Have arrived at midnight and had to wait 10 minutes at the reception since receptionist left the reception upon to our step to the desk to upstairs with another guest without notifying us and even did not need to apologize when she returned. has requested to get a room with city view , king bed and an upgrade if possible being an Accor Club member in trace of my booking in advance and we have been put into a disabled room 301, for our stay. Has contacted to the reception and complained on this all issues we keep facing our room has been changed to an Executive room , 257 which has been full of hairs on the bath tub, in the shower even long black hair can be seen clearly on the wall . has been just a frustration and nightmare for us to stay at the hotel . came for a limited time to enjoy the city and wasted most of our time to discuss the issues, put our complaints and change the room carrying all our staff. nothing to say more, could not be worse....

The bed mattress could be more comfortable. The restaurants food is very basic and during my stay the SPA area was closed (I expected to use the pool and Sauna but the information was only showed somewhere in small letters where I didn't recognize it)

« House keeping comes around too early. »

From 9am housekeeping woke us up, then proceeded to wake us up every 30 minutes until we checked out. One time not even knocking while I was walking about. Granted maybe I should have put a do not disturb sign out but I don't see how when someone is checking out on the day you need to be so aggressive with the door knocking. It felt like a Japanese love hotel.

« Greatest beds for a long time in a hotel, terrific breakfast! »

We stayed with two kids and had a great time. Starting with the wonderful beds, then a really awesome breakfast, and a week equipped gym. Unfortunately the pool is out of order, but that is acceptable. Mr. Hagen then made exceptional out of excellent when I had to call the evening of the day we left because our daughter left her plush animal. He asked to tell her that it will just extend it's vacation a little, but bring new friends when it will come home in a box with the post.

The only negative point was that the booking was made for 2 people. I wonder if the problem is sourced in the travel agent of my company (Airbus) but this surprises me as I do not believe it is frequent booking a room for two in business trips. I traveled alone and slept alone. I can swear... :) As I result of this, I was charged for the room and two breakfast. I noticed the second breakfast and claimed for devolution. This was the time I realized the booking for 2 PAX. I was refunded with 21€ for the second breakfast. Lost some time and ignore if the room price was still incorrect. In any case, I will not raise any claim. The hotel and staff, excellent as always.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. We had a sick child and we were giving a tray to bring some breakfast to our room. The breakfast was excellent but had to be paid extra. The design of the room was very unpractical, for instance there was no real bedside table to place the tray for the child. At first evening I asked for an extra bowl because I was afraid the child would get sick and was asked to use the waste bin instead. I would have appreciated an extra bucket because we also needed the waste bin for our waste. The location is very well suited if you want to explore the city. Overall we felt welcome with a family.

« Difficult to feel welcome »

I have been going at least half a dozen times to this property. The location is convenient. When it comes to the front office though, it is a systematically a disappointment. Once my prepaid room had been sold to someone else. I had to go to another hotel of the Group at 2.00 am in the morning. This time, I felt unwelcome. The hostess at the Accor club desk was counting cash and did not bother, sent me to another colleague. No welcome back, please fill this form (every time it is the same - where do the data go?...). Here is your chocolate bar... A colleague living in Munich joined me for breakfast one day, I was charged for 2 days... This is not hospitality, really and it fairs so poorly compared to other welcome I receive usually, including the day before in Novotel Vienna which I recommend.
