Very happy with stay at this hotel. Eric (front staff) was amazing ,from check in all the way to online check out was wonderfull.Room was very clean . Location of hotel is great to easy access to river and restaurants also you have market close by with great selection of food .Transport was walking distance . Thank you.

The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to lots of attractions and restaurants. Room service very badly managed, my family got charged wrong due to their staff mistake and hotel didn’t do anything , overcharged . Room service pizza is frozen pizza with no taste, must be the cheapest supermarket brand value and restaurant food is not good at all and very expensive to what you get

« Comfortable hotel in great location. Very helpful staff »

All very easy. Check in was quick and our room was ready early. Food was good. Location great for south London, really close to Borough Market, tube, Globe Theatre and lots of smaller, quirky museums. Bedroom comfortable and a good temperature despite heat wave. Only downside was having to queue for breakfast. Reception staff really helpful; special mention for Eric, an absolute star!

Check in experience was good as was billing and checkout. Room was clean and nicely updated, although I wasn’t sure about the sink in room arrangement and wonder if this was child friendly if this room was available to families. Breakfast buffet was not great, strange consistency to the scrambled eggs and anemic looking sausages in particular.

The ceiling was leaky in the bathroom, no one ever answered the room service line, the front desk constantly said people would be calling me back or showing up at my room but no one ever did.

« Would not go back to this hotel again if I was looking for sleep comfort »

I'm staying in London for Business purposes, hence mostly looking for sleep comfort and not necessarily other amenities. The bed was not really what I would expect for a room with a £210 night rate, indeed I found the bed not comfortable at all. It's a pity knowing that for this night rate, Hilton Bankside, Park Plaza Westminster, etc. offer such an higher comfort.
