« Within the Hotel was as always, (since 2000), very satisfying. »

I think that more coordination with the staff at the desk and the drivers would be helpful. Complaints, as has happened in my case, about the drivers taking the outer lanes and not coming in for a full stop at the curb so one has an opportunity to flag them. Drivers are always courteous and helpful, but things happen, and this happened to me twice now. Prices are rising. Have been using Ibis since 2000. Internet reservations sometimes work well and sometimes not. Do not see any advantage to being a card holder. Upkeep in the bathrooms would be nice. Staff is always great at Mty Airport Ibis.

« Dirty, loud and with disgusting service »

The room was dirty, had bad lightning, and was close to a hotel office that was very loud. The personnel was rude and very slow. I tried to call the front desk to arrange the airport shuttle but the phone was never picked up in three days and only one phone number was listed.

I stayed late night at this location in order to avoid morning traffic to the airport. When we woke up at 4 am, there was no hot water, which made taking a shower unbearable. Transportation to the airport left on time as expected.

Couldn't sleep because of the noise from airplanes but that's a given being that close to the airport. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable, woke up with a headache and a stiff neck. Also woke up with bite marks from bed bugs.

I travel with my family, and because our flight departed early in the morning we booked the stay to arrive the day before, relax, have some dinner and sleep before our departure. I find the location of the Hotel extremely practical since its only 5 minutes away from Monterrey Airport.
