Nice hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dinner good and breakfast was as expected. Easy to find off the motorway and in a good location. Good for an overnight stop on our journey as it was easy to get onto the motorway again.

There is no signage concerning parking, there were no spaces outside the hotel or neighbouring forecourt. I followed another car into the underground car park only to discover it was for office staff only and I could not get out again. I had to telephone the hotel from my car and after difficulty explaining where I was and what had happened I had to wait whilst they found somebody with a remote fob to open the door and let me out. I was in the underground car park for 45 minutes. Later the service at dinner was very slow and the menu in the room differed from the restaurant, however, the staff were friendly and the dinner was okay. Breakfast was poorly laid out, cereal was on the other side of the room and nobody was around at 7am to help. The breakfast was poor value for money.

Dear Customer Thank you for taking the time and leaving us these comments. I am sorry you got stuck at in a private car parking. In the car parking next to the hotel there´s no sign or evidence that says that that car park is public or belongs to the hotel, Actually there is no sign as the owner decided so. Fortunatelly we manage to enter in that private property and get you out of there. I apologize I the restaurant and breakfast didn´t met you expectations, your comments help us to improve our service to our guests. Always stay here when travelling down through Spain - hotel is very clean and staff are welcoming - there is a nice small bar and an excellent buffet breakfast - Several choices of the evening meal makes this hotel a very good place to stay

We had a good experience at this hotel. The room and bed was comfortable, the food was better than expected for Spain and the staff were friendly and helpful. We brought our two dogs and there were no problems with them at the hotel.

« Being there, will repeat for sure, nice, friendly, clean and comfortable place »

Easy location, at five minutes driving from center of town, very comfortable rooms and the staff is extra helpful. Breakfast tasty and lots of choices. Menu is good and very tasty. Service is exquisite. If travelling with kids, its effortless, and they have kids menu available. Excellent quality-price rate.

All very smooth, everyone helpful, couldn't ask for more. the only minor detail was that the coffee at breakfast was not very nice - there was a pot of coffee when we arrived and it was stale. A few minutes later there was a fresh jug but that was still not great.

We arrived at your hotel after driving for 8 hours from Ayamonte, Huelva . We were greeted by a pleasant receptionist around 14.30 and booked an evening meal. We went off to have rest and a shower and came down to reception at 19.20. There was no one at reception, so we went into the dining room and sat down to watch the TV which was on. In walked a young woman with a most aggressive look on her face, there was no greeting and confronted us saying "what were we doing there". We replied that we were going to have dinner, she immediately said you can't have dinner and you haven't booked and we don't open until 19.30. We replied that we have booked and she replied and said no you haven;'t. We ignored her and sat down at the table and we had an evening meal as we had booked it. We were not very happy at being treated in this manner. We have stayed at many Ibis hotels including Malaga, Sevilla and of course many times at Valladolid as we travel this route regularly.to Santander which we due to do early next morning. The person who confronted us in such aggressive manner was called Mayte Martin. .

« nice room but noise problems »

nice room, lovely staff, good food, nice decor, good shower room insufficient noise insulation both interior and exterior memory foam mattress plus warm polyester duvet make for total meltdown if you tend to sleep warm signage on arrival not brilliant and not many parking spaces although probably plenty of parking around the industrial estate overnight
