to swim.

Pool was misrepresented in online photos, room was dated, also no smoking room given when requested and booked smoking, car park was expensive and inconvenient. Breakfast was poor compared to other Novotels I have stayed in, was in rough area as I seen a prostitution on the corner next to hotel
