Hotel room we received was totally dirty. A lot of dust. The worst was bathroom, with melt everywhere. Not worth to stay in this place.

Nice hotel and friendly efficient staff. Right next to a metro stop about 10 minutes into the centre of town. Only problem was arriving after the shopping centre had closed with no indication how to get to the reception. Found an ibis sign in the multi storey car park but that only led to a locked entrance.

We stayed for only one night. Everything was extremely clean and comfy enough. Worth the money. Breakfast could have more variety. Expensive for quality.

Stay in dirty room

Room was not cleaned properly, as well as the bathroom with a melt inside. Maid did not care about that after I told it to her. As a gold member we didn't reveive welcome drink which should be obligatory.

Although the room are a little bit smaller than other ibis I stayed, I could say that the rooom are clean the wi-fi is ok. I would have preferred one or two towels more because one for each person could not be enough. The breakfast is good and it gives you a good choice between sweet and salty foods.

The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast excellent as they provided us gluten-free rolls and muffins (my wife is celiac) and the location was excellent with easy access to key highways and a mall downstairs with plenty of restaurant selections.

Room was clean and tidy and the hotel staff were friendly. The only negative was the amount of time it took to get a coffee from the self-serve machines in the dining room. The food was good. Otherwise, this was a perfect hotel for my business stay. It was a 10 minute walk to the University building where my meetings were and is on the metro line, so getting into downtown Porto was easy.

Was hard to find the hotel, it is in a shopping, from far I could see but when I got in front of the building I couldn’t. We are so tired and we decided to take food from the hotel (pizza) bad decision, the pizza was really bad, small, no taste. Anyway, all the rest was really nice, reception, cleaning, car park, comfortable bed. (Maybe is time to renew the bathroom, but this is just a opinion)

Surprisingly rude woman at check in. Then, when I approached a housekeeper in the halls about getting a new towel she was also very rude. There was also a woman on the day of our departure working in the bar/kitchen who was coughing and hacking. She stepped over to the front desk when I approached for check out and thank goodness another woman showed up. That was so disgusting and the fact that she's around food hacking like that is a lawsuit waiting to happen when people get sick. Update the rooms. Very dirty.
