My experience would be perfect, only if I didn´t have to pay for a parking. The fact I have to pay for a parking, left me with a bad impression of Novohotel, because you show me that is possible charging money for what amounts to an exaggeration. At the hotel diary the parking have to be considered.

« It was different from what we expected based on the hotel website photos. »

We were in vacation and we chose the hotel mainly because of the swimming pool that was appearing on the website photos. However, even during the Porto Alegre hot summer days, the pool was nothing close to the photos we saw: the water was dirty, there were rusty spots all over the pool and part of the steps to enter into the pool were broken and in poor conditions. I have another booking for the same hotel and I am considering cancelling it because of this. I complained twice about it, but nobody found any notes about my first complain, when I was checking out. About the breakfast: even if there are many options, all kind of breads are too hard to eat, it doesn't look fresh. On the second day we got back to our room and found a baby crib placed close to our bed, we had to ask to the staff to get it removed and nobody knew why it was there. On the third day, nobody came to clean our room, even with the sign at the door asking for cleaning. The staff apologised but they were not able to tell why it happened.

« Great location, but just it »

The room is not new, there was a leakage on my restroom sink, the air conditioning is not good, the wifi is the worst ever, in the work area it doesn't work, so, what's the point? one of the elevators didn't mark my floor when pressed, I had to hold the button. My duvet was torn, the towels weren't the newest and I've been in cheaper hotels with better linen. The front desk people are ok, but not as nice as you would expect in a Novotel hotel. Ah, minibar is extremely overpriced and there was a expired kit kat. Like, it was perfect location, but I was expecting more.

The hotel is hardly 4 star. I would classify as a 3 star hotel. Kitchen was out of service the day I arrived so no room service available. The bathroom toilet of the room I was given wasn't working so I had to go down and request another room.

Staff is friendly and speak good English. The bedroom and bathroom are a little run-down for a Novotel level. When we arrived, the safe was not working. We were two people. There were just 2 body towels and one face towel. Pillows, beddings and towels are old. No space to put toiletries in the shower place, only place for soap. No kettle to warm water in the bedroom. The mattress is good. Shower is good as well. Breakfast is good but on busy times, they were very slow to replace food (for example: we waited 20 minutes for scrambled eggs). Gym is good.

« I am afraid, I was robbed »

on first day all was good, but on second day there was no hot water or hot food since the place run out of gas, on the last day we discovered that our house keys disappeared from our luggage. I contact the hotel on the check out, they gave a direct email for further discussions on the matter, I sent confirmation that we did not found the keys anywhere on our luggage and never got answer. my car has a mark on the side door that was not there before my stay at the hotel. I already informed my company to never send people to this place again.

My stay at Novotel Tres Figueiras could be better with the old but good Natura-branded amenities. For no reason, they replaced one of Brazilian best quality amenities in the market for a very poor, cheapest, generic one.

I was a little disappointed, Novotel supposedly is higher quality than Ibis, but the Ibis Moinhos de Vento as an example, is a lot better quality wise than Novotel Tres Figueiras. The ONLY thing that was better, was that the rooms are definitely bigger, but the towels were horrible, breakfast was just ok, the pillows that were in the closet were in bad shape too.... the staff was really nice and it was clean, but other than that, there was nothing better than an Ibis....

Bed was very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Only 2 pillows on a queen bed. Only 1 bath towel (very small and rough). Food was cold and over cooked Internet dis not work most of the time

mostly bad ,is not a 4 stars hotel ,at least the bathroom is probably a 3 star ,the towels are 2 star or less, there is not a bidel ,not a hairdryer ,not a bathtub . the air conditioning was all the time with problems ,in autumn cold nights was delivering cold air. the bar does not have a bartender as shown in the promotional video in the front desk ,and when i ask the employees about if they have bartender as in the video ..they answer to me 'that is in another hotel",at the bar when I ask for cocktails list or menu..the answer was "only caipirinha" the food served at the very small night restaurant was not done by a chef that know his profession , was very simple and not as shown in the menu.the wind chill entering the hotel front desk from the automatic doors make catch a cold just for the time i was sited at the bar ,please put a double door in autumn and winter. many other things where not as supposed to be in a 4 star hotel
