I am ACCOR Gold Status. Not possible to get early check in before 2pm on Friday Nov.8th, 2019 Not possible to get late check out after 12am on Sunday Nov.10th, 2019 Only one lift was available during all this 3 days. 2nd one out of order. Very long queue every morning to go down and upstair. Our room was 6th floor

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Friendly staff makes all the difference.

Our stay was very pleasant. It was a good location and accessible to many places of interest. The hotel staff were very friendly. In particular, one stood out from the rest - Anjilla was extremely helpful. However, there is some room for improvement. Housekeeping lacked attention to detail. The reception seemed in need of more staff. I had friends and family who mentioned to me that they had to sometimes call three times before the phone was answered. I personally had to come down to reception to find out the problem and was told that the phones don't get answered if they are attending to guests at reception. Another caller mentioned that after dialling and re-dialling three times, a guy answered and asked her to call back in 5 minutes! This was very disappointing to hear.

From breakfast to bedding this hotel has it all. The location is perfect, minutes to St. Paul's Cathedral or The Tower of London and The City (on foot). Close to London Bridge Station and Borough Market. Good bar and fine dining restaurant.

Wonderful. Spacious, clean and very comfortable room. Loved the Nespresso machine. Requested extra supplies of coffee and milk for the following morning and they were delivered very quickly, with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the river. Plenty of sights to see by foot but nearby to London Bridge for tube access. The hotel smelt lovely every time we walked in, and very fresh.

From the moment we checked bags in early before the theatre the hotel was a joy. It’s spotlessly clean and has great facilities, but it is the staff that make it. Stayed with my young daughter for a night and everyone was friendly and helpful. The food is excellent too!

Room 346 fab. Other room 344 - bath slow in fillling, piping gurgled most of night. Breakfast experience not great - no tables available (all full of dirty crockery - not cleared - not enough staff on), no crockery available (brought out by staff when asked.).

Booking confusing for day stay, offer said it was for all night. Receptionist didn’t know how to check in. Room good, sofa not great. Very clean. Wet room had no door and ran water into the bedroom. Wardrobe door broken on hinge.

I like the staff they are friendly and helpful in general. And we like the breakfast as well. What I do not like is the room facilities especially the washroom. It is not up to the standard of a proper hotel in Zone 1. Say for example the foldable chair inside the shower area is full of mould. The glass door should be able to completely closed to prevent water going out of the shower area.....

24 Room service choices need attention

I stay at this hotel a lot and really do enjoy staying there - so this is a specific post about after hours room service: I dialled room service at 11:05pm just after I arrived, asked if I could order room service, was told quite abruptly that "we only serve pizzas" - which I was aware of but really is something which should be addressed. Pizza is the only item available 24 hours - not even a sandwich or some pre-made pasta/curry dish. I replied that it was fine and ordered my pizza, and the person hung up before I could order a drink. I suspect what happened next is the person taking the order forgot which room I was in because I chased at 11:50 to be told "the machine broke, it will be 2 minutes" Sure enough 2 minutes later, someone appeared at my door with a pizza box, handed it over and left. No tray, no cutlery, no condiments, no receipt to sign, just handed over the box and left. The pizza itself luke warm, which is why I think my room number was simply forgotten and the hotel were waiting for a chase so they could deliver, and was not a Picante as ordered, but rather, just some thick slices of pepperoni on a slab of cheese. Really disappointing. I often arrive at the hotel late so am beholden to room service in order to eat. This was a really poor overall experience, but not helped by the extremely limited 24 hour menu - and I am not sure because the room menu does not specify whether this limited menu kicks in at 10pm or 11pm

Dear whom, Greeting from india. I have stayed 4days in last visiting. Everything was great but I did not refund my deposit from my account. It is 14,728rupee. Around 160 pound. Someone who is in reception said it's ok will be refund automatically when I asked and check out. But it's not come still yet. Please check it and reply to me. Thank you for your time.

Excellent stay. Breakfast staff were excellent, polite, helpful, courteous. Evening restaurant-bistro staff were pleasant but orders were incorrect at times due to language issues. These were easily corrected and minor issues but a little frustrating. In general an excellent stay.
