The service of the staff was very good. The children were welcomed very gently with a toy, reception staff was very helpful and efficiënt. The rooms were perfectly made although we reserved the room on the same day of the arrival. We would come again!!

This is the Novotel that even Novotel forgot existed. The room was lousy for a Novotel. The air conditioning never worked despite reporting it. Nobody followed up to make sure it was fixed. The mini bar fridge didn’t work. We tried to identify ourselves to staff at breakfast but they were too busy taking to look up. There are absolutely nothing around the hotel. The free underground parking was positive. The afternoon receptionist was really helpful and diligent. The pool was great up until the wind blew over the umbrella and could have seariously hurt somebody. Would be amazed if the staff reported it as a safety incident. Drop the parasols on windy days. Safety 101.

1. food supplied by the restaurant is not delicious. The hotel is at a very isolated location, there are absolutely no any other restaurants or shops in walking distance from the hotel. Therefore the restaurant in the hotel is the only choice for dinner. The food was not to a standard of a 4-stars hotel. 2. Transportation is not sufficient. The hotel is far away from the city and airport. However, there is only 1 shuttle bus to a railway station at 8:30am, and 1 back to hotel at 8:30pm. Guests need to go anywhere with taxi.

Nice hotel with good pool. Room is ok for 2 Adults with 2 children. Diner was very delicious. Unfortunatelly on July 5th the coffee-machine was broken at breakfest. After 35 minutes ordering for Coffee, we finished our Breakfest with orange-juice and left the restaurant. I suggest the restaurant to get a second coffee-machine. We missed micro-wave as well.

A very good hotel. I have stayed here before so as I had a good experience I didn't hesitate to book again. Unfortunately my flight from the UK was delayed by two hours so I arrived at the hotel too late to enjoy the pre-booked evening meal. The staff were very understanding and prepared a salad for us.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, even giving us good tips on where to find parking in Rome. Clean, modern rooms with good amenities. Only complaints were that the air conditioning is only turned on in summer, even though it was 90 deg during our stay. Also, walk to the train station is through an overgrown field so not very comfortable.

It was adequate but not in any way special.Room was clean and sofa bed made up ready for our grandson, but only one teabag each and no milk. No hot chocolate and one coffee.Second sachet was de-caff. Waiter in restaurant delivered slow service objected to our choice of table instructing us to move. Gave us the impression we were a nuicence to him! However food was good. Breakfast service friendlier by female staff. One female reception staff very helpful. Was told to stop playing air hockey with my grandson as it was too noisy! Suggest you supply a games room if you don't want noise in reception! Other children's games were broken we were dissapointed that the video games were unavailable as they had been one of the reasons for selecting the hotel as they had proved popular with our other grandchildren in other venues. We would not rush to book Novotel again following this experience.

I was deeply disappointed in my stay here. There is no doubt in my mind that Americans are simply not welcome...I am not Donald Trump, yet politics have filtered into the daily workings of all citizens We are judged harshly simply for being American...rude and ridiculous! I will never forgive the staff at this hotel for the way they treated my family and I. This colored our entire visit to Italy! Made us wish that we spent our hard earned money elsewhere!!!

We absolutely don't identify our guests for their political, social choices or preferences. Never happened and never will. Our staff works everyday to offer the best service and is always ready to welcome each and every guest. Empathy, friendliness and smiles are our best attitudes to win our guests' confidence. We are proud of what we do, but we accept that we could and should do more. The hotel is situated not too far from the station La Rustica U.I.R. but the path from there to the hotel is pretty overgrown and the road crossing is not totally safe. The staff were extremely friendly and the sleeping experience was fine. The Internet was a little slow but was adequate for my purpose. Room was a standard Novotel room.

The hotel is not far from the La Rustica U.I.R. train station but the path to the hotel is fairly overgrown and at the junction somewhat dangerous. It's about a 10/15 minute walk with roller luggage. The hotel is certainly more cost effective as other hotels in the city and offers the standard Novotel level of accommodation. The staff are very friendly and I was made to feeling at home. Internet a little slow but adequate.
