Singurul lucru negativ este că hotelul miroase a vechi ( pe culoare, în camere). Cred că hotelul necesită o minimă renovare ( schimbarea mochetei- neapărat). The only negative review from my side: the hotel should minimum renovated ( the carpet to be urgently changed) . It smells like old. It is unpleasant.

The personnel is very kind, room was generally clean with some stains on one wall, near bed. Half of channels have a very poor image and TV set is old, very old, close to antique. Breakfast was OK, nothing too special but nothing to complain for two days only.

Knew the area very well before, therefore I chose this property. Convenient located, staff is friendly enough considering in general the Customer Service attitude generally in Bucharest. Dining area is clean and personnel is helpful. Rooms though needs more attention..... dust is present and carpets needs a better vacuum maybe an immediate carpet cleaning to get rid of the dust and dirt. Otherwise happy with the beds, very comfy mattress and pillows.

Very good staff, maintenance. The hotel room is clean, the bathroom works very well and complete cleanness. The staff offered us a very pleasant surprise on our arrival - a welcome wine bottle surrounded by a heart made of red rose petals.

Imi pare rau ca experienta in hotelul nostru nu s-a ridicat la nivelul asteptarilor dumneavoastra si va rog sa primiti scuzele din partea noastra. Va asigur ca vom lua toate masurile necesare pentru a rezolva acest gen de probleme si a preintampina aparitia altor evenimente neplacute. Feed back-ul dumneavoastra este foarte important pentru noi fiindca la Ibis Gara de Nord, depunem eforturi sa oferim servicii de calitate superioara pentru fiecare oaspete.
