Very basic rooms, no kettle or any room amenities. Unfortunately it was clear that areas of the room hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there was a thick layer of dust and grime on the hairdryer and previous occupant hair in the sink and shower. Staff wise - very friendly and helpful staff at reception. I didn’t book breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Good location, and quiet but the beds are incredibly uncomfortable

The room was spacious and clean. I added breakfast to the booking at the hotel. The breakfast isn't worth the extortionate price they charge. I'd also prepaid my booking and had the city tax added to it when I bought the breakfast. Still unsure about this charge because it wasn't mentioned anywhere. A google search talks about the city tax but I wish this had been mentioned and included at the time of booking. I also sent the hotel an email asking if they could help me by receiving a package for me. The email was written in simple english that could easily be translated into French using the internet. I guess I should have done that myself. The reply I got made me think they either didn't bother reading the email or didn't want to help me and pretended to not understand the email. I know how the French feel about anyone that is english speaking but Paris is an international city. Do better! I wonder if I'd have received a better service had I spoken in my native Portuguese language. Also didn't appreciate being treated like a teenager when someone shouted at us to use the trays provided for breakfast but I guess after seeing a French family destroy their table I understand why they'd expect everyone to be so messy. No need to shout though.
