« Under expectations »

While understanding that I smoking room shouldn’t be the most nice smelling, the air was very bad smelling. Bed covers extremely dirty! But at least the sheets were clean. The bathroom was not cleaned properly - used sanitary from previous guests were simply left there. A very bad experience discovering that little bag!!!The highlight of the stay was the breakfast- plenty of choices and good food.

Maybe the hotel needs a renovation. Maybe it will be a better idea to use soap . The tube with gel was dirty. Please have a higher variety for the breakfast .

« Overall ok experience »

The room was clean and overall comfortable, but it was rather cold because the ventilation system didn't seem to work very well. The members of staff were nice and polite. It would have been useful to know in advance what the Express Breakfast entailed. However, the option of an Express Breakfast was very useful. The main issue we had was that the Bar was advertised as being open 24h and it clearly wasn't, making it impossible to get a light snack at night.

The hotel is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the underground, in a central area and meets what on e would expect form an Ibis. Nice staff, clean and quiet rooms. According to my experience it is the best budget value for money one can get in central Bucharest.

The reception desk at checking in was Not welcoming. I was given a smoking room even though I did not ask for one!!! The room smelled very bad. The carpet was dirty. The bathtub and shower curtain had mould. Fixtures were broken. Overall not a good experience.

« housekeeping staff not wearing uniform »

I stayed in your hotel last 18-19 October. I would like to report that the housekeeping staff in the 6th floor where I am staying (room 610) is not wearing any uniform and are just wearing regular clothes. I think this is quite inappropriate and unsecured because how would the hotel staff and the guests monitor that they are really housekeeping staff. I always enjoy my stay in your hotel every time I'm in Bucharest, so I hope you can do something about this matter.

Hotel was ok just after leaving the hotel we woke up we was extra charged.I asked the hotel why and answer was because we paid with the card and the rate euro/ron also if the amount was clear confirmed before by email.First time in my life when that happen to me.

« Good location, but rough on the edges »

The hotel is well situated in Bucharest, but in deep need of refurbishment. Maybe it was just the room I got, on the 3rd floor, but, although big (a small apartment) it was not very well cleaned and the shower was dirty, the shower cabin was broken. Very good bedding, though.

Hello. I had just arrived from a long train journey, very tired. There was a nice young lady at reception. I do not speak Romanian, so I was going to do the best I could with my phrasebook and gestures. I did ask if she spoke English. Her reply, mercifully, was 'of course'. She noted I looked tired and checked me in quickly. I had key in hand in 3 minutes. She was quite helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I had an awesome stay at your fine establishment.
