Unfortunately the first room we were given didnt have a bath, although the room photos clearly show a bathtub.However that was quickly solved with a change of room,the room and bathroom were nice and modern and very clean.A complimentary drink for my birthday was very much appreciated, the staff at reception were very polite and professional, very good location close to borough market and London bridge tube station.We enjoyed the stay so much we stayed an extra night, would highly recommend.

Room was clean and functional, though with minimal extras and seating was not particularly comfortable. Reception was fine although noone was present at some times in the morning. Electricity in room failed entirely at 6am - poor end to experience.

We had a lovely stay at this Novotel. The rooms were well set up, the staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful and the breakfasts were very yummy. The location of this hotel is great - lots of great eating places near by (including the Borough Markets). Highly recommended.

I booked a room of three people but it looked much smaller than the photo showed when I booked it on internet. The cleaning of the room wasn’t perfect as I saw there was chocolate on the seat next to the wardrobe. The location was perfect. It was 5 minutes walk to borough market and 7 minutes walk to London bridge underground. There are a lot of restaurants nearby so you never running out of dining choices. The hotel staff were very helpful during check in, check out. We had breakfast buffet there and it was ok. It would be great if ear plugs are available.
