Reception staff were ok. Didn’t give info out freely about hotel facilities- had to keep asking questions. Plug sockets near bed would be good! Picture in bedroom had fallen out of frame. Bed mattress really hard. Nice and clean though and good shower.

It did everything I wanted it to and Sunderland got through to the playoff final while I was there.

Good location - only 15 minutes walk to MK Centre. Pleasant situation. Good size room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection. Very clean throughout. One minor problem - the breakfast greeter did not speak English which made ordering my gluten free toast difficult. Another staff member came to my aid and all went well from there.

I stay at this hotel on a weekly basis. My room this time round was extremely cold with it being on the end of the building in the shade. The heating system in the room is too noisy to leave on whilst in the room. The corridors also appeared to not have been vacuumed for a few days and it just felt a little grubby! The rooms could do with a revamp though they are large and comfortable and I enjoy using the gym. The staff are always very friendly and helpful

The Hotel is good. The rooms are relatively smaller. The TV channels can be increased. The breakfast was good, the staff is very helpful and cooperative.

I was put in a disabled room where there was a funny smell of drainage from the bathroom/ wet room, so I called up reception and asked to change rooms, which they did which was very accommodating. I had a nice stay comfy room, ordered my breakfast through room service put on my door that evening for the next morning and they came on time which I selected on card which was brilliant, nice big breakfast and tasty. The welcoming was pleasant and hotel area seemed v nice more modern than the rooms they at a little dated. But comfy enough for a night stay.

The hotel is really nice, conveniently located and reasonably priced. Our interconnecting rooms were great and all of the staff we came across were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, the pancake machine was a real hit with our children. We did have a few problems making ourselves understood to certain members of staff due to some language barriers, which is embarrassing for everyone. Some of the opening hours were a bit odd, when we arrived on a Saturday night, we expected to be able to order from the 24hour room service menu once our children were asleep - we didn’t want much, just some soup and a pizza, both advertised as available 24hours. The member of staff at the desk said that he would have to make it because the kitchen was closed and he didn’t know what was available. He came back and told us that there was no soup but he could make pizzas. We ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas, however when they arrived they had 3 different types of meat on them, plus all of the veggie things. We just ate them and picked off what we didn’t want. Either you offer 24 hour room service or you don’t, but there is absolutely no point pretending you do and offering a bad service. Dinner in the bar on Sunday night was much better. Our food and the children’s food was good and the activities in the foyer for children are really good. We would definitely stay again but would not rely on room service.
