The hotel is easy to find, close to central road. Very clean , excellent breakfast and amazing people work for. Although a renovation is needed, building shows it's age.

« Good Enough for me and I am fussy! »

Arrived after an exhausting day travelling to the hotel. Didn’t have the card with me that I used to pay for my room in advance, so was kept waiting at reception while this was debated. Finally it was decided that they would let it go this time. Was happy to get up to my room, after unpacking the bath was a welcome treat. Used the bath every day I was there due to the amount of waking I did! I thought I read that the rooms were soundproofed but I heard noise from the room on my left. At night it was quiet, room was cozy so slept well. Not much noise from outside. Food was plentiful at breakfast but one morning I got an orange juice, left it on my table and got toast etc. When I got back to my table the juice had gone. Spoke to the taller, slim, dark haired girl who was cleaning up, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I also said i had no cutlery but she did not bring any over. I spoke to another girl - also dark haired but smaller in height. She brought cutlery over straight away. She was great and very helpful. I was here for a game at the Nou Camp. Once I found where the tram stop was, I was fine. Easy to buy tickets. It’s about a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel. Straight line down. Then about the same on the tram to the nou camp. From the airport I got a L line bus that took about 50 minutes to the hotel - last stop. Cost €2.20 one way. I would stay here again as once I got my bearings, I was fine with the distance etc.

« Quiet, cosy and safe stay »

My family liked our stay at the hotel. Location is awesome as I am concerned about quiet and safe neighborhood. It's a bit away from the city center but that's not a problem as tram convenience is so close to the hotel. Hotel staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you out. Staff service is the best thing I loved about this hotel. Room cleanliness could be better. Good food. But overall a nice experience.

The Novotel Sant Joan Despí hotel is a bright and clean hotel with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room and bathroom were clean and in very good condition. The restaurant served excellent food. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. A great experience.

« Not so satisfied with restaurant team »

My reservation for restaurant menu, your restaurant staff did not understand. It was me who had to ask to reception instead of your staff. I do not understand how your employee is not aware of one of your service menu. Then, in the morning, one lady arrived and she started to work with T-shirt which she had from her house. I could not distinguish between guests and restaurant staff. Further, she doesn't say good-bye when I saluted her. It was not pleasant.

It was good Stay, nice service. Location is away from Barcelona city center, however still commutation is convenient. Overall enjoyed the stay. Airport transfer to hotel could have been really helpful.
