Our early check in was accommodated without fuss and our room was clean and in a quieter part of the hotel. The scaffolding outside our window restricted the light somewhat which was a disappointment. The choice at breakfast was excellent.

« Treated like one of the family »

Have been staying at Novotel MK on a regular basis since August. Have always been treated very well by all the staff. Room has always been comfortable and nothing too much trouble. Alfredo and the staff have always made me most welcome and I was honoured to have been invited to share in a Christmas dinner with him and the staff on Wednesday 5 December. Novotel Milton Keynes would always be my first choice of hotel!

Not enough food during breakfast and some of the fruits were stalled fruit. Food from our group end of year family buffet was nothing to write home about.

« Very good, but short on outlets »

Everything was really good, except for the nightstands, which were too small and which lacked outlets for plugging in a cellphone charger and a CPAP unit. Fortunately, I had an extension lead with a two-meter cord; I removed the bottom drawer from the desk and plugged the cord into the wall outlet and ran the cord across the floor.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are good except there is now no steam room .My room was spacious ,unfortunately I felt the bed was not up to the standard I expected from yourselves and have had in previous stays at your group hotels

Very nicely appointed Novotel, and conveniently situated. The bar area is well set out too and the full menu is available there as well as in the restaurant. The room was very comfortable as well, but in my opinion severely overpriced by comparison with hotels of a similar standard.

This Novotel was very well appointed, easy to find and good car parking facilities. There was a welcome drink voucher for Club Accor members. The bar area was nice and the full menu was available there as well as in the restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. However in my opinion it was severely overpriced compared with hotels of a similar standard in the UK.

« Good stay but with some small problems »

Generally it was fine - the room was excellent and comfortable. Our special requests re high floor, quiet room were very well met. The only problems were with housekeeping. On arrival all was fine - 2 towels for each of us (a couple in a double room). But after that - we had to phone reception each day to ask for another set of towels and also clean plastic tooth mugs. The problem was soon remedied, but this should not happen - as it was booked as a double room.

Our room was clean and we were greeted in a friendly manner at Reception. The pool was a little dirty by the steps and on the surround. I go to the pool to do exercises as I have had a broken back. I was quite quickly joined by two Indian families wh thought it would be a good idea to move me away from the small spot I had chosen to use. Breakfast arrived with burnt toast, etc, so this was taken off the bill. However a good breakfast would have been much better.
