« Totally dissatisfied »

I stayed here for one night. I checked in very late (the person at the reception was nice). But my room experience was very bad. I went straight to sleep after going to the room. The next morning I discovered that the room I had was not properly cleaned. There was a water bottle which was opened before and half-drank. In the bathroom, there was 'used' shampoo, towel and soap. I do not expect this from a Novotel hotel. I am a Gold member of AccorHotels and this is the very first time I have been totally disappointed in a hotel.

Hotel was good our room seem to be bit old and needed to be refurnished. also the furniture s were a bit out of place . Breakfast was the usual novotel standards and had a good spread. Overall the stay was good.

The rooms and facilities were clean, the front desk staff were very helpful, and breakfast was good. This hotel is located on the outskirts of Torino, but it was easy to use a tram to enter the city center as the front desk will sell you tickets and offer you a map.

« Affordable and Comfortable, a bit far from City Center »

This is the only accord hotel in Turin and is quite affordable compared to similar hotels at the city center. Nevertheless the comfort is typical from Novotel, large and quiet room, including a Nespresso machine. This Novotel however does not have the new design yet, but remain fully comfortable. Parking is easy and free on the front street (or for a fee in the hotel's restricted parking). The breakfast has a large choice of products (sweet and salty) and we can even ask for cappuccino, but the scramble eggs were not very appealing and one morning it was even cold. Second time I visit this hotel and will do it again if I return to Turin.

Well run, clean, very helpful staff. would recommend. 20 minutes by tram from city centre, but at the center of the industrial area for work. Good parking security underground gated car park. Breakfast was leisurely as ample seating and staff to clear tables

« Poor service and then illicit debit »

I accepted the option of checking in online after receiving an email telling me it was advantageous - it was not at all: when I arrived at the hotel at 1am, knowing I was up again at 7am, I expected the online check-in would mean I would literally pick up my room key and go to the room. Instead, the staff member took at least 5 minutes checking me in - taking photocopy of passport, fiddling on the computer, asking if I wanted to use the registered details to pay the city tax (I said I'd pay in cash there and then, which was easier, but he said it was more complicated then to cancel the registered card, so I just said 'do what's quickest'). The following day, I found a debit of €35 on my credit card - money which had been taken without authorisation. I asked for a refund immediately (received 2 days later) but if I had not checked my credit card, you would have stolen this money from me. The explanation I was given was that the hotel "needed to check the guarantee of the card", but in that case, why was the money taken??

« Poor service, although room large and comfortable »

I opted for the online check-in which was emailed to me a few days before my stay, assuming this would help - whereas it didn't. Rather than speeding things up, as I had hoped (expected!), considering I was arriving at 1am and leaving again at 7am, it turned into a huge mess. I still had to go to the check-in desk upon arrival and, rather than being given my room key immediately, which is what I thought the online check-in was all about, it took the staff member at least 5 minutes to deal with the check-in, demanding my passport to take a photocopy and then asking how I wanted to pay the city tax, and telling me that it was easy to take off my registered credit card. I just wanted to sleep so accepted this. The room was large and the bed was comfortable, so no complaints there, but a day after, I received a debit on my credit card not just for the city tax, but an additional €35!! There was no explanation - I didn't touch the minibar (if there even was one?) and did not order any extras, so I am still trying to find out why they took this money without my authorisation (received one reply to email, but still no solution or explanation). The hotel is fine if you have a car, but the service needs improving given this experience.

The hotel is clean and very well organized. The location is very good, close to the roads access, very easy to reach the city center by car or by public transportation. There is a shopping center very close to it. The swimming pool and the hotel facilities are oriented to Family trips. I was very satisfied there.
