It is good location and many restaurants to pick nearby. However the room decorations are quite old school back to 80s. The executive lodge is not fully functioning, while check out the staff is left without any notice, I have go to downstairs to do the checkout.

Before Arrivas. Staf hung up on me Twice and did not take the time to comunicate even though i was lost on my Way to the hotel , i was asking for the chinese writen adress Both on phone and vis e-mail 2 days prior to my Arrivas e-mail not responded to. upon Arrival, non welcoming attitude from the front desk. However housekeeping and general manager were as expected and took fruit to my room. Room itself dose not live up to accor standards. Location: good I would pick mercury hotel to stay in Wuhan and cannot recommend this hotel

This is my second time staying with friends in this particular hotel. The location is superb with so many restaurants and pubs around. The facility is getting aged quite a bit. But it’s still comfortable and clean. We all enjoyed our staying. And for the price we paid, it was good value as well.

Wilson F Friends getaway - 30/04/2019 TripAdvisor review

Is this an Accor Group Hotel? One almost cannot tell from exterior appearance except for a few tell tale signs like the Accor logo. I booked two rooms for three nights. Both got upgraded per membership benefits. Did not get welcome drink voucher which is strange because they had a lobby bar. Room had no cold air from aircon but only air flowing from the aircon. Hotel explained that this is due to maintenance of aircon but we all know this is the strange edict from upstairs that says thou shalt not operate aircon until the temperature exceed 26 degrees C or until you are told to do so, whichever comes later. Staff was nice to provide a standing fan which was better than nothing. Location of hotel is quite alright, being next to a busy street for food. Breakfast was reasonably priced and the spread was good. The room décor is a bit jaded and old, this hotel needs renovation urgently. It feels like Accor or someone bought this local hotel and then hastily splapped Accor and Novotel labels all over the place.

The hotel is located in a good area where is close to the metro station. The room is clean and I was upgraded to a junor suite room due to my platinum benifit. However, the inexperienced front desk staff was not able to complete my check out within in a resonable time. I have also waited for 15-25 mimutes to get my welcome drink in the bar as the staff was busy somewhere else.

Check in was easy, rooms were clean and well presented, (western and Chinese) breakfast buffet was excellent; internet was problematic - service was down for much of our first afternoon, but eventually was restored.

Nice hotel, with good facilities (swimming pool, restaurants, buffet), well placed in the center, near restaurant, shopping mall, pedestrian area with European restaurants)...). The hotel is located in a very convinent place. There are a lot of resturant nearby the hotel.A big shopping mall is very near as well as Metro station. The room is nice and clear, the service was good. The breadfeast is also nice too.

Accor chain is always my choice when I trvale for both biz n leisure. Wuhan Novotel has continued n reinforced my impression of the hotel chain. The flexibility by team of staff to Grant late check out is really helpful due to my late flight. Other times when I m on business, i often leave very early. The room was briefly made up while we were out. In appreciation for that extra effort, we did our part not to touch the room so much so that the cleaning staff will not be roubled too much. This stay has reaffirm my decison to continue doing that! Cheers!
