« o.k for one night,would not have stayed longer. »

Staff were very pleasant. The hotel itself is a bit tired & basic. Toilet was very low to the ground. Had to request 3 times for the sofa bed to be made up, finally made at 11.00pm. The breakfast was very good.

We were checked into a room and given a key, when we entered the room it was already occupied! That level of guest security raises real concerns in my eyes if I was that way inclined I could have gone through all the belongings in the room and even stolen their car as the car keys were left by the TV. I was over charged for my room as I’d used 4000 of my points to pay for the room which left a very minimal balance, the member of staff in the evening assured me I’d be refunded and yet when I checked out the woman said it hadn’t been done and she would do it and E-mail me the refund which I still haven’t received. After the last time we stayed at the hotel we were promised upgrades and better service but unfortunately after staying in 10+ AccorHotels I really cannot see myself ever returning here.

We stayed with 2 children in a family room. Check in prompt and staff very welcoming and professional. Kids bed wasn't made up on sofa bed but after a quick word at reception, this was sorted when we went for a swim. We went swimming in the evening and again before breakfast. Pool area very clean. Comfy, firm bed, wifi kept kids happy. excellent choices for breakfast, where staff worked hard to keep everyone happy. Overall, staying here exceeded our expectations for such a value priced room. Will definitely be using this hotel chain again.

We had a great stay staff lovely in restaurant and hotel. They went to extra effort as it was my sons birthday so pleased with our stay. Perfect for a family heat away.

« helpful friendly service »

quick friendly check in, quiet room, good breakfast. our check in was quick and the reception staff were friendly. our room was on the 2nd floor and quiet, clean. the only thing i would say was we could have had more milk and also the option of hot chocolate. breakfast had a good variety, the cold choices were cold and the hot food was hot.

We enjoyed our stay as the room was warm, clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly and the location was ideal. One small problem - the tap in the bathroom only let out a very very small flow of water but we didn't report it , so can't fault staff on reception but cleaning lady must have been aware. Also I dislike shower curtains as they look grubby at the bottom.

« The staff made my stay different from other hotels in the area. »

2 night stay. Comfortable bed and room. Breakfast and evening meals were fine. The big plus for the hotel is it staff. I genuinely felt they enjoyed there work, wanted to be there, were helpful and polite. I felt the staff were sincere when asking if I’d had nice day or enjoyed my meal and that it wasn’t just scripted ‘Disneyland’ waffle.

Staff very friendly and helpful rooms are good but the decor is a bit run down and the finishing in some areas of the rooms is bad I.e. gap above the toilet between wall and ceiling

checked in v v late like after 2am came from an 11 hour flight all we wanted to do was sleep and there was lots of noise from a party group in one of the rooms upon check in staff should mention to sign into the system regarding parking... did not realise until the morning and then signed in.... if a fine comes in i will not be paying it. It seems like a way to make money.... i mean who would need that car park to stay for free when there are hundreds of roads close by to park for free if it was really needed. so i had a meeting in the morning and as i came back my keycard did not work. So instead of knocking and waking my partner up i went down and asked the member of staff to give me a new keycard... gave my name and room and they said the guest has already checked out according to house keeping so instead of listening to the client they took way to long to figure it out and i just left to the lifts and then was told i was not allowed. What sort of standards are these? Then i went anyway and had to wake my partner up and then got back in the room and then left the hotel.

I am really sorry to hear about your experience, sometime we have people that create noise and the team try to deal with them as much they in can even in cases calling the police. How the parking system is working is reading when the car is arriving and leaving if in the mean time you put your registration car in the Ipad you should not get any fine, Nevertheless there is information around the hotel. In case you received please contact me directly i would be able to assist. I spoke already with reception team and also with the my housekeeping. Please let me know when you are thinking to return to visit us and i would like to offer you a complementary upgrade too one of our executive rooms. This is my 2nd stay and again we felt welcome from check in to check out. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and approachable. Food was great and the kids menu is full of choice I will book again very soon
