I felt the room size was not that big. The big concern about the water availability. One has to spent extra money to get water in the hotel.

1. Terrible Wifi speed. 2. Can't control air conditioner(even removed dry contact card) 3. Just only one person working on restaurant in dinner time. 4. You can hear what they are doing in another room.(No sound proof)

I always when I came to Porto Alegre, I stay at NOVOTEL Porto Alegre - Av. Soledade. But always I have problems with air-conditioned not working well. On the first time, I stay for a week, changed the room 3 times and even that I stayed during 3 days without air-conditioned and the last time, I warning the receptionist because the air isn't working well, but 2 days only and the weather not too hot, so I passed this time. But all other things are good, only this is issued about the air-conditioned need to be solved.

- Poor to no knowledge of English - Forgot to clean the room 1 day - let's of black hair when I arrived at the room the 1st day - holes in the blankets - Towels are like carton - Staff (restaurant) is not interested in their job, very de-motivated - Poor looking hotel, poor to no accommodation. Not as good as expected: a) During the reservation, I choose a King Size bed, at the reception, I also double-checked that and upon arriving at the room: it was a Queen Sized Bed; b) I order food and the meat was raw (bleeding) unable to eat it + the French Fries were cold and some overcooked. The only positive thing about it, was that both the guys working at the reception; the one that did my Check In as well as the one that did my Check Out were extremely courteous and kind.
