Convenient location for this trip to Montreuil, easy driving access and parking under the hotel facility. Nice and comfortable room, good breakfast buffer, nice design and friendly and available staff.

« A very pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel. »

We were welcomed by the staff on arrival (10:45 pm). At all times they were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with good amenties. Having a table, two chairs, a microwave (not used) and a fridge was a real bonus.

« An excellent hotel & location »

I have always preferred the Accor hotels chain with all its variants whenever I travel around the world. One can really experience the chain professional staff and more than confortable rooms , or suite (as they are real big rooms )and excellent service. This chain is to me personally like home away from home. I find it very cosy, the staff very professional and welcoming and never feels am in a hotel as a guest but rather at a fridnd’s house! Particularly the Novotel Suite Porte dd Montreuil is very close to the centre , a lot of shopping around, restaurants and Carrefour supermarket is round the corner. There is a renowned hospital a few hundreds metres away if you require treatment...and it is above all very quiet.... The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of foods types, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant, as if it’s in the family. We stayed 12 nights and they passed like a wink ! I would strongly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Paris.

Inside the room the bathroom and toilet are separated . Toilet is extremely small and difficult when using . Breakfast area could be improved and more items available . We paid around 200euro per Night

we were already several times in this hotel. For us, the location is prefect and they have good facilities. The previous times I noticed that the reception had done their homework, which i encounter in all hotels of the Accor Group. they knew I had a fidelity card and I got all benefits according my status. Now the receptionist was not prepared, so this person didn't check my status nor asked for my fidelity card and we got even a very cool almost cold reception. The rooms were as usual good, one remark I have to make is due to heavy usage some power outlets are worn. But beside this the rooms were more then OK. The cleaning staff did a good job.

« Convenient hotel, if you are doing business in the area »

Rooms are clean and spacious, coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast just basic, but ok. Not much to do in the area, but if you are doing business here, it can save you long commuting through Paris. Metro, and tram lines nearby.

Have been coming to this hotel for over a decade. Every time quality improves, services are updated and staff more and more efficient. Breakfast is giant and rooms, though the same size, are more comfortable, particularly the bed.

« A normally good stay spoiled by a last minute show of ignorance »

We have stayed here previously and found the hotel to be exceptional. Indeed, on this occasion the staff were attentive and helpful. Except, that is, until the day of our departure. We returned to our room at 10h45 to find that the key would not give us access (normal departure time is given as noon but as a 'silver' member it would have been possible to extend that had we requested it. We asked the maid who was in one of the adjacent rooms if she could give us access and were told that she had already prepared our room for the next guest. We were confused as we had left our belongings in the room and food in the fridge for our journey home. I asked her a second time to give us access and all she would say is that it was not her problem and that our things had been removed to a store room at the end of the corridor. I went immediately down to reception leaving my partner outside the room with the belongings that had been recovered from the store room. Reception informed me that the agreed that I had the right to stay until noon and that there had been some sort of mix up. They radioed to the housekeeper to review what had happened immediately and then gave me a new key card to access the room. Little was offered in the way of an apology at this point. As I arrived back at the room the housekeeper had just spoken to the maid but, amazingly, had completely ignored my partner and left her locked outside the room. Once inside our room we discovered that the snacks which we had left in the fridge for our journey were gone, either discarded or eaten by someone else. The maid simply continued to ignore us as did the housekeeper and never offered any way of apology for what had happened. As we finally checked out, the young man on reception did offer an apology to us and waived the cost of our parking at the hotel but, all in all, it was the overriding memory of our short week end and not the way you want your holiday memories to be formed.
