« OLD PLACE AND SLOW SERVICE! »

This was my first time in this hotel in Monterrey Mexico and believe me that it was not very comfortable, the hotel was undergoing some maintenance repairs and there was not any signs o messages to tell us that, the main lobby door was completely busted and the side door was not very inviting, service in the restaurant was slow and waiters not attentive, the room looked old, the bed and the sofa looked like they where antiques, the control for heater and A/C was not working properly. Lobby and restaurant windows looked dirty and full of contamination.

« Slow express check-in »

I was disappointed with the check-in process as it turned out to be a very slow process. My credit card was supposed to be charge before arriving, but it wasn’t, so I had to produce the card so it could be charged. The credit card terminals were really slow but they worked at the end.

« Poor internet speed, business center needs printer attached to computers, room lacking basic amenities. »

It took a long time for me to wait for the internet to respond as I moved through the steps of making an airline reservation. Printers need to be attached to the computers so guests can print boarding passes which the airline now charges dearly for. The staff was very nice in allowing me to print my boarding passes from their desk computer. Room was lacking the basic amenities of soap and shampoo. Front desk needs to explain to guests before they leave check-in that the 2nd card needs to be inserted in the illuminated slot next to the door to allow all lights and climate control to be turned on.

« not soo good »

well unfortunately I was placed on the first floor and the noise all over the night for all unrespect full guests was incredible, people making noises all night at the entrance maybe this is more cultural experience besides a deal but it was a terrible one for me second night no more shampoo at the shower ! came on no one inspect the whole activities or you expect to be empty get a call before a preventive maintenance (cost more important than customer satisfaction) The other terrible topic the bed was with a several hair like non properly clean from previous other night I will for sure make sure Non of my friends select this terrible hotel Hospitality and great breakfast, the rest is clean and the ambient nice Never ever count with my stady

« Good Breakfast »

It takes way too long to check in, only one receptionist at the busiest of times. The toilet didn't flush and after waiting an eternity, had to change rooms. Shower was cold in the morning. We had a 8 week old puppy and we had to pay $US20, which was more then 25% of the room. Not a good experience, we won't be going again. The only positive was the good breakfast and friendly chef.

There was a bad smell all over the third floor... I was staying in room 337. First I thought it was only the bathroom in my room.. then I realized the feces smell was all over the third floor. I had to keep my bathroom closed at all times... it was just an unbearable smell.

Good but the hotel needs improvements. There was only hot water in the basin, and it was really hot. I had to wash my hands in the shower.
