A reasonable hotel, good sized bedroom, I wanted a hotel near to station and metro but surrounding area poor. Enjoyed breakfast but would not rate evening food highly, however would not want to walk anywhere else to eat. No other complaints.

As I was to tracel from the Gare de Nord the location for me was excellent. The hotel is a little basic but it is Ibis so offers very good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and efficient.

Everything was OK in general. However I would like to point somethings that need attention. I was kindly given room 429 a small flat instead the single room I booked. In this small flat the air outlets were closed, covered with transparent adhesive films. So given that the one window does not open the air could not be replaced and there was a bad smell. Also the TV antenna connection in the bedroom was not working and the 25” screen was not working…

Pleasant stay. The staff were generally very helpful especially frontdesk/reception staff Alexandra and Mihail. Alexandra was very polite and helpful and should be given a raise and promotion. The kitchen staff too very quite polite.

The price is very good for such a location. The staff is friendly. There is a lot of noise in the morning, the rooms are not well isolated. The carpet is very old and seems filthy.

Dorinta noastra este sa oferim un echilibru intre tarifele hotelului si serviciile oferite, de aceea parerea dvs. este foarte importanta pentru noi. Couple of nights in a row, I was not able to sleep (even on one night I called the reception at 3 in the morning). Putting whole (sporting) teams on the same floor, let to significant noise. Hopefully this remains on an incident as I plan to stay in this hotel in the future. Not being able to use my Accor points while booking a room is also disappointing for an Accor member.
