Breakfast a little chaotic. Coffee machines out of action, no bowls for fruit and cereal. Tea bags not replenished. Bed not made up for third guest. £230 deposit taken still not credited.

« Amazing one night stay »

On arrival greeted with a polite lady on the reception, she checked us in and treated us to an upgrade. It was a beautiful room with views of Canary Wharf and the shard in the background. The evening I requested some ice and this was handed to me in an ice bucket. The facilities and toilets are very modern and the hotel food was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel !

Staff was extremely accommodating and caring, they were always there to help us. The answered any questions we had, and even gave us an early check-in. The room was very comfortable for me and my parents, alcohol was removed beforehand as i mentioned; thanks! The kitchen staff was really nice and wonderful. The breakfast though, i hoped it would be different everyday but it wasnt, so i think that was the only thing i didnt like; otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Good stay. Good location for Southwark and London bridge area. Friendly staff always happy to help. Room was a good size for London with good facilities. Only down sides would be that sofa bed not very comfortable and we did find some rubbish left from previous occupants.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower didn’t work properly. No information in room, ie phone numbers for various services (and no labels on phone). More dietary options would be helpful, ie soya milk and more vegetarian options.
