It was very good. Very spacious as you take disabled people in consideration so the rooms have to be big. Only down side.....no outlets next to the bed! So I could not use my phone while charging to answer some emails :( Dinner was good but please, take the calamari off the menu. They are frozen and very bad :(

We had a lovely overnight stay. The staff were extreme helpful, the beds extra comfortable and the rooms quiet and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and tasty. And the little dip in the pool was a nice extra. Thank you Novotel Milton Keynes - keep up the amazing work!

Enjoyable, short stay for a single night. Facilities were very presentable and a warm welcome at Reception. Evening and breakfast meals were satisfactory with good quantities. Room was very well presented with the toilet area separate from the bath, which is a plus point for the family room. Bed on the soft side for my preference.

A good experience once the room problems had been sorted. On arrival I was given a room that had not been made up, I returned to reception where a second room was allocated. This turned out to be already occupied so again I was back to reception. Third time lucky I hoped but the key card I was given did not work, back again and at the fourth attempt I had a room.

It was a lovely experience. The room was warm and dry. The staff were very helpful. The pool was wet. I had one of the first breakfasts of the day and I enjoyed it.

First time staying at this particular hotel and enjoyed the few days I was there except for some issues I had with my room that was resolved after I reported the matter to the front office. ......... and I would use the Novotel again when in the area. Reasonably easy to find (with GPS), large car park and well lit. Pleasant reception staff and attractive reception area. Good check in and check out experience. Decent bar area and very personable young bar tender. I did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food but the white wine was delicious!! :o)

Overall it was a satisfactory experience, checking in was swift, rooms appeared clean, room facilities adequate with good facilities of a pool. My negatives were no provision of shower caps, toilet separate from main bathroom, toilet very low & poor buffet choices for dinner.

Hotel Average, Basic Rooms and Service, Charged twice for meal and drinks for 1 night against the room !!! Restaurant & Service Very Poor, very little choice on menu when you are eating for more than a couple of nights. Service was terrible, had to keep reminding the staff about my orders and requests for condiments etc. and that was every night !!
