Clean hotel. Nice swimming pool, It is small but it’s fine. The hotel is far but by tram or bus in 25 min you are in the center.Easy check in and out.We didn’t use the breakfast, so I don’t know but it’s little bit expensive (around 15€)

The staffs were very friendly and helpful but the room lacks power outlets when you need to charge cell phones , I had to borrow extension cord also no hooks or space where to hung wet towels in the wash room. I

Our stay was good unfortunately not perfect. The room, location are perfect with 2 children. We have been in your hotel for 4 years in a row now. But this stay we had some issues. First issue: we tried to order a drink in the bar in the evening. Nobody helped us. After 10 minutes I have asked a waiter personaly and order our drinks. After 10 minutes nothing was served. So I have told to hold the drinks and we want to our room. Second issue: in the second night there was a fire alarm. Offcourse these things happen and this is nobody's fault. But it had helped if there was any information given so everybode knows it was a false alarm.

« Very accomodating ,staff go out of their way to help you have a pleasant stay. »

As I said above we had an extremely pleasant stay ,the staff are very helpful and are never busy to help you out for directions around the city.We had a problem in our room on the first day (my daughter noticed some ants in the room ) .The staff immediately appologised and moved our room and even arranged a welcolme drink for us and put some chocolates in the new room,and even went up with us to the new room.My thanks go to Laura,Illaria,Rebecca and all the others ( I cant remember their names spersonally so I am sorry)

Good overall hotel. A little out of the way for tourist places but a quick cab or uber gets you there. Great breakfast. Small rooms. Clean hotel and was nice to relax in the pool after a long hot day out

It was my first time in Barcelona and I was happy to choose Novotel Sant Joan Despí. The hotel is 5mins walk to a big supermarket MerCadona, I like the pool and the little slope near the pool, the gym is too small though.Your staff Laura speaks perfect English and helped me a lot during my stay.I checked in on 14th one say earlier than my boyfriend who will arrive with the Qatar Airwas Crew on 15th,I flew to Barcelona from Athens to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday,Laura gave me good idea to check my bf the same room where I stayed to give him suprise, she also helped me with taxis and city tour bus. She is just amazing and because of all of you gave me good impression of Barcelona and it’s people. Will definitely recommend Novotel San Joan Despí to friends.

Pleasant, clean hotel with a great breakfast and lovely service. Small but clean swimming pool with sunloungers. It is a little far out and takes around an hour to get into the centre of Barcelona on public transport so we wanted to use the taxi but unfortunately there was a strike!! But couldn't be helped and we found a cracking little restaurant just a five-ten minute walk away L'Oucomballa!
