It was a one night stay, the check in was very good, the room cleaness and appearance was ok, the breakfast was also ok (food was good, but knives and forks in the basked weren´t clean), ut the check out was terribly long, Only ne person to attend all the people checking out on Friday morning is unacceptable.

It took about 30 minutes to check in, i believe the front person was training and it took her very long to check the two people before us. It took literaly 30 minutes to get checked in. For that reason we had really few time to get ready for the event we were going. And in that moment the light went off. I had to put most of my make up on in the dark, that was very chalenging and also stressful. We tried to buy toothbrushes on the frontdesk, but they didnt had any. When we got back from the party, ou bed did not had any sheets in it. We spent really few time on the hotel and every moment there was one disapointment after the other.

My night in Ibis was very good. The room was clean and the shower was good, but the bed wasn't the most confortable. But it was all within expectations given the price of room. In terms of location, I felt it was far from the city's center, but it had a mall right in front of the hotel, which came in handy. I'd say it was a very good stay in general.

It was a good experience. But some things could be better. The receptionists weren't polite and didn't seem to be happy, that was kinda bad. The apartment was pretty good, though. Maybe they should add a few useful things in the room to buy or consume. The breakfast price was way to high.

I ve been staying quite a lot in Ibis- São Carlos and overall the hotel is satisfactory. Staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are , in general , clean. Bathrooms are dated, but clean. In one of the rooms, there was a leakage in bathroom. The aircon controls dont always work and the TV doesnt have "sap" option to watch in original language. There is no hand towel in bathroom. beds and pillows always clean, fresh and very comfortable.location is also great. if you dont arrive esrly, parking lot can sometimes be full.
