Good, nice facilities and room. I did have to request a TV remote twice, the first one came did not work and had to wait for a second remote to arrive, this took a total of 55 minutes to come. I did request no icecream on my room service dessert as I do not like it, when it came I had icecream.

Had a pleasant stay at you hotel. Good area, nice services, very friendly staff. Only issue was with heating system which seemed not heating. However after reporting it, I got an electric radiator which fixed the issue. Noise in the bedroom stated below was not an actual issue, but if I tick the "Yes" on the previous question, that comes up as a default and cannot be changed.

« Time wasting experience »

A short stay for the family with children and precious time wasted waiting for room to be ready. Then giving us a room without enough beds. Time was a very important factor for us yet after paying for breakfast we were met with a queue into the reception as there wasn’t enough tables to serve everyone. After standing in line for over 10 mins we asked for a refund and left to get breakfast elsewhere. A disappointing service all round.

The room was fine, the bathroom excellent and overall enjoyed my stay. The hotel does lack 'charm' and I could not call it cosy but it did the job. Breakfast was fine and the bar had nice light meals but again lacked atmosphere. Overall, no complaints though and only 5 minutes or so from the underground

« New room - poor layout »

Overall the staff and facilities of this hotel are good, however. I must comment on the ridiculous "new layout" of the bathroom and bedroom. I'm sure this works when you are staying alone, but even as a couple - it was madness to have the sink area in the bedroom, along with no area to get dried or hang a towel whilst showering. This was not helped either by the lack of bath mat and the smallness of the towels - have you changed your supplier??

« Nice hotel »

The hotel is very nice and in a modern style. Our room was clean and with god beds and pillows. We was a little bit dissapointed about the Executive standard, we have looked forward to the nespresso maschine but it was broken. And there was no bathrobe in the room even that it was described on your website. And the sink in the bathroom was clogged. We like the location of the hotel which is close to subway stations and restaurants. The service of the employees in the lobby was excellent.
