As I had just had my passport stolen and it was about 11pm when I booked in and I had not made a reservation at the hotel because I thought I was going straight through to London, I thought your staff were very kind to me and were able to offer me a room. The receptionist also phoned Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord to see if they had found my passport which I appreciated because I do not speak fluent French.

the hotel need to have air conditioning on all year. hotel too hot in october and hard to sleep. The hotel rooms are clean and the service is good. The parking is very good and easy to access. Very good location near the highway and access to the airport.

Room cleaning was poor and one day the room was not cleaned AT ALL, when I called the reception to complain I was told the cleaning staff had gone for the day and there was nothing they could do. (I also overheard other guests complaining about the same in Reception) The choice for breakfast was poor and did not include any warm food (mainly bread and cold meats).

The hotel and room were really good. The room is cozy and the bed is super confortable! Highly recommended during week days. For weekends recommend if to use as a “sleep only”, there’s a Market in the parking lot (meaning you can’t park your car) almost from dawn to dusk and when it’s over the parking is full of garbage making quite the contrast between hotel and stree

I have stayed in this hotel with my 3 children aged 13, 8 and 4 for 4 nights. The location is not the best to be honest with a market opposite the hotel. It cost me 500 euros. I had already paid 25 euros online and the receptionist could not see it on the computer. I had to show him the confirmation email. Then I had to stay in the lift for 5 minutes because nobody told me that I had to touch the hotel card for the lift to go up. Once in my room, which was clean and quite big, I called the reception to get some information about making phone calls from the hotel room and the receptionist was really annoyed because I called him twice for the matter. Everything was well until we got in the hotel room the following night and found some broken glass on the carpet. I had left the room in the morning and apparently the room had been cleaned. I went to the reception to complain and he gave me another card to sleep in another room for the night and I have to admit that I was more annoyed by his smile than the problem itself. The following day I had to leave early again to go to disneyland and when I returned I handed the card to the receptionist hoping that the room was cleaned but it wasn't. I think I have to spare you more details. Anyway, overall I spent a terrible time there for the price I paid I could have had a better service.

We stayed for 3nights. We had a very clean and comfortable suite on the 11th floor. We enjoyed a very varied and interesting breakfast with lots of choices. The reception staff were very helpful at all times. The hotel staff we encountered were all very helpful without exception.

The hotel was clean and quite easy access to Metro/ Tram stop. Had seen some reviews on poor neighborhood but I walked around 11pm with 2 kids and the area was very quiet. Very close to Carrefour and other shops. The flea market is right infront but did not really bother. Overall, a very good choice.

It is so convenient to have family rooms, microwave, coffee/tea facilities. It makes such a big difference as well as the close proximity to metro station. I think taking to account the cost and comfort we would definitely come back. Special thanks to the cleaning team for the taking care of our son's clothes. He is slightly ashamed, but very grateful.

After 9 hours drive from uk to paris on my arival .when i went to hotel for check in there was two womens on reception and both are very unprofesional they refuse to hand over keys and when i said ok refund me i'll go somewhere else they refuse this too.after this all argument my blood pressure shoot up my wife went in dipration my kids were scared too.those two womens spoil our holidays my kids still scared . hotel is good but staff terrible
