I have stayed twice in the last month and I am still waiting for my proof of stay with IBIS. I was told it was not their problem but the local authorities. This is not acceptable because I need to be reimbursed by my company so a plan B should be put in to place. All other Accor group hotels in Brazil I get the invoice almost the same day.

« Not what I expected from Ibis »

Comming from the airport I had to pay 2 extra road tolls one to turm around and one to continue my trip and did not refounded, there was an outlet in my room with live wires expossed, noise from utilities below (should be noise proof). Not energy friendly the fridge was pluged running empty. The glass inside the fridge was all broken (forced in), Walls jerked any time somebody shot the door. Entrance with no flooring did not give a good impression.

Great staff, the problem is the local of the Hotel, where you have to pay 2 tolls if you want to anything. If I want to go to a restaurant, I need to pay 2 tolls. Market, 2 tolls.

« Very Bad »

Horrible one time the proposal of rest not reached. We arrive 2:30 AM and we woke up with a very very high noise of an electric Drill under our bed, I made a movie where you can verify this noise because it's very high. I asked for the manager to talk but manager is not in hotel according with front desk. I Ask for my money back without success.

« Just perfect for a night before your flight »

I booked the hotel based on its location nearby the airport. Like any other Ibis, allows you a comfort night sleep with some convenience providing snacks and a good breakfast. Worth the price and a 10min drive from/to the airport. If you are driving to get to hotel don't use the electronic collection on toll in order to get the return to the hotel: they'll reimburse you if you show the tickets.

The telephone didn't work (no contact with the front desk), Only 4 or 5 channels at the TV, bad flush at the WC, bad flush at the shower drain (the bathroom became soaped after the shower), etc. etc.

Airco broke 3 times during a 2 day stay. During the night of new years eve it broke as well, making us drive home instead of staying at the hotel. Terrible.

« Lost my iPad and there was no assistance to recover it »

Even though the hotel was under a major reform, the stay was relatively good. However, when we checked out my daughter left our brand new iPad at the counter. We came back 2 hours later and we were told that nobody knew anything about it. For our astonishment, the video camera system was entirely shut off and we couldn't check who stole it. Certainly someone within the hotel took advantage that the cameras were off and stole it. I'm very disappointed. When we returned 2 hours later the receptionist was very indifferent to us showing very little desire to look for it. He continued looking at his cell phone without even standing from his chair. Another very annoying problem was that nobody answers the phone! A called 22 times in a certain day and NOBODY ANSWERED! Twice I called the hotel number while I was at the counter and the phone was ringing normally, which sounds really weird.

Hotel in renovation, little messy on the lobby, but did not affected us! Staff was nice, allowed us to early check-in! However, could have informed us about the toll reimbursement!

« Very disapointing experience »

First time ever that I had to pay for the stay in the check-in. I felt Ibis and Accor are absolutely sure that I would run away from the hotel on the next day without paying, as a thief. I´ve never been treated like that in my life. The hotel is under renovation and, surprisingly, my room was a "new one". the shower was old, the sink was dirty as was the toilet. The air conditioning was so noisy that, when turned on, seemed that a Diesel truck was inside the room. Finally, no one warned me the hotel would refund me what I've payed for the toll that is exactly in front of the hotel. I felt cheated by Ibis/Accor.
