The hotel corridors smell bad, and the room bathroom is terrible as well. I got an extra blanked on the closet and it was full of cigarette burns and holes. Asked for a meal at night and the food was terrible. when I asked about simple things like mayo, the person said they did not have (and in the end they delivered). asked also for a glass of ice and didn't delivered. Basic things a hotel must have, in my opinion.

I had a great experience at Novotel because the hotel is very well located in the center of Porto Alegre, the hotel facilities, including the apartment, are very clean and the service of the staff is exemplary!

I stayed at Novotel 3 Figueiras for 3 nights. It was a cold weekend and the hotel is mot prepared for that. The air con didn’t work properly during my stay, we complained and the maintenance tried to fixed it with no success. I am a gold card accor membership and this was the worst Novotel, rather stay at a ibis next time.

This novotel is inferior, compared with other novotel hotels that I had stayed at Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba and Salvador. Room was not cozy and seems to be cleaned and organized in a rush. Minibar was empty,

I had the worse experience I ever had in a hotel j. My whole life . The ac was not working , the room was hot as hell . The whole night was a Lot noise, I felt like I was sleeping in a construction. And early in the morning people start to move beds on te floor above mine . My wife is pregnant and couldn’t sleep at all . You guys must be ashamed of this hotel .

I really like use NOVOTEL hotel, because is one of the best hotels in The world, but, my experience was terrible. First, my room did not clean, and I was with my son sick, I have to wait At The car The front Hotel, After that, in The night I ask for room service, and for my surprise, The front desk told me that Had finished all kinds of food, really, Novotel did not have BREAD. No room-service menu in the room on arrival, and an empty mini-bar fridge on arrival -- great thing to find when you arrive at 9pm and have a phone meeting in 1 hour and are hungry; cold in the room (~15C) even when adjusting thermostat to 30C, fan just blows cold air. Front desk said heat works only when outside temperature is 5C or less!, and that night is was 10C outside, so no heat! This is just stupid. If you want to cut costs do it in a way that does not reduce the value of my stay on essential things. Your staff was friendly but obviously the hotel management is incompetent does not understand the first thing about essential services that a guest expects when he pays for a room. I have never been a fan of Novotel (stayed at a few in Europe) but will definitely never stay at another one in Brazil.

This hotel is located downtown Porto Alegre close to hospital building. This location is a bit away from any entertainment or shopping area. Rooms are old-fashion, but clean and functional, common areas are way better sophisticated and breakfast is the highlight.
