I travel with my family, and because our flight departed early in the morning we booked the stay to arrive the day before, relax, have some dinner and sleep before our departure. I find the location of the Hotel extremely practical since its only 5 minutes away from Monterrey Airport.

Bad front desk service, I had to pay for the parking lot, I was not aware we have to pay, I was get used to leave my car through my trips, no problem related have to paid but the way to said it was rude. Next time I will select and recommend other hotels.

« Excelent customer service at the counter and via phone. Rooms are clean and comfortable for a quick stay before flight. »

Bang for the buck! Customer service is excelent. All the staff is very willing to assist and fufill any requests. The hotel is very close to the airport and airport parking lots so waking up too early for your flight won’t be too necessary.
