« Not bad »

It was a little disappointing compare to the previous Ibis we stayed. After 5 days the breakfast is boring since there is no variation, every morning the same and we couldn't get once a boiled egg. But otherwise it was fine. Congratulations to your night staff who was extremely friendly and outgoing, especially the gentlemen who speaks Italian, French, German and English. Impressive. « GOOD HOTEL , AMPLE PARKING AND FRIENDLY STAFF »

Upon arrival, smooth check in with the lovely ARIANNA!. Free parking a big plus. Rooms were typical IBIS STYLE. Good variety for breakfast buffet, my girls loved the pancakes !! Friendly staff . We had experienced a leaking bathroom sink which was repaired the same day . We particularly loved the shopping centre close to this hotel. Thank you !

« Very basic hotel »

What I liked about the hotel is the easiness of booking and checking-in. Also the private parking was spacious and convenient. The rooms of the hotel were very basic, furniture not very well maintained (looked very used/old). There was a smoking smell in the rooms (although the rooms were non-smoking rooms). Location - it was inconvenient that the hotel didn't have a transfer service (or taxi with a special price) to the city center.

« Good service but far from Florence »

Nice hotel, with a rich and varied breakfast and an outdoor space to have breakfast. Be aware though that the Hotel is 45 minutes from Florence center (45 euros in a Taxi or wait for the bus then tramway 5 euros). There a huge mall at a walking distance from the hotel. If you are there to visit Florence, it is not practical without a car.

Excellent service, very professional (reception, fast dinner, check-in and check-out). Nice and confortable room. Our fly arrived late at the airport and we reached the hotel around 00:00 without having eat. Despite the time, we ate something at the hotel before going to the room.

Friendly Staff particularly the lady at check in (I forgot her name) who help us in french!!! Simple and clean room! There were plenty of items to choose from at breakfast! Only 10 minutes from Florence and this at a fair price!!

In the room was cold because the heating system closed. Night was outside, in May, around 13 degrees C and in the room around 18 degrees C. When I ask to the front desk to make warm in the room they told me the system is closed in May and is not possible to do nothing.

Quick checkin and checkout were good. Only I requested a crib and got the confirmation by email more than a week ago but when we arrive, there were no crib in the room. When I ask about it, firstly I got negative answer but after I show the confirmation email and insist to get it, they arrange a crib. If it wasn't late hour, I wouldn't not mention it here.

Though the hotel is situated far from the city of Florence, it has many advantages. The place itself is nice, surrounded with mountains with clouds on their tops; there is a huge shopping mall in front of it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but well-equipped and very clean. The breakfasts are very good!

We remained at Ibis Firenze Prato Est only for one night. I used my points to pay part of the fare, so we ended up paying only EUR 7,00, with one free welcome drink. In my opinion the overall experience was definitely more than we expected for a 3-star hotel.

« Wonderful hotel »

The stuff are extremely helpful! Ready to solve any problem. Very friendly. Clean rooms, good room service. Wonderful view out of the window. A huge shopping Mall is in front of it. Good breakfasts. The only disadvantage is that it's far from Florence. But the road and bus stop are close to the hotel.

« This hotel is friendly, accessible and value for money »

Extremely friendly and helpful staff always make our stay here pleasant. We had problems with our shower room which we communicated at check-out and hopefully they will be resolved by our next visit. The shower was cold for 8 seconds, hot for 8 seconds etc etc. Also the shaver socket in the shower room did not work. This would not stop us using Prato Est in the future as we like it very much and any time we are in the area this is where we will stay.

« Ok but with some issues »

Air conditioning did not work and the shower was not stable. It was warm, the too cold, warm again, then too cold. Very hard to relax and have shower properly.
