I booked 2 nights for myself, wife and 2 daughters. The check in was extremely quick and simple. When I told staff it was my daughters 13th birthday the staff left balloons and treats in the room for when we got back. Overall this place is amazing, staff are always happy to help, I’d recommend this place to everybody.

We stayed in a suite which is quite spacious for a family of 4 and it is very clean. Breakfast choice is very good but more effort is needed to manage crowd during peak periods for breakfast in the morning. I could not get the name of the African gentleman at the reception who was very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

I stay regularly and the service is always very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I’m often given a complimentary drink voucher for the bar. I love that the rooms have a mini fridge too.

Overall we had a good stay for a week. The good: Front desk staff and house keeping staff were very good. Polite, courteous and helpful. The bad: The room service and restaurant service was extremely disappointing. We have never heard of a charge for delivering food to the room. The room service and restaurant were never reachable on the phone. One morning, I tried for 10 minutes to get room service and the restaurant on the phone. Finally I had to go down myself and get what I needed. For a 4 star hotel and the amount of money we are paying, we certainly expect better service.

We first met Anjella (sorry about the spelling if it's wrong) at the checkin counter and she was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. She explained all the amenities of the hotel and allowed us to go to our room before our checkin time. She was great. Our room was fantastic. Everything was clean and very beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Even with the privacy window on, the shower wall was still a bit revealing which wasn't much an issue for us however, it would be weird for a family to stay there haha. We found that it was in a good location as well, not a far walk from the metro and there were lots of restaurants around. I would definitely come back!

We came to London for our second anniversary, and as always we booked with Novotel. I'd mentioned when booking online that it was a special occasion, and was utterly blown away when we were advised upon arrival that our room had been upgraded to a suite! Not only that, a lovely message has been left in the room for us, and we were given complimentary G&TS to enjoy in our room. We were stunned and delighted. Very good,helpful staff, nice quiet room even though live music in the bar. Surprised to be asked for passport on check in as wouldn't usually carry it in the UK and no photo on driving licence. Nice breakfast
