Dear Sirs/Madam, We were not satisfied with implementation of booking conditions by your part! We have made an option from Accor online system on 10.10.2018 option number - GSFLFXTK. Services for group: 28 Twin BB but your Groups Booking Manager - Nathalie LAUNAY on 20.10.2018 told me that: "I cannot confirm your booking through accor online system as we only have 18 twins built in the hotel, as I told you on my previous mail. I can provisionally book the rooms if you amend your booking to 18 twins and 10 doubles." on 22.10.2018 I wrote that us suits - 18 Twins and 10 double. on 05.11.2018 We signed a contract. on 14.03.2019 - I make an adjustment in our booking (Activity number: GSFLFXTK). Where once again prescribed the required number of rooms "01-03/05/2019 56 adult 18 Twin 10 Double BB" on 22.03.2019 - your Groups Booking Manager - Nathalie LAUNAY "I confirm you the amendment of your booking and you will find enclosed the reservation contract and the pro forma invoice to pay the deposit." on 22.03.2019 We signed a contract. on 27.03.2019 - We paid 30% deposit. on 10.04.2019 - We paid last 70% of Full amount. on 25.04 2019 I send the rooming list with 18 TWIN and 10 Double. Upon arrival, the group was informed that there is only 1 TWIN room. No one for the entire period has reported that the hotel lacks the number of rooms on our reservation! We needed a required amount of rooms with separate beds! If we knew that there is no necessary amount of TWIN room we would not confirm this reservation! This situation has quite influenced our reputation as a provider of travel services, which imposes a negative imprint on our long-term partnership with our client. In fact, we could not have foreseen this situation, since we had booked and confirmed by the your Groups Booking Manager 18 rooms with separate beds. Since you did not comply with the terms of the contract with us and we respectively did not comply with the terms of the contract with our client. Most persons of our group (and these are 34 strangers, from 17 rooms who are forced to stay in one bed for 2 nights) extremely dissatisfied because they expected to stay exclusively in rooms with twin beds. This situation affects the overall impression of the tour as a whole. This fact upsets our partner, who expresses his displeasure to us. The client would gladly move the group to another hotel with would fit their booking, but since you said yourself it's impossible because all the surrounding hotels are fully booked tonight, or do not have any twin rooms available. We have a request from the client-partner (and 34 persons who live in Double rooms) to fully compensate for the accommodation for this 2 night (except for breakfast and city tax) for 17 Double rooms. Thank you so much for the extra blankets but it does not change the fact that 2 strangers slept on the one bed. We understand that the TWIN room and DBL room have the same price. But our client are asked not to return the cost of accommodation. They ask to pay them moral compensation for the inconvenience that they received while staying at your hotel. This situation would not have arisen if they were provided with rooms that were booked and confirmed. Our client do not ask you to compensate the services that were provided. He asks for a refund only for services that were not provided according to the confirmation/roominglist which was confirmed before the group arrival. Our partner is very determined. He is not completely satisfied with the situation. And if we do not find a peace agreement with you, our partner will be forced to go to court. We wouldn’t want the end like this.

It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel. I was welcomed by Anthony, who kindly advised where I could grab a quick dinner despite my late evening arrival. The staff was professional, the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious and the room was spacious! However, I would recommend deodorizing the rooms, because mine had a cigarette odor. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

I stay here a lot. Mainly because of the location, secondly because the staff on reception are super nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and one side has a great view of the river. It's not far from La Defense but far enough away to be in Courbevoie.

The hotel is at 15min to la Défense with the bus which is pretty cool. The hotel is clean, not noisy at all even if our room was on the highway side. The room is really nice and comfortable, I will come back and recommend.

The room (215) is very noisy. We could hear the conversations in other rooms in the middle of the night. We could also hear the vehicles outside. It was too loud. The air conditionning didn't work well and was also noisy... The third bed was very uncomfortable (a third bed in Ibis Budget is better than that). The car park instructions were not accurate and the woman at the desk didn't tell us how to use the elevator (another guest had to help us). Overall it was a bad stay.
