Decent accomodation. Staff vey good and helpful. Location is slighltly outside of Barcelona main city. The only issues are that room was not ready on time at 2pm and there were small insects (probably ants) crawling on wooden furniture.

The one week stay was primarily for the overnight, so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but had breakfast twice which was very nice with a good variety of both hot and cold choices. The staff was very friendly and cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was very fine.

Hotel was generally OK, a little tired in terms of decor and equipment. I stay in Novotel a lot with my family. The breakfast was less than other Novotel locations in terms of taste, temperature and choice. But air con in room was terrible. We had to keep windows open each night to keep the room cool. And the room faced onto a motorway, so huge noise pollution. Yes, U will stay with Novotel again, but not this one.

We are big fans of Novotel, but this is thd first time we had tried this particular one. The beds are extremely comfortable, the service efficient and friendly, and Novotel always has a fantastic restaurant menu.

« need some renovation work »

Quiet and clean room on teh 6th floor. But bathroom need to be redone (shower is quite hold and mold around it). Bed are too soft dor my taste and compared to other Novotel I have been in.

For a 4 Star Hotel, the Televisión in rooms are OLD, the heated pool advertised was closed and the front desk was staff was unwelcoming
