Stayed in Novotel London Bridge. Room felt clean and comfortable, we were two adults and two children in an Executive room, had upgraded to a view of the shard which we enjoyed. Thought the toilet was nicely designed. Really liked the breakfast, they had nice homemade smoothies for example plus nice music. We all slept very well, even though the hotel is central we had no noise at night

Staff at the hotel were very helpful, and able to fix a last minute change from us, without much ado. Hotel is excellently located, and the rooms are a decent size. Generally, a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed in London with our young kids (6yo) and the family room was perfect for us. Spacious, clean , quiet and practical. The breakfast buffet was very much appreciated. The location was also good, a few minutes walking distance to Borough Market and London Bridge station for both underground or trains. I would definitely consider booking at the same hotel for a future family trip.
