The hotel and staff were brilliant. I was disappointed to find that my bank account had a pre-authorised sum charged 2 days before my stay, Even though I had a flexible booking made through the Accor Hotels app.

I'm really happy about my overall experience with Accor hotels since. However this one was dirty, the bathroom towels had hair of other people (2 times). The shower was not working because the hose was broken. We told it to the reception but because they didn't understand English very well they didn't understand it was about the hose. When we came back to the room , the bathroom was cleaned they fixed some other broken things like the shower head holder but still the hose was broken. There were cigarette stains on the carpet of the room. And the carpet was full of dust . Really dissatisfied.

The beds at the twin room are too small, even smaller than trains or boats.you should do something about that

The staff were lovely, the parking is good and safe, the area is quiet and the rooms are OK but not great for the price, the problem was, it was a very windy night and the wind howled through the vent in the bedroom so it was very cold and howled / whistled through the vents in the bathroom all night, it was extremely noisy and we didn't sleep a wink, the wind in the gaps through the hotel was so strong when I opened the door in the room it was like a giant vacuum. The only other thing was the food, we both ordered a main meal, I had the past, it was hard (uncooked or overcooked in microwave) in places, was a very small portion and was not good, obviously just warmed in the microwave, my partner had the risotto which was worse, it was flavourless and the portion was tiny and obviously microwaved again. They were not even as good as packet dinners you get from the supermarket.

- Bathroom old with mold in the shower. - Light not properly working in bathroom - I asked for some toothpaste as I forgot mine. there were none. - The staff were polite and gentle. I assume the owner is not putting any effort to maintain the place.

Typical ibis setting. As usual, personnel is awesome. Room is specially big. Legs bathroom: Why not put a bath? Bed is very good. Good working Surface. At breakfast, quality is there although not a lot of options.

The reception guy couldn’t find my booking (first name swapped with last name) and kept on asking me twice if I actually had a reservation. Finally he found it. Not very happy with the attitude. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

SO MANY YEARS IAM SRATING IN IBIS. ALL OK. BUT!!! THE TWO LAST TIMES NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.ONE WORKER FEMALE 40 Y.OLD ABOUT (NAME FRANTSESCA). WAS BOTH TIMES IN RECEPTION. AT NOVEMBER SHE TRY HARD!!TO MAKE ME COSTUMER OF ONE CLOTH COMPANY(WE WAS TIRED WE WANT THE KEY) BUT SHE CARES ONLY TO GIVE ME ONE ADDRESS CARD FROM HER POCKET.AND AT DECEMBER SHE SPEAKS WITH ONE CHINESE MAN AND THEY LOOK ONE BOOK OF COLORED FABRICS(FOR CLOTHES?) AND WHEN I ASK FOR MY ROOM SHE TELLS ME """I HAVE JOB NOT NOW"""! AND I WAIT AND I LOOK HER TO SAY OO BELLO COLORI !!! AFTER MINUTES ONE SHORT WOMAN CAME AND GIVES ME THE KEY.
