my staying was ok. but I always have the same issue. IBIS does not send me the receipt by email. When it sends, it does not include the breakfast, only the room rate + tax. As mainly a business hotel, it's part of the business give to the guests their receipt. Simple !

« Unusual mandatory obligation to pay breakfast even if you do not want »

Using Accor hotels for more than 15 years, it is the first time that I had the unpleasant surprise to be obliged to pay for the breakfast in order to get a room. If I would not agree, I would not get the room. This is ilegal and unfair. Shame on Accor management to accept and stimulate such practice. Accor groupo is no longer ethical as it was.

Made us pay for 2 rooms. We are friends, and they said that there was only couple beds. We had other 2 friends to come visit for like 20 minutes. They said it was impossible to make them go up. So they made us pay for this another room. Totally incorrect.

« Good work trip experience, but need to pay attention on details. »

it was a pleasure time in Ibis Rio Preto. I was welcomed and people were very receptive. However, I missed some details such as shampoo was not available. Considering a business traveler usually does not have all the products in the pocket, this is a impacted missed detail.

I first stayed in an Ibis in Rio and enjoyed the experience very much. I enjoy how the hotel provides all the comforts you need and especially the eating opportunities are excellent when you are tired and do not want to go to a restaurant. I also enjoy the security the hotel provides and the secure parking.

The dinner wasn't very good, for the price tht costs. THe breakfast only began at 6h30, very late for who need to go out to work. The television in the bedroom had very little options of channels.
