We arrived very late and had a very friendly check in. Room seemed good enough to spend the night so we just proceed to get ready to bed when we found out that the wall right beside my son's bed was very mouldy. The sheets were also mouldy. So we had to squeeze in and sleep the 3 of us in the same 2 put together single beds. I know we should have complained straight away but it was a long day and my son really needed to sleep as we had to start early next day.

A standard IBIS hotel outside the city but at a low price which gives value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Standard rooms. Breakfast is good and price is low compared to many other hotels.

The gentleman at front desk was extremely helpful, informative and professional with a friendly welcoming manner. It was a last minute booking. Our flights were wrongly booked so we needed somewhere affordable. The front desk man offered us both ibis budget and where we were. Our room was comfortable and clean with a sea view. Perfect for a well needed rest.

My friend and I booked this stay with my one year old son before we had a flight back to the UK. I had called to confirm and left a request for a cot to be put in the room for my son as he is so young. We got to the hotel at 9pm and we’re told they weren’t even sure if there were any available. It took two hours for us to finally be given a cot after repeatedly asking and being told any minute. My son and us were understandably frustrated by this situation, especially seeing as we had to be up at 4:30am and had expected an early night. I am so disappointed with the whole experience including the poor customer service we experience.

Our flight into Alicante was a late arrival. After collecting a rental car it was a quick and easy drive to the hotel. Plenty of free parking and a small restaurant for a late night snack.

Our flight arrived late in Alicante. After picking up a rental car it was a quick and easy drive to the hotel. Plenty of free parking. Late evening supper is available. Continental breakfast included. Good value.

Room was clean and breakfast was good with plenty of choice including fresh orange juice. Even though we arrived extremely late we were still able to purchase a beer to drink. Only downside the car park is rather small and it was difficult to find a parking space
