Internet wouldn´t work, although they fixed it to me after calling, however for my other coleagues no. Remote control also had to be exchanged because it´was broken. And took so too much time in order to do the check in when we got there

The room was smallish, but typical for an Ibis Hotel. But it was clean and adequate. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of items.

When I arrived, rest of soap was in the bathroom. The window can´t be able to open I suggest provide american adaptor energy for people from foreign countries that not use a puggle that you usually use in Brazil. I asked for this adaptor facility but you don´t have anyone. I was surprised. The internet is so poor in jam hours, normally after seven o´clock. I suggest improve the media.

The room is cozy, nice bed, nice shower, quiet room. The only problem was to buy some bottles of water. There were some people in line waiting to check in, only one employee on the reception. After five minutes I decide to buy on the Ibis Budget (beside Ibis Style). I came back and there were still people in line.

Regular. Breakfast was good. I just felt lack of attention in the front desk staff. My collegue had a problem with a medicine forgotten in room (ha had to change because of the noise) in refrigerator and guy of the frontdesk said to him they had check it and there was no medication. As he insisted because he would need a receipt to get another one, they went to the room and the medicine was just there. The front desk boy just lie to him and and all the group lost 30 minutes waiting for him. In another ocassion I need to contact 358 because Pablo wasn´t in reception to take the bus that was waiting for us. The recepcionist contact me but never respond. Later, as they check it, the PHONE DOESN´T FUNCTION! AND PABLO HAD TO TAKE A TAXI TO THE WORKSHOP AND WAS LATE
