« Dated, Noisy, Not very Clean... »

Not the best, friendly on the reception but then the rest of the stay wasn't up to the normal standards that I'm used to as a Accord Hotel member. The room was rather smelly, not very clean (to usual standards), noisy and food from restaurant (connected to the hotel) - which I believe is not part of Ibis group (yet this is not clear). The food was terrible. Sorry but I will not be returning to this hotel.

« Good value hotel in a convenient location. »

The hotel reception staff were professional, friendly and genuinely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are small and compact, but the sound-proofing is excellent. The only negative was the staff in the restaurant for breakfast: surly, abrupt and grumbling angrily as they talk to themselves.

Stayed in juneJ2018. Air condition not working, no breakfast variety, less curtious staff, small bathroom, not worth the money,not much TV channels, no storage space, big no no to ibis la defence. There are better hotels than this, far from any train station as well.

However, be aware that we do not have a problem with air conditioning. At Ibis, we are budget hotels and air conditioning can not be regulated as in some hotels (4 stars for example), the air conditioning is managed automatically depending on the outside temperature. Regarding breakfast, we send your remarks to the CourtePaille. For TV, we have all French channels, and different foreign channels, including sports channels like BEINSPORT 1,2 & 3. Very friendly and helpful staff. Secure car park .located close to la defense .this is a great ibis to use as a base .It's a little out of Paris centre which is good and bad but Courbevoie does have a village charm.

« Small hotel who welcomes big groups »

This is a small hotel with no real lobby, just some chairs and sofa as you enter with a tiny bar. I was given a good renovated room in this hotel I chose for being next to my elderly father residence. Access is very difficult if you intend to use public transport (20 mns difficult walking). The hotel welcomes huge groups which take all over the room at breakfast. There was no room for me to leave my luggage on departure. Staff under stress. Will not chose this hotel next time. On top of this very expensive.

« There are few small improvements that can make a big change »

The room has doesn't have features that can make a huge difference to your stay: 1. no closet (with doors and drawer for convenient storage of cloths. 2. no safe so you can't leave laptop etc. when you leave the room and have to carry them all time 3. no iron 4. no minibar. I made a reservation for B&B. In one case I wanted to take a sandwich and a cop of coffee to have breakfast in my room instead of sitting in the dinning room. The person at the restaurant nor only refused to carry out a single sandwich, but also refused to take a cup of coffee only. When I complained to the receptionist the answer was that the restaurant is separate and not connected to the hotel, and therefore it must follow the restaurants rules. Since I paid the hotel I see it the hotel responsible towards its customers and if this rules are acceptable by the hotel - I protest against it. This was my second stay in this hotel, and I'm not sure I'll choose it again for the reasons mentioned above. Respectfully, Yossi K.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your comment. Note that at Ibis space is flexible, so your wardrobe has no door and it allows the room is less crowded. The safes are in our luggage to provide you with greater security and allow you to have more space in your room. Irons and ironing board are on request at the front desk. And no mini bar in room (but a real bar at the reception for more conviviality) Nevertheless, note that at ACCOR, you can find all these elements in your room from our 4-star hotels. I would like to say thanks to Shawron and Dumet Guillaum! They helped me so much and they are just very nice guys! The room was nice, and with a good view to a river as I asked. Only thing that one towel when I came was dirty in the room, but it didn't affect the stay at all.

« Apart from the smeel in the room it was fine. »

Soft smoke smell in the room. On check-in, there was some hair in the bathroom. Entry card was not reliable, sometimes I had to spend 1 minute trying to open the lock. When toilet was flushed, no cold water in the shower until the reservoir was refilled. Bed was very comfortable. Room amenities were basic, but satisfactory. Receptionists nice and friendly. Breakfast ok, yet sometimes only paper cups were available. Over-active kitchen staff took my unfinished breakfast from my table when I got up to take a spoon.

« Very unprofessional staff »

The reception staff are so unprofessional and rude on the same time. I was waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Also I made the check in via the web site to not wait on the reception and still we have to wait because the reception staff serve others guests in the bar. Also I have asked the reception staff if we have any shops around and he lying us telling us that there are no shops around here. Also we didn't have any kettles in the room also we didn't have toilet paper in the toilet also we didn't have clean towels they smell so bad , also we didn't have shower gel in the bathroom. For all this I have to chase the staff so many times to be able to have a normal stay at this hotel. I am surprise a hotel of 3*** to not have a fridge in the room and seriously to not have a kettle in the room ? Also from the drainage was a bad smell . I am so disappoint and I have a anger in my mind. I am felling that I was robbed. Very bad experience.

We are sorry to respond late to your message, but we noted a great interest and wanted to have a meeting with our teams to understand what happened. You arrived late at night and our receptionist was the only one on duty that day. he served only one person at the bar before welcoming you and do not understand why you say you waited 15 minutes before your check in while the wait has not exceeded 2 min ... Nevertheless we wanted to apologize that you waited to register. Actually, you asked him if there were some shops around but at the time of your arrival, they were all closed ... but as you may have noticed, there are many and I do not think that it is the dishonesty of our colleague. Ibis hotels are actually 3-star hotels, but our brand does not have kettles, refrigerators, etc. in the rooms. All this will be available from the four-star ranges in our group. The room was ok. Sadly in the morning at 5:30 no warm water came out of the shower. The cleanliness in the kitchen (breakfeast) has to be improved. The Floor sticked and the cordiality of the personal could be better.

« Ok but missing somethings »

It was fine but missing somethings such as: 1.The room was city view and neither sein river nor effiel tower as per my usual previous stays. 2.No welcome drink(Silver Member) 3.Non room cleaning last day despite I’ve put the cleaning sign outside of my room.
