Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. When you walk into reception there was such a nice smell. The décor was beautiful and the whole place, from the lobby, breakfast area, bedrooms were extremely clean. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very tasty. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again if in London.

Checking in was really brief and eventhough we arrived at 12 noon, the front office staff let us checkin in early. Special thks for Anjilla, the lady in front desk whom were really kind and sweet to our 5 yrs old son. We also got upgraded to Executive room which got a great view and a nice nespresso machine in the room to use. Overall a great experience and will surely come back for next visit

We booked a twin, but it was a double. The sofa bed was then built by someone at 11.00pm who couldn’t make beds neatly. Bathroom was wet room and floor got too wet. Leaked under the screen.

Okay but room not ready or to my preferences

When I checked in the room was not ready. The couch bed was made up so I couldn’t use that and the fridge was empty. No water. The room was also not to my preferences on my AccorHotels profile i.e. Whilst it was away from the lift it was not a high floor so I found it difficult to sleep. The aircon was also not on at my arrival

very nice hotel staff were very accommodating however upon arrival the bed sheets were dirty and had not been changed. I did arrange to obtain a clean pair from the housekeeping staff via front desk.

Staff helpful especially when son got his mobile phone stuck in the room safe!! House keeping came quickly to seperate sofa bed into 2 beds and make it up for us.
