Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Speedy check-in, comfortable beds, all facilities you'd expect in the room, lovely pool which our toddler loved, really good restaurant and bar area. All the staff were great.

Our stay was lovely, very relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was very nice, warm and clean, although could perhaps do with a better control on numbers in there. The room itself was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed and enabled us to get ready for an event easily. Lights were a little confusing but that was the only negative. Breakfast options aren't great and are expensive for what is on offer, also the inability to order just a childs breakfast is poor.

I ate both at your restaurant for dinner and for breakfast. You offered no gluten free choices. At dinner the waitress did at least make and effort but at breakfast no provision was made. I did mention it to the staff when booking breakfast but in the morning there was very limited choice. Very disappointing for such a large chain.

We were happy with our stay. The only issue was wanting to order room service. There was no menu in the room. My husband phoned to order and it arrived over an hour later.

When i stay at Novotel, Milton Keynes, i am always satisfied with the service. However on my last visit i was not able to use the walkin shower as it was so very cold. The same happened again on my recent visit. This time i had dinner and i must say it was delish, as was my breakfast was also very good. Staff are very helpful in particular Sharon, also the lady who bought up my breakast. I shall be going to Novotel again, when i next go to Milton Keynes.

This was my 3th stay and it was a good one as the previous ones, reception was good, room was very quiet with a comfortable bed and breakfast was a good way to start
