- Bathroom old with mold in the shower. - Light not properly working in bathroom - I asked for some toothpaste as I forgot mine. there were none. - The staff were polite and gentle. I assume the owner is not putting any effort to maintain the place.

Typical ibis setting. As usual, personnel is awesome. Room is specially big. Legs bathroom: Why not put a bath? Bed is very good. Good working Surface. At breakfast, quality is there although not a lot of options.

« Great budget hotel - night staff can be improved »

The reception guy couldn’t find my booking (first name swapped with last name) and kept on asking me twice if I actually had a reservation. Finally he found it. Not very happy with the attitude. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

SO MANY YEARS IAM SRATING IN IBIS. ALL OK. BUT!!! THE TWO LAST TIMES NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.ONE WORKER FEMALE 40 Y.OLD ABOUT (NAME FRANTSESCA). WAS BOTH TIMES IN RECEPTION. AT NOVEMBER SHE TRY HARD!!TO MAKE ME COSTUMER OF ONE CLOTH COMPANY(WE WAS TIRED WE WANT THE KEY) BUT SHE CARES ONLY TO GIVE ME ONE ADDRESS CARD FROM HER POCKET.AND AT DECEMBER SHE SPEAKS WITH ONE CHINESE MAN AND THEY LOOK ONE BOOK OF COLORED FABRICS(FOR CLOTHES?) AND WHEN I ASK FOR MY ROOM SHE TELLS ME """I HAVE JOB NOT NOW"""! AND I WAIT AND I LOOK HER TO SAY OO BELLO COLORI !!! AFTER MINUTES ONE SHORT WOMAN CAME AND GIVES ME THE KEY. « Good location, excellent staff - the best we have found in all our stays in IBIS hotels. »

We arrived tired and very late and were given a very warm welcome which made us feel much revived! As usual the bed was supremely comfortable, breakfast was good and plentiful. The only negative was the shaver socket in our bathroom did not work. Apart from this all satisfactory.

Staff was friendly, breakfast good. Only problem was no air conditioning without any discount. Hotel is advertised as having AC, however we were told the AC was turned off October 1. The room was very hot and we had to open the window to get fresh air. This was not adequate to cool the room and only served to allow mosquitos into the room.

It was a little disappointing compare to the previous Ibis we stayed. After 5 days the breakfast is boring since there is no variation, every morning the same and we couldn't get once a boiled egg. But otherwise it was fine. Congratulations to your night staff who was extremely friendly and outgoing, especially the gentlemen who speaks Italian, French, German and English. Impressive. « GOOD HOTEL , AMPLE PARKING AND FRIENDLY STAFF »

Upon arrival, smooth check in with the lovely ARIANNA!. Free parking a big plus. Rooms were typical IBIS STYLE. Good variety for breakfast buffet, my girls loved the pancakes !! Friendly staff . We had experienced a leaking bathroom sink which was repaired the same day . We particularly loved the shopping centre close to this hotel. Thank you !

What I liked about the hotel is the easiness of booking and checking-in. Also the private parking was spacious and convenient. The rooms of the hotel were very basic, furniture not very well maintained (looked very used/old). There was a smoking smell in the rooms (although the rooms were non-smoking rooms). Location - it was inconvenient that the hotel didn't have a transfer service (or taxi with a special price) to the city center.

« Good service but far from Florence »

Nice hotel, with a rich and varied breakfast and an outdoor space to have breakfast. Be aware though that the Hotel is 45 minutes from Florence center (45 euros in a Taxi or wait for the bus then tramway 5 euros). There a huge mall at a walking distance from the hotel. If you are there to visit Florence, it is not practical without a car.
