It was a pleasant experience, clean rooms and environment. Helpful staffs, very good breakfast. They should be a proper report and documentation between staffs, to avoid confusion and embarrassment with customers while checking out. We were overall pleased with everything. Very effective fire response and explanations from the staffs. We will definitely like to stay there next time we are in paris. We felt safe.

« Friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay. »

The reception and bar/restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly and helped make my 2-night stay a pleasant experience. Room was fine and I appreciated the good wifi as I was there on a business trip and having internet connection was important.

« Hope it can be cleaner as expected in a 3 star hotel. »

It is somewhat affordable but I hope it can be cleaner. I stayed in Ibis Hong Kong and Ibis Auckland before and both are clean and enjoyable to stay. Staff are friendly and nice. I just hope it would be clean as sadly my allergy triggers when im in the room which means it is dusty.

Centrally located for metro and good bus link. Clean room and comfortable bed. The receptionist was supportive irrespective of the language barrier. Breakfast was okay but could do with a bit more selection.

The receptionist was not very friendly on entering (male). The other receptionist was friendlier who assisted us perfectly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, even though the menu could be adjusted every two days. This hotel is well located for the metro and have good bus link.

« Would be nice hotel but »

I stayed with 2 colleges in 3 rooms for a business trip, we all agreed that overall the hotel was good apart from how incredibly hot it was. Being able to control the room temperature is very important for most travellers, I understand that it was hot for the time of year but the airconditioning should still have been available for hotel guests With the whole hotel being hot and the room temperature being ridiculous, opening the window was no help because it was hot outside so did not cool the room and the traffic noise kept us awake. The hotel has air conditioning but it had been switched off. We did talk to the manager of the hotel about turning on the aircon in the hotel but he refused to do so. The breakfast is OK limited choice of cereal but otherwise a typical continental breakfast. We found the rooms a good standard (apart from the heat) clean and well maintained. Given that the hotel promise is to fix issues in 15mins to my satisfaction, which they didn't. I would have to think carefully about returning to this hotel.

« Not according expectations when having 3 stars »

I was mostly disapointed I am afraid. When we got to the hotel we noticed that main door glass was dirty and that there was a lot of small papers and leafs on the atrium floor. Bathroom in the room was dirty, shower especially. I wonder if they cjanged the bed sheets.

As a whole, I was satisfied your service. However, I want to point out one thing. When I made a check out, receptionist did not give me a receipt of my stay. In order to obtain stay cost from my company, I needed the receipt. Finally I got the receipt, but please change your basic manner of the point. I feel all of customer needs his receipt.

« Strange experience »

Accomodation- room was comfortable and practical. Was clean but, we run out of shower gel in one evening, Saturday room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping and at midnight when we needed to ask for towels from reception. I don't think this should be the standard. Reception area: when we arrived we spent @5 mins in front of second door as none answering the callbell. Apart of this all reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. Thought, being a big hotel corporation, all employees should wear a badge. Breakfast: very tasty, the only minus is absolutely no fresh vegetables( tomatoes, cucumber, pepper etc)

« Overpriced budget hotel. »

Overall, my experience was pleasant. Exceptional hospitality from staff. A few areas could do much improvement though. Breakfast for instance could offer much more. Personally, I don't think I got my money's worth.
